I was here for 78 days could’ve been 71 but I got extended for something I didn’t do it was very understandable but overwhelming. My stay was very bitter sweet I loveeee love loveeee the staff and the girls I had there with me Omgg I will FORVER have this place in my heart. This place has taught me a ton of things i wouldn't have learned if I never went here. It took me about 3 weeks to adjust to the new environment but after that I kinda loved it I definitely wouldn’t do it again! But I miss this place a lot I really really do I wanna go back and spend just one more day lol 😭🫶🏼

I went here when I was an adolescent I think when I was around 16, I’m 21 now. Growing up I didn’t go to a lot of humane treatment centers when I think back on my time here though it was awesome. The food was great I was never hungry we went on field trips and got outside often. It was so fun here it felt like summer camp but in a therapeutic way. I hope it’s the same since I went there. Thank you guys.

I have been clean and sober approximately 4 years and change. Woodlands, the staff has changed my outlook on the going-ons. I went to school locally, I kept ahead with my career deaires, and I helped myself out of a rut thanks to their staff Barbara Liddle, Andy Sinclair, Tim Lucas, and Juana Belacazar. They have instilled in me this clean & sober bias at home and in the workspace and have vocal affirmations of positivity. I was voicing therapy and psychology treatment over Face-Chat (ZOOM) and have loved it. I've also enjoyed tele-therapy when triggered by the harshness of something buggingnme. They've nevertheless been our best place for day treatment and sober-ing up as a young individual. 5/5. *Next Meme*

Dr.Fink and staff is very professional and friendly. We enjoyed working with him. He diagnosed my sons Autism Spectrum Disorder and evening offered follow up counseling. I thought I’d have to go much further for a diagnosis, but was thankful to find out otherwise! Highly recommend!

my life changed after i took a test here, things got weird at the hospital, then i went home and it got super duper weird bad, they drove me insane with what people where doing around, then they denied everything and said i was hallucinating here is a quote from god "you can NOT understand how angry i am" 4801 veterans drive 48-0-1 people know that what im told in dreams is correct, but like the 0(zero) dream, they dont think its god they want it to be satan or something, just because they dont like what god has to say maybe..... if they didnt tap my phony without a warrant and do all kinds of weird stuff driving me insane, maybe god wouldn't be saying the bad stuff god is... just a thought (OMG you have no idea the hate i have dealt with over this, keep in mind they where mean to me before god showed up, god showed up to defend me, im david you might not want to be my enemy or help them) they will just deny everything

I guessed dosed at this clinic and was very happy with the facility and staff. The clinic seems to be a modern, efficient, and capable facility. I have guessed dosed and been a patient at over 15 clinics, across the U.S., so I have a large amount of clinic experience.. Anyway St Cloud is a good standard for clinics and patients to try and reach.

What Jeff Said! NOBODY forces you to be on this medication for 10 years, Its YOUR PERSONAL CHOICE! That's why there's a TREATMENT PLAN controlled Ain by the patients,they can't read your mind if you want off,that's why people get mad and quit, you hv to earn your take homes and plain and simple see your counselor ( if there's any) and pass pee test,aside tell your counselor IF you want to detox,otherwise you will be on it forever

I went here about 2 years ago and I am so greatful I did. The staff and owners are great people who care about clients. I made life-long friends, shared in many laughs and learned a lot about myself and addiction. One of the best things about Sobriety First is that they will bring clients to AA/NA events all over the state and even some outside Minnesota! They will do this for free and pay all expenses (hotel, campsite, food, snacks, water, energy drinks, and entry fees). This place changed my life and showed me how to have fun and make countless friends in the recovery community ❤️

it was awhile ago that i was there but i still miss it. I miss the people and all the friendships i made, the thing is you cant really stay in contact which makes sense. i enjoyed focus at the start of the day and playing gang beasts with the other patients, that was probably my favorite part. on wednesdays we had a dog named Story come in and he is absolutely adorable, i got many pictures with him. The staff are nice and welcoming, my favorites were Joe and Grant, they were very funny. on tuesdays it would be tacos for lunch and Joe would often throw the left over tortillas for us to catch, its a small thing but an amazing memory. Claras House helped me notice that i was in a unhealthy relationship and once i broke up with him ive been so much happier and at peace. overall i think this place is helpful but its completely understandable to be nervous for the first few days, i was but i noticed how sweet the other patients and staff were and i warmed up.

It was absolutely amazing, everyone was helpful and were kind. Joe and Grant are NOT what the other reviews say. They are both kind and loving human beings that pit in a lot of effort to make us (the kids) feel at home. They tease us a bit, but overall are helpful. I highly recommend this place. This was the best i place could have asked for. Friendly, welcoming, and sincerely caring staff on the most part. Most staff were in recovery so they were understanding. I would definitely recommend New Beginnings in Waverly to anyone. My guess is 9 out of 10 people have a great experience. Theres no were to walk, run, or jog to get a bottle of booze. Its right on a lake for fishing on shore. Its high intensity like a hospital, only theres plenty of yard to walk around outside. Hubart H. Humphreys house he lived in while he was vice president. Historical and beautiful place for substance abuse treatment and recovery. Foods pretty dang good too. Excellent talented welcoming counselors!! Thank you staff at new beginnings!! And nurses too!!

This hospital saved my life! I was flown in from my hometown as they couldn't do much with me. I don't remember much but waking up after being placed on a breathing tube. I woke up to very kind, reassuring, helpful ect... nurses, doctors and respiratory therapist. I am a healthy 43 year old women but I was very sick. I was very well taken care of. Genuine good nurses. While I was intubated my husband and mom also said the nurses were amazing. I thank you all very much for your genuine care! I was in ICU for a few days i wish I could remember the names as the staff was wonderful. One nurse I remember very well and that is Britt. She was amazing! You can tell she honestly cares about her patients. Thank you for all your hard work!

Came here for a consult/stay on the OB 3rd floor wing and had great experiences with the nursing staff over the weekend and had good attention from OB doctors as well. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day and the food selection is great but would appreciate if a support person didn’t have to pay out of pocket for their meal. Also it was mentioned to us by an employee that access from the South ramp used to be open and was very convenient but due to staffing cuts they closed that so you have to take quite an indirect route up there.

My son is currently on his second stay at the Adolescent treatment program. Although we aren't happy that he had to return for more help, I knew that he was returning to a safe and nurturing environment where the staff would be courteous and respectful of his needs. He has a lot of anger, and has been working it out with people who understand his mental illness and genuinely care about his recovery. I am very happy that they encourage a high level of family participation in his recovery, as we all need to make changes for things to get better. I feel completely confident that my son is getting the best care possible, and I am provided with updates whenever I ask for them. I trust this facility with my son's life, and I'm not sure that there is a higher level of respect than that. Not everything is perfect - of course - but that's because we are all human.
