I would say that Great River Assertive Community Treatment, ACT team in Monticello, MN, is one of the best routes on outpatient psychiatric services, for people with disabilities, addiction and/or like problems.

Been coming to the Center for Family Counciling and it has been a blessing to our family. Jacob has been amazing to work with. Super recommended to anyone!

Tammee Nevergall was lovely to work with. She was gentle and understanding with my 9 year old. Staff was friendly, helpful, and we felt safe, cared for, and respected.

I can't say enough good things about Transformation House. My experience here was a night and day difference from my previous treatment center. My counselor was incredible – so empathetic and understanding, which made it easier to be honest and work through things. The entire staff genuinely cares about your well-being. It's clear they're not just going through the motions. What I appreciated most was that they focused on helping me find the right path forward, even after I left. The outpatient program they connected me with was fantastic. Today, I'm proud to say I've graduated, I'm in college, I have a job, and most importantly, I have my kids back in my life. My advice to anyone going to Transformation House is to be honest with yourself and your counselor, and truly commit to the process. Stop making excuses and put in the work – they will meet you where you are and provide the support you need. I also built some strong connections with the other women there. The staff creates a supportive environment, but ultimately, your willingness to change is key. Transformation House truly changed my life, and I'm incredibly grateful for how far I've come.

Place saved my life and helped turn me around and doing so might have saved other because I did not care about human lives of you where between me and what I wanted it was bad for you and by me being there for a long time I learned to care for my neighbors and also became a man working full time and still doing out patient full time and every one cares for you from the owner to the techs it's a true honor being and alumni member from there

Oh where do I start? This place has Literally Changed my whole process on wanting to stay sober!! The atmosphere is great! Tho I didn’t need impatient Their out patient program is Great.

I love that they had therapy appointments available within 2 days of my call and was also able to schedule another appointment the next week same time. I have been to other clinics like ACP and private practices. It's unheard of to get a therapy session this fast, even my general doctor told me there is a long wait for getting therapy. To me, being there when I really need the help, not 5 weeks out, made all the difference in the world. I had a video session with Tiffany and found her to be very supportive and kind while collecting my first appointment info. She made me feel comfortable explaining how she approaches therapy - woven into my responses. It felt very reciprocal and reassuring.

Best treatment center out of five places in 21 years. It’s rustic in the middle of nowhere. The STAFF is amazing and actually touched on trauma codependency control and actually did the work. And I can’t sleep. I’m home in my apartment. I went to four meetings today. I’m struggling. I’m sober. I’m struggling real life real shit and I am so forever grateful for new beginnings. Thank you❤️🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

I went here today for an annual exam. I was impressed with the staff! I had Dr Steffens. She communicates everything she does and is very considerate. Nurses are friendly. Comfortable environment. I started going here last year after an accident. Very thankful to the VA for helping me through rehab and northwest for yearly checkups.

I had my first visit yesterday. The doctor was extremely thorough with the exam, asking questions about things I have long forgotten. He and the rest of the staff were very polite and patient. They even had a bit of a sense of humor. I've had some unpleasant experiences at other VA clinics/hospitals in the past so I was very pleased with them.

I Love Everything About Fairview clinics I’ve been going for years now and i truly Love The nurses the Doctors the everyone there i really like my doctors Mrs N and Mrs M they’re amazing and have a lot of patience with my autism :) and anxiety and stuff like that they’re awesome

Dr. David Pearson gave me a much better quality of life when it comes to Eczema. My flares are well managed and my life is far more livable. I would recommend him and the clinic to anyone with moderate to severe Eczema.

Always wonderful. From front desk personnel to lab technicians who draw our blood and take specimens, nurses, doctors, everyone we interact with is helpful and tries to do her best. Some day I didnt drink enough fluid and it was harder to draw blood, yet the lab tech got my blood drawn successfully with so many apologies ( It was my fault to not drink enough water prior to blood work. Yet she cared so much about my experience and so empathetic. ) I just want to tell you all that we appreciate you. My family just loves this clinic. We love Dr Ho, as she turned my life around and is very thorough and so empathetic. I love all the nurses, all lab technicians, all front desk staff. This is a caring and inclusive place for everyone.

I just stopped in, on 4/30/25 @ 340pm. I only needed a blood lab. The front desk confirmed I was there for blood work, I said yes. I sat down, and was immediately called back. The lab Woman, can't remember her name but she was in maroon scrubs, dark longer hair, white, and super nice! My veins are hard to get to often requires many pokes, even by awesome lab techs! She did it so I didn't feel a thing! She said she used a baby needle because of my veins. It was awwwweeessoommee! Though she thought I had urine order , which there is an order, but when I checked in at the front desk, she made no mention of it. My provider and I decided this urine was not needed. So the lab tech will cancel that order. 5 stars for the lab! Sorry that all the other reviews suck on the page. I go to Brooklyn Park or Fridley, for my actual Dr appts. Ooh! And my result is already in the system! That was like 3 min!

