I have been looking for where Cassie went ever since she left Drake Counseling. I don’t know how to contact her anymore, so I am leaving this here in hopes she sees it one day. Cassie, you changed the trajectory of my entire life. You weren’t just a counselor. You were the first person who spoke to me like I wasn’t broken, like my story still had direction and worth. You had a way of combining compassion with accountability that no one else had ever given me. You challenged my thinking without shaming me, and you always brought me back to my own values, my truth, and the identity I had lost. I was under your care when your mom passed away, and looking back I should have known you would someday build something beautiful in her honor. As a group we talked often about the strength it took for you to show up during that time of deep grief. Most people would have stepped away, but you came in, taught, held space for us, and poured into us with full presence. You never made it about you, but we all felt the weight you carried. It was one of the most powerful examples of resilience, grace, and clinical integrity I have ever witnessed. I remember a session where you told me, You need to return to yourself and your family. Clinically it was simple, but it cut through the fog I was living in. That sentence stayed with me every day afterward. It became the anchor I used to rebuild everything. Because of your encouragement and the way you taught me to understand my patterns, I haven’t had a drink since 2017. You helped me understand relapse cycles, emotional triggers, and what it meant to choose myself. You believed in my ability to change long before I did. Since then, I went back to school to become a therapist, and I have been an LPCC for a couple of years now. When I look back, I can see how much of my clinical foundation was shaped by you. The way you held a room. The way you set boundaries with softness and clarity. The way you modeled being both human and professional. I learned in graduate school that so many of the things you were doing with us had names: trauma responses, values alignment, narrative reframing, emotional regulation. You practiced them long before I had the language for them. Cassie, you didn’t just help me get sober. You helped shape the therapist I became. I graduated college, I work full time, I have stability and purpose, and I carry parts of your work into every session I lead. Your mom would be proud of you. I know it. Thank you for seeing me when I couldn’t see myself. Thank you for giving us your all, even in your hardest season. Your work saved me, guided me, and continues to impact everything I do. Congratulations on Beth’s Place. How blessed is Fargo/Moorhead to have a place like yours open.

My own experience with Beth place.. i am able to be honest n not be judged. Although I have to admit I came in with my guards up probably higher then before in my life..but I was accepted with open arms,n not judge.which is what I needed.so now I'm on my road to success..AND NOTHING SUCCEED, LIKE SUCCESS.. I knew a patient in there, there is no consistency....was told no phone or visitors for 2 weeks...had visitor after a week, had phone the whole time calling all times of the day Told insurance wouldn't cover the patient then when looking for a different facility but then insurance would cover for 3 weeks which makes no sense when treatment is usually at least 30 days....then evaluated the patient and insurance would cover 1 more week...wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone as they do what they want?

Anchorage saved my life literally. Most of the staff are amazing caring people who go above and beyond to help. Decent beds. 24/7 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches I highly recommend this facility .

The receptionist are not the friendliest people . Yet the other staff like the ARMS Case Managers and Therapist are very friendly understanding caring and compassionate with there clients very happy with care I received . Especially the care I received from Casi, Allison, Nicole, Meek, and Tanner they all do a wonderful job.

I love this place.... The lotus center has changed my life for the better. I went from homeless and strung out on dope to sober with my own apartment. I had struggles along the way but was never turned away even when I was not respectful of the staffs time and efforts.

The staff at the lotus ctr are some of the most amazing and caring people I have ever had the privilege to meet. The harm reduction model of treatment here is what has helped save and change my life. Truly a special place to heal...

Dr. Amador Dizon has been my psychiatrist for 14 years, and I've never been happier. He really cares about my health and well-being, the person as a whole. When I moved here, I was scared to death of Medical professionals. Dr. Dizon has given me the opportunity to trust again, feel safe, and get well mentally, and physically! I hope everyone else gives Lakeland a second chance. You are not going to tell them what drugs you think you need, they tell you what drugs they think you need. These are good people. KAREN B.

very helpful. i began receiving case management much earlier than i expected which i am extremely thankful for. they worked with me to get services while i was waiting for medicaid approval, and most of the other services were covered by medicare. the crisis line has helped me survive some horrible times as well.

