The care that has been received has been what we have intended to be. The customer service of the front desk/appointment schedulers. It is awkward most of the time. Bunnie is great, but the rest is short, not proper etiquette while having clients on the phone. They make sound like the appointment is a burden. Otherwise the care is great.

i go to iop here, every single day i wake up and im looking forward to going. the staff are so friendly and make the place very welcoming. i love coming here and sharing my experiences with my peers and counselor, everyone listens and gives feedback (if wanted) and it s nice to know im not alone in my struggles. the building its self if very calming and doesn t get me overwhelmed or overstimulated. if i do get upset about something i can go to the iop program manager and talk to her in her office, where she listens to me if i don t feel comfortable sharing in a medium environment. all of the counselors understand we are going through a hard time and have our own struggles, they put their every bit of attention onto the patients and make sure if they have needs, they are met. this program accepts adolescents and adults who are struggling, i know so many people who have had success in their sobriety due to this program. i love this place and i would 1000% recommend trying it out.

Anne Franey is the best counselor, Kadie Eaton and Lora Anderson are also fabulous. They have helped me through a lot of difficult situations, and I wouldn t be where I am without them. Grateful.I checked into Vinland Center in Loretto on Nov 6th with a broken body and depression/addiction issues.Luckily my faith and spirit were intact.This organization specializes in physical therapy/addiction/mental health and head trauma.Peace out to Physical Therapist Jeff Willert.This guy is a world class trainer working for the Minnesota Vikings for many years.He convinced me how important nutrition and exercise is.There entire staff is top notch I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you need treatment.Even with two pending surgeries on my right knee and back I pushed my way thru there program.I got out and moved into The Retreat mansion on Summit on Jan 30th.have not had fast food since October.I only eat fresh food and lots of veggies and fruit very few carbs and almost no sugar.My blood pressure and blood sugar levels are normal.I have lost 20 pounds and have no had alcohol since October as well.I am sick with Covid right now on my bday.Yet I feel incredibly lucky and blessed for my family and support system.Very thankful for the state of Minnesota,Vinland Center and The Retreat.I am humbled and overwhelmed with the bday wishes which I will def respond too.I would rather be sick on my bday then drunk and lonely no question about that.Hooray for 54 and if I keep living healthy there will be many more.Especially grateful for my savior Jesus Crist if my life isnt #purposedriven then I have no life.LOVE AND SERVICE.#vinlandcenter #TheRetreat #kanesword #recoveryworks #fitness

My experience at Vinland was inspiring to me. It helped me with a lot of time to reflect on myself. It let me get back into practicing routine. Participating in groups and meetings. Started to eat healthier. I got back into shape by exercising. Including running again after years of not. Having the opportunity to appreciate nature again. I'm grateful to Vinland, it's staff, counselors, nurses, fitness team, my group members, my AA meetings there, the cooks and everyone else heavily involved with this facillity. Miss you Group 3!

I had my first visit yesterday. The doctor was extremely thorough with the exam, asking questions about things I have long forgotten. He and the rest of the staff were very polite and patient. They even had a bit of a sense of humor. I've had some unpleasant experiences at other VA clinics/hospitals in the past so I was very pleased with them.

I had some issues with my appointment/mychart, but the staff there went above and beyond for me to make what they could happen given the circumstances, and they absolutely did not have to. Their service completely nullified the "bumps in the road" we had for me from my perspective.My doctor also went above and beyond! He was completely realistic with me, answered any and all of my questions and also seemed to be a very relatable guy.Not once during my visit did I feel that he or any of the staff weren't taking my experiences seriously and that's awesome.

