I was here for 78 days could’ve been 71 but I got extended for something I didn’t do it was very understandable but overwhelming. My stay was very bitter sweet I loveeee love loveeee the staff and the girls I had there with me Omgg I will FORVER have this place in my heart. This place has taught me a ton of things i wouldn't have learned if I never went here. It took me about 3 weeks to adjust to the new environment but after that I kinda loved it I definitely wouldn’t do it again! But I miss this place a lot I really really do I wanna go back and spend just one more day lol 😭🫶🏼

I went here when I was an adolescent I think when I was around 16, I’m 21 now. Growing up I didn’t go to a lot of humane treatment centers when I think back on my time here though it was awesome. The food was great I was never hungry we went on field trips and got outside often. It was so fun here it felt like summer camp but in a therapeutic way. I hope it’s the same since I went there. Thank you guys.

Took a lot away from this program love that I was totally woman-based staff is great sure had it's downsides but you can't get along with everybody and you're not going to like everything but I really like this place

I was so desperate when I called Integrations, pretty much in pure panic mode. My daughter had relapsed after being told when we left the hospital in TX, where we had just spent 14 days, 5 of those being in the ICU, that she would die if she drank again. She was so weak, thin, pale, and fragile from the abuse her body had taken over the prior 6-7 years of extremely heavy drinking. She turned 26 a few days after bringing her home with me to MN. She was sober for 4 months, yet here we were back in the hospital again after a short relapse. She had drunk so much liquor that she had a seizure. I felt so helpless. As a parent, you want to shield and protect your kids, but she was not a kid. She was an adult, and I really had no say so. I even thought that I was going to have to go and try to get a medical POA over her to try and save her life. While in the hospital, I spent my time searching rehabs in the state of Minnesota, and I ran across Integrations. I read all of the wonderful reviews and started calling. I think I was on the borderline of harassment; I called so many times over the few days at the hospital. I could not help but think that if she did not leave the hospital and go straight to an inpatient facility, I was going to lose my beautiful daughter. Best phone call I have ever made. I have Jill and Rich to thank for saving my daughter's life; really, all of the staff are so wonderful at this facility. Words truly cannot express the gratitude I have for the help and guidance they have given to my daughter and continue to do so in the sober living home. They truly are the most caring people. Thank you for accepting my daughter into your program! Thank you for saving my beautiful daughter's life.

Integrations truly saved my life! The staff there are all amazing from the techs to Dr. Rich Decker , Jill Decker and the counselor 's. Theyre all hands on. Jill and Rich own the place and are very much involved in our recovery. They're there day in and day out ( sometimes working as tech staff) They're just amazing people. They've even been there for me since I've been home. If you suffer from trauma and addiction, or just addiction..there's no safer place than integrations...they work hard to make it a safe healing environment...

Counselors are very knowledged, they are always there to help you. Absolutely amazing.

Ive stepped down now but will keep in contact with the workers probably for life. And will remain in contact with the friends ive made. I appreciate the support specialist. She is awesome!!5 stars

Village Ranch Inc. has been a positive and supportive environment overall. The staff genuinely care about the youth they work with and put a lot of effort into helping them grow through structure, accountability, and consistent guidance. The program provides a good balance between education, skill-building, and personal development, and you can tell they’re dedicated to making a difference. The facility is well-maintained, and communication with staff has been reliable. Like any program, there’s always room for improvement as times and expectations evolve, but overall, it’s clear that Village Ranch is run by people who truly want to see kids succeed. I appreciate the work they do and the impact they’ve had on the youth in their care.

My experience at CMM Addiction & Recovery Helpline was one of steady progress over several months. In the first month I focused on detox and getting my body back to a healthy rhythm. The second month brought deeper therapy sessions where I began facing the emotional roots of my addiction. By the third month I could see clear changes in my mood, mindset, and confidence. Each stage built on the last, and the staff guided me with patience and understanding throughout the journey. Looking back, I see consistent growth and real healing that continues to shape my everyday life.