There was a black man, from africa that worked there. I just wanted to let you guys know that he was like One of the best, if not the best staff member there. He was taken his time no matter what he was doing. And I would have a full conversation with me. And everything he told me click in had, I mean, you had students there that were studying for their Finals. they couldn't hold a candle to the African! I would ask him questions and everything he would tell me I would do. Am my life turned out better because of it and that would be long. Term information and short-term information I followed you all the directions and it always worked. I believe you wore glasses. But I do remember he was from africa working the night shift. I mean, all these people pain a $150000 to go to school. And this man had the answers just by asking him. I'm so thankful i'm at him. He was on the federal side when I was there.

I walked in and took a U.A.Piss test. Part of my probation. I live in Wahpeton, I have to get a ride to Fargo to the Center inc. every month.

It is a positive thing for the community to have a place like Center Inc. For those who have struggled with the law or addiction, it provides a nice buffer between them and the community. While at the same time allowing those individuals a chance to reentered society in a slow and structured pace. The ability to obtain employment and be a productive member of society while finishing off a specific court issued sentence, is very valuable to everyone within that community.

They helped me get my feet back on the ground, such a great place to get clean! So many seeds were planted in my heart and now they are growing day by day. (Great food as well)

I loved my counselor and the advice I received from my peers. The food was alright. The bed rooms are awesome and having our own bathroom was nice. Would definitely recommend

When our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ pulled me out of hell he put me here and said that my angel's will heal you and they did it sucked at first but I held out and graduated and now I'm clean and sober . This place is wonderful! The Village's First Step Recovery program, for people whom are struggling with addiction, is compromised of PHP for people who have been abusing drugs/alcohol who need help to overcome, Intensive Outpatient so they might continue in recovery along with aftercare groups weekly. The staff REALLY do care, Roxann is amazing! With a wonderful perspective, being a NON-addict on how addiction works & the stark reality of temptation & how difficult it can be to stop. You will work through life problems with specific sets of skills dealing with your particular issues & are allowed the time to process & release with both a counselor & fellow peers with similar struggles. This could be JUST the right fit for you. I hope your willing to try it out if need be. 😁☺😌

I really like freedom resources. Gibb has helped me make sure I have everything I need in my apartment to have it accessible for me. He always takes my phone calls in a kind way every time. I've talked with Katherine there too and she's always been very kind. They never talk down to me and never make me feel like less of person because I have disabilities. The receptionist is always kind to every time I call there. I always feel confident and welcomed every time I call there. Thank you for everything you do to help others in need due to their disabilities.

While I can't speak to the current staffing and administration I can say that my stay here as a child was pivotal in becoming a functioning adult. The Fishers and Mr Wilkie were the structure and guidance that I needed when nothing else seemed to work. The staff were as caring as 20 somethings getting paid a smidge above minimum wage could be expected and then some. I learned to play magic the gathering. I learned how to advocate for myself when I felt things were unfair in a safe and constructive way. I learned how to make stromboli and how to wash dishes right. The biggest thing I learned was to believe in myself. If you are reading this as someone possibly getting put here. Please understand you can only get what you take from a place like this. The experiences you will have here will likely become fond memories if you are willing to do the work. If you are looking to place someone here. Try to work with the people caring for your loved one. Having the family/support team on board helps tons. Trust the process and understand that there is a good chance you might get dragged into some personal development of your own. Be ready to grow with your loved one. I know he doesn't work here anymore but on the off chance Demar (I hope spelling isn't too far off) the old spiritual life coordinator as well as my primary for my stay, is reading this or someone can show him, you and your brother gave me a respect for men of God. Even though I don't walk the path myself I know now that there are truly Godly men among us. I fondly recall hours and hours of theological debate and those little Starbucks in the Barnes and nobles trips. Hope you are doing ok!

A great experience. Has life experience as well, it's not just talking to some person who has only went to "school" about addiction. It's hard to leave a review, but if you can get by with some tough love than she can help you. She is great and I highly recommend her.

She is a fair person. I went here and just did what she asked and was open an honest. Particapate in the class and everything was good I even learned something.