Well if your really trying to get clean and sober it s a start you just have to be a self motivated individual and stay away from the bull because it s easy to become apart of the daily B.S. of fake it to you make it you do get exactly what you put in to it if you put nothing into you your sobriety you will not get anything out of it and if your just looking for a place to rest over the winter not recommended by me because you will not last long because you probably will be using and this is a cold hard fact someone will tell on you and you will be tested and discharged I ve seen it all in the two years that I lived there and there is not a daily routine other that the chore that you are assigned which is when you get there and it is an unpaid chore however to do receive I believe it is 102.00 every month on the first of the month and after 30 days of an unpaid job you can sign up for a paid job which I think you can receive up to 65 dollars extra a month in your pocket and the rest goes on your books until you Successfully discharge or the lesser unsuccessful discharge either way you will receive you money on your book and you will receive a free cab ride to your destination if discharged day or night unless you have your own vehicle or call a friend or family member to come pick you up this is not the hangout or a good place to pick women or a man up remember there just as sick as you are dealing with an addiction and need to focus on their recovery I ve seen so many walk through those door and because one may think it a joke or because you can take up to 20 days a month and most of us think we can or this is the right time to get drunk or get high because no one will know anything but it always comes out in an action or something else that you shouldn t play with your sobriety it s not a good feeling when your asked to leave and you don t get a fair time to explain your side because this place Mission Lodge is a Co-Ed facility for men and women their more for women than men so watch out for yourself now all of the staff in not against you or look down on you however there are some who may or may not care for you and will tell lies to get you discharged for personal reason and who will Retaliate against you which is against facility policies However you can come back this with going to the director and truly they will take a look at it and staff member will be reprimanded that s when the retaliation comes about and they will pick on you do any little thing and they will try to get you discharge but overall places in a bad place if you really have a substance-abuse problem try it out if you don t I wouldn t waste your time because you will be discharged personal opinion

Been going here since they opened, Never have I ever had any issues. They treat people with respect. I recently got my boyfriend to switch over. He seems to be more stable and he has had far less migraines since changing clinics. Also we like that there are not people just hanging out there. Like we have seen at other clinics sometimes.

I was brought by ambulance to this hospital for high blood pressure from another clinic.Communication was clear. I think the support staff maybe doesn t have the years of experience that some other hospitals have.But they were attentive and responsive when I had a concern.I didn t have a bad experience at all, but I had a better experience at another ER later in the week. I do believe that the doctor followed protocol so I can t complain about that.Every hospital has their specialty and it s good to know what those are before going to an ER. This was the closest ER to my Clinic and I was happy that I was able to be seen so quickly.

The Nurses at Mercy Hospital are top notch. My husband was recently there with VTach and was taken really good care of. Nurse Hellen and Nurse Say-Yange are by far the most caring empathetic nurses I have ever met. Thank you for all you do and for taking phenomenal care of my husband.

Overall, Mercy Hospital does provide excellent Care. I have been in the Cardiac Rehab department 2 full terms. those people are excellent at what they do. recently, I sent the night in the ED and then was admitted with Sepsis. I had an ED Nurse that was excellent and very attentive, James. I also had some nurses in my area during my week long stay that were excellent, Katie, Sara etc. It is sad though that some staff do not perform as well and are not very patient focused. One nurse, Misra, argued with me as to whether I was in pain and did not provide me any medication or relief when I asked. My wife had to come back to the hospital late at night to argue with the staff and help me get some relief. I also had a PA from Urology that refused to tell me her name.Overall though, Mercy is a good hospital. like any other business, there are good apples and bad apples.

I was in this place for around 3-5 months. I experienced lotta things and have been to many treatments before and l have never actually seen workers care bout they clients like these workers do. I seen lotta guys talk bad about stuff cause they don t get their way. I really thought l didn t learned nothing from this place but l actually did. I got put into the situations of using again and yes l relapse but l was also able to stop from letting myself go to deep into addiction cause of the skills l learned from this place. You can t really get help and better your self if you ain t really want the help to better yourself. I miss this place place and the nice & funny stuff. My fav stuff was always Paul this a good place but l keep seeing angry people commenting bad bout this place and tbh l think they just doing that cause they didn t get their way oh and btw lm 8 months sober now & also l wanna thank Ashley and everyone in this place that helped and thought me the skills l needed to maintain sober l hope everyone is doing good