I'm not sharing my true name for confidentiality reasons, however there is nothing wrong with this facility. If an individual truly wants to get sober it doesn't matter if your in the Taj Mahal or a barn. This place was no comparison to either two I'm just giving an example. When I first went in, I hated it. Who are these people to tell me what to do!! I've lived my life just fine,Not!!! I did the talk,not the walk and decided to run away. No details but when I came back my eyes opened up bc there was so much staff there for support. They have nursing staff,psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, all there u don't have to go anywhere. Counselor for individual therapy and group sessions. All the staff does staffing on all clients so they all get best care for everyone. You don't cook, food is brought In already cooked, balanced homestle meals. There is a food pantry available for snacking in between meals. You get what you put into program, rewards are earned .Since its a Closed door /locked to outside program,doing outside activities (library ,ymca,fast food,nature walks,going to lake,etc,discretion of activities staff) are earned.when In addiction to therapy intensive,they have other ways for us to work out of inner demons. (Art therapy, play acting,etc)We would be brought to outside support meetings and also have meetings come there. We were given so many tools and ways to self care,it was then a matter of following through,continue the structure.Like the saying goes "it works,if you work it". I cant imagine anyone giving this place a bad review,your practicly pampered, the staff is wonderful, they are all so helpful and unjudgemental,thanks. Edith

I went to Hazelden due to a terrible addiction, I was at my lowest, and I was struggling because I knew that my life was falling apart. Nevertheless, they managed to save my life!!! Today I am clean and serene, thank you for that, I owe you so much.

One of the best choices I ever made was checking myself in here. The counselors are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great work done by the Hazelden Betty Ford foundation.

I rarely give 5 stars but Esther Yankey is incredible! She gave me hope and she actually helped me! I was seeing a different provider for short term help dealing with a really difficult divorce, over medicated and lack of proper understanding of medication led to a lot more difficulties. I reached out and I got Esther... she listened, understood, and cared! If you are navigating trying to get off of any type of medication, especially anxiety medications, please see Esther!

Tammee Nevergall was lovely to work with. She was gentle and understanding with my 9 year old. Staff was friendly, helpful, and we felt safe, cared for, and respected.

I went here about 2 years ago and I am so greatful I did. The staff and owners are great people who care about clients. I made life-long friends, shared in many laughs and learned a lot about myself and addiction. One of the best things about Sobriety First is that they will bring clients to AA/NA events all over the state and even some outside Minnesota! They will do this for free and pay all expenses (hotel, campsite, food, snacks, water, energy drinks, and entry fees). This place changed my life and showed me how to have fun and make countless friends in the recovery community ❤️

This place has a great and different outlook on recovery it values connection to the community more than anything and the staff are very close and caring people who will go the extra mile for you as long as you are willing to put in the effort to better your life

Last Friday Dec 5, I had terrible stomach pains. I had to call my husband who was in the living room and ask for his help. I was in so much pain I couldn’t move. He called 911, first responder's were here within minutes, one happens to be our neighbor. They looked at the situation and called the ambulance. The medics (thank goodness one was female, since I was sitting on the toilet) came and waited until I was ready to see them and immediately checked everything. Got me in the ambulance and put in an iv and sat next to me and kept careful watch. I got to the ER and they were ready for me. They made sure I was comfortable, did lots of tests. Everyone was patient and kind. They decided to keep me overnight which actually turned into 2 nights. I was brought up to south 5th floor. I was in room S547. From the first nursing staff to the last, I was treated with respect, kindness and compassion. I wish I could remember everyone’s names. I’m not going to say the ones I remember as I don’t want to leave anyone out. From the first responders, the EMTs the Paramedics, the ER staff, Doctors,nursing staff, lab, food service and janitorial were professional, kind and compassionate. Thank you, Thank you, to everyone that helped me that night and the next 2 days. Roxie Chandler
