I've been there to ask questions about a sociology assignment I was working on a post college advanced age , sociology assignment. They were helpful and professional.

Last Friday Dec 5, I had terrible stomach pains. I had to call my husband who was in the living room and ask for his help. I was in so much pain I couldn’t move. He called 911, first responder's were here within minutes, one happens to be our neighbor. They looked at the situation and called the ambulance. The medics (thank goodness one was female, since I was sitting on the toilet) came and waited until I was ready to see them and immediately checked everything. Got me in the ambulance and put in an iv and sat next to me and kept careful watch. I got to the ER and they were ready for me. They made sure I was comfortable, did lots of tests. Everyone was patient and kind. They decided to keep me overnight which actually turned into 2 nights. I was brought up to south 5th floor. I was in room S547. From the first nursing staff to the last, I was treated with respect, kindness and compassion. I wish I could remember everyone’s names. I’m not going to say the ones I remember as I don’t want to leave anyone out. From the first responders, the EMTs the Paramedics, the ER staff, Doctors,nursing staff, lab, food service and janitorial were professional, kind and compassionate. Honestly, this program along with the greatest staff, saved my life. Yes, I did do all the work, however, it was because of the genuine support and care given. My counselors pushed me to be accountable to myself and others.

My son is currently on his second stay at the Adolescent treatment program. Although we aren't happy that he had to return for more help, I knew that he was returning to a safe and nurturing environment where the staff would be courteous and respectful of his needs. He has a lot of anger, and has been working it out with people who understand his mental illness and genuinely care about his recovery. I am very happy that they encourage a high level of family participation in his recovery, as we all need to make changes for things to get better. I feel completely confident that my son is getting the best care possible, and I am provided with updates whenever I ask for them. I trust this facility with my son's life, and I'm not sure that there is a higher level of respect than that. Not everything is perfect - of course - but that's because we are all human.

I was here and loved everything about this place I'd recommend it to people that have the disease of addiction

This place changed my life! Without Karen Hutchins and Threase Meyer, I wouldn't be where I am today. I came in broken and left with a huge amount of healing in my life. I can't say enough good things about Transformation House. My experience here was a night and day difference from my previous treatment center. My counselor was incredible – so empathetic and understanding, which made it easier to be honest and work through things. The entire staff genuinely cares about your well-being. It's clear they're not just going through the motions. What I appreciated most was that they focused on helping me find the right path forward, even after I left. The outpatient program they connected me with was fantastic. Today, I'm proud to say I've graduated, I'm in college, I have a job, and most importantly, I have my kids back in my life. My advice to anyone going to Transformation House is to be honest with yourself and your counselor, and truly commit to the process. Stop making excuses and put in the work – they will meet you where you are and provide the support you need. I also built some strong connections with the other women there. The staff creates a supportive environment, but ultimately, your willingness to change is key. Transformation House truly changed my life, and I'm incredibly grateful for how far I've come.

Place saved my life and helped turn me around and doing so might have saved other because I did not care about human lives of you where between me and what I wanted it was bad for you and by me being there for a long time I learned to care for my neighbors and also became a man working full time and still doing out patient full time and every one cares for you from the owner to the techs it's a true honor being and alumni member from there

Oh where do I start? This place has Literally Changed my whole process on wanting to stay sober!! The atmosphere is great! Tho I didn’t need impatient Their out patient program is Great.

I went here about 2 years ago and I am so greatful I did. The staff and owners are great people who care about clients. I made life-long friends, shared in many laughs and learned a lot about myself and addiction. One of the best things about Sobriety First is that they will bring clients to AA/NA events all over the state and even some outside Minnesota! They will do this for free and pay all expenses (hotel, campsite, food, snacks, water, energy drinks, and entry fees). This place changed my life and showed me how to have fun and make countless friends in the recovery community ❤️

This place has a great and different outlook on recovery it values connection to the community more than anything and the staff are very close and caring people who will go the extra mile for you as long as you are willing to put in the effort to better your life

I was here for 78 days could’ve been 71 but I got extended for something I didn’t do it was very understandable but overwhelming. My stay was very bitter sweet I loveeee love loveeee the staff and the girls I had there with me Omgg I will FORVER have this place in my heart. This place has taught me a ton of things i wouldn't have learned if I never went here. It took me about 3 weeks to adjust to the new environment but after that I kinda loved it I definitely wouldn’t do it again! But I miss this place a lot I really really do I wanna go back and spend just one more day lol 😭🫶🏼

I went here when I was an adolescent I think when I was around 16, I’m 21 now. Growing up I didn’t go to a lot of humane treatment centers when I think back on my time here though it was awesome. The food was great I was never hungry we went on field trips and got outside often. It was so fun here it felt like summer camp but in a therapeutic way. I hope it’s the same since I went there. Thank you guys.

After a very difficult and discouraging day dealing with other clinics, I came to Fairview feeling anxious, exhausted, and honestly a bit hopeless. Kristen changed everything. She treated me with genuine respect, patience, and kindness. She listened carefully, took my symptoms seriously, and never rushed me. For the first time today, I felt heard and understood. She provided clear medical explanations, validated my concerns, and helped me finally get the documentation I needed regarding my asthma flare and recent illness. The letter she wrote for me was thorough, professional, and thoughtfully worded. It reflected real care for the patient’s situation—not just “checking boxes,” but truly supporting me. I would say that Great River Assertive Community Treatment, ACT team in Monticello, MN, is one of the best routes on outpatient psychiatric services, for people with disabilities, addiction and/or like problems.

Ive stepped down now but will keep in contact with the workers probably for life. And will remain in contact with the friends ive made. I appreciate the support specialist. She is awesome!!5 stars

Village Ranch Inc. has been a positive and supportive environment overall. The staff genuinely care about the youth they work with and put a lot of effort into helping them grow through structure, accountability, and consistent guidance. The program provides a good balance between education, skill-building, and personal development, and you can tell they’re dedicated to making a difference. The facility is well-maintained, and communication with staff has been reliable. Like any program, there’s always room for improvement as times and expectations evolve, but overall, it’s clear that Village Ranch is run by people who truly want to see kids succeed. I appreciate the work they do and the impact they’ve had on the youth in their care.

I was sent to village ranch 31 years ago I'm sure alot of the staff are with the lord but it changed my life I have so many good memories thank you for giving to the lord I was that life that was changed
