I went here about 2 years ago and I am so greatful I did. The staff and owners are great people who care about clients. I made life-long friends, shared in many laughs and learned a lot about myself and addiction. One of the best things about Sobriety First is that they will bring clients to AA/NA events all over the state and even some outside Minnesota! They will do this for free and pay all expenses (hotel, campsite, food, snacks, water, energy drinks, and entry fees). This place changed my life and showed me how to have fun and make countless friends in the recovery community ❤️

This place has a great and different outlook on recovery it values connection to the community more than anything and the staff are very close and caring people who will go the extra mile for you as long as you are willing to put in the effort to better your life

I just want to sincerely say Thank you, to the bunch at Milestones. Jaylen Jimenez is the go to person for the house if you have any concerns or goals you what to achieve without anything holding you back don't hesitate to talk to Jaylen. The staff at Milestones were open minded to my concerns with the addiction and mental illness combined to help me be aware of some of the reasons for my addiction . This programs will focus on how and what COPING SKILLS are and how they can help or assist you with some of your underlying issues.Which made me a be self-aware of my environment I was surrounding myself in or what was brought on within my gene pool that i was diagnosed with. Therefore, understanding how to use coping skills came daily a routine I utilized to make me stronger individual to battle any triggers that I'll experience with the hear and now. A trigger is anything that you remember from your past that either brings a memory to have been negative or positive. It's what you do to process those memories and give them acknowledgement but do not let them affect you so you can't move forward. With the time you have to put 100% into your treatment plan and the 100% from the staff will give you the reinsurance that you can give fine detail to your mental thought process Which can take sometime so settle in with Milestones to overcome any battles you may be facing! GO MILESTONES!

I brought a friend here for anger management classes. They have no set hours, per receptionist. She was accomading and helpful in updating Google maps. Other then this, I have no other experience with this organization.

At St Cloud Hospital you'll be able to find great care. The doctors and nurses that work here are professional and worry about your well being. Thank you for a great experience.

Last Friday Dec 5, I had terrible stomach pains. I had to call my husband who was in the living room and ask for his help. I was in so much pain I couldn’t move. He called 911, first responder's were here within minutes, one happens to be our neighbor. They looked at the situation and called the ambulance. The medics (thank goodness one was female, since I was sitting on the toilet) came and waited until I was ready to see them and immediately checked everything. Got me in the ambulance and put in an iv and sat next to me and kept careful watch. I got to the ER and they were ready for me. They made sure I was comfortable, did lots of tests. Everyone was patient and kind. They decided to keep me overnight which actually turned into 2 nights. I was brought up to south 5th floor. I was in room S547. From the first nursing staff to the last, I was treated with respect, kindness and compassion. I wish I could remember everyone’s names. I’m not going to say the ones I remember as I don’t want to leave anyone out. From the first responders, the EMTs the Paramedics, the ER staff, Doctors,nursing staff, lab, food service and janitorial were professional, kind and compassionate. Thank you, Thank you, to everyone that helped me that night and the next 2 days. Roxie Chandler

Honestly, this program along with the greatest staff, saved my life. Yes, I did do all the work, however, it was because of the genuine support and care given. My counselors pushed me to be accountable to myself and others.

My son is currently on his second stay at the Adolescent treatment program. Although we aren't happy that he had to return for more help, I knew that he was returning to a safe and nurturing environment where the staff would be courteous and respectful of his needs. He has a lot of anger, and has been working it out with people who understand his mental illness and genuinely care about his recovery. I am very happy that they encourage a high level of family participation in his recovery, as we all need to make changes for things to get better. I feel completely confident that my son is getting the best care possible, and I am provided with updates whenever I ask for them. I trust this facility with my son's life, and I'm not sure that there is a higher level of respect than that. Not everything is perfect - of course - but that's because we are all human.

I was here and loved everything about this place I'd recommend it to people that have the disease of addiction

My time there is where I learned a lot of things about myself not by myself but with my counselor grace who led my on this amazing journey to find that I was really an addict and had a lot of trouble in the past and need help????

Fantastic place to grow! My son had an addiction, and we thought he was lost for worst, but this place made him reconsider his life decisions.

I was here for 78 days could’ve been 71 but I got extended for something I didn’t do it was very understandable but overwhelming. My stay was very bitter sweet I loveeee love loveeee the staff and the girls I had there with me Omgg I will FORVER have this place in my heart. This place has taught me a ton of things i wouldn't have learned if I never went here. It took me about 3 weeks to adjust to the new environment but after that I kinda loved it I definitely wouldn’t do it again! But I miss this place a lot I really really do I wanna go back and spend just one more day lol 😭🫶🏼

123 Recovery was a solid starting point when I first reached out. The helpline folks were quick to pick up and didn’t make me feel like just another caller. They gave me straightforward info and helped me understand what to expect moving forward.I appreciated that they kept things simple and real, no confusing jargon or pressure. They hooked me up with some good options nearby and even followed up later. It made a huge difference having someone guide me through those first steps.

I recently attended an inpatient program that was not project turnabout. I have been to project turnabout twice years ago. And to be honest, at first I didn't like it. I thought it was strict and too intense with all of the structure. But I stuck it out and completed the program and by the time I left I was crying and sad to leave. It was at project turnabout where I first discovered what true recovery was and for the first time in a long time what it felt like to have genuine friendships with other women. I learned I desperately needed all that structure in my life to be successful in recovery and after being in an inpatient recently that wasn't as strict, I respect and appreciate all those rules I once had and learned how important they are to hold me accountable in various areas of my life. And for my aftercare now, I decided to come back to project turnabout in Willmar because I respect the program and have love for it and always will. I feel like I'm where I'm meant to be, I feel like I'm home.

Sobriety First Treatment Center is by far one of the best Treatment Centers i have ever been apart of. The community of Sobriety First is the longest standing community of people in recovery I have yet to see. The events they put on for clients and family have been one of the most essential parts of my recovery. I would and will recommend Sobriety First to anyone and everyone I know serious about finding a better way to live. Thank you all so much for being part of the recovery community in Minnesota.