Tonya at anchor recovery is one of the most personable and respectful people I’ve ever met! Highly recommend this group of people for any needs a person may have. They have an amazing group of staff that is extremely caring and knowledgeable about their work!

Most of the providers here are great. The nurses are amazing, they are helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Wait times are not long. The place is very clean. They have imagining, lab and pharmacy in the same building. I moved farther away but drive the extra time because it's the best clinic so it's worth it.

Will never deliver my babies anywhere else!!! 2y ago I came in for emergency C section from a nearby birthing center after no progression. I am not a doctor/hospital person and wanted as close to a natural birth experience as possible. Every single nurse and doctor that saw me deeply respected my wishes and were incredibly knowledgeable and kind. 2 years later I have chosen to drive the 45 minutes to deliver here again with baby #2 in a few weeks even though there are 3 hospitals within 20min of my house. The OB staff are 11/10 amazing and they truly care about you. I am writing this review from the labor and delivery floor with double pneumonia and sepsis due to RSV at 30w pregnant. They are taking fantastic care of me and I feel very safe here. Every staff member you ask will tell you they love working here and are treated well, and it shows in their work. Thank you to my care team. Thank you M Health Fairview. You have saved my life more than once, and made it the best possible experience while doing so.

Providers and staff all very helpful in person and via communication on MyChart. I had forms that needed to be completed for unemployment, and the staff were great about signing, faxing it over, and updating me throughout the process in a timely manner. Both my husband and I recommend going here for primary care, labs, and behavioral/mental health needs.

I just got off the phone with Amy and she got me in!!!!!! i’m so happy I got bad ADHD and stuff and I cannot sit in a waiting room at urgent care I cannot do it. It sounds like a dang nightmare but Amy she got me in for tomorrow morning. How cool is she and she was so nice to me on the phone she laughed at my stupid jokes. She’s very cool very very cool and shout out to my doctor Shaista Malik that woman she puts up with a lot of stuff from me, lol as you can tell from this review, I’m a handful lol

I have avoided visiting a doctor’s office for over 4 years because of extreme anxiety. I have a crippling fear of disease, invasive procedures, test results, a doctor discovering abnormalities and receiving bad news about my health. I finally mustered up the courage to see a doctor today and I was blessed to be one of Dr Rachel Stanchfield’s patients. I was panicking and stressed out prior to the appointment, but her calm, gentle and nonjudgemental approach helped put me at ease. She provided extraordinary care and It really meant a lot to me. I’m glad I finally went to the doctor today because her compassion and understanding has helped reframe my thinking about seeking care and has helped my mind switch gears after realizing my visit today wasn’t as terrifying as I thought it was going to be. I still have more follow up visits, but I feel like I’m better able to handle it and move forward after today’s initial visit. Thank you Dr Stanchfield, it was a true blessing to have you as a doctor today.

Seen promptly, the nurse and the x-ray tech were friendly, professional and personable. Dr. John B Rogers (Orthopedic Surgeon) was very informative, explained my medical condition very well, was thorough explaining the diagnosis of my xray. He answered all my questions and gave me several options and the risks involved with each option. I feel very confident in his skills to perform the surgery we had discussed on my hand.

After going through some negative situations at other locations Christine M. Jensen at this location has truly been a breath of fresh air along with her nurse which I believe her name is Kristen. (I’m so sorry if I got that wrong) This doctor and her care team are so compassionate and kind. They treat you like actual human beings instead of another number walking through the doors. I have never felt so heard or cared for before. I wish there were a million of her at every location, because if there were healthcare would be an entirely different and positive experience. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. I hope everyone who reads this gives her a chance.

This clinic was there for me through eight chikd births, one miscarriage and many viruses. Wondeeful care.

Jacob was very attentive in monitoring my mom. Doesn't complain and asked what he can do for patient and family. 2nd floor on west end was where he was working. We were fortunate to be cared by him.

Had many staff the last 2 days. Mom starved for Tests that never scheduled l. Anyways, Jacob on 2nd level West took care of my mom tonight. Very professional and answers questions perfectly. As well as kind subtle gestures of care, not only to patient but family as well. He doesn't small talk, but purely focused on his job to let patient know he cares. Mercy is very lucky to have nurses like Jacob.

I don’t know why all the negative reviews or what happened to MLRC since my I stayed here but I just celebrated 22 years clean and could not have done it without my 7mnths here. We had brotherhood, my counselor Chris believed in me helped me get set up for when I would be leaving and go back home to NY. I owe my recovery and success in life to this facility.

I was in this place for around 3-5 months. I experienced lotta things and have been to many treatments before and l have never actually seen workers care bout they clients like these workers do. I seen lotta guys talk bad about stuff cause they don’t get their way. I really thought l didn’t learned nothing from this place but l actually did. I got put into the situations of using again and yes l relapse but l was also able to stop from letting myself go to deep into addiction cause of the skills l learned from this place. You can’t really get help and better your self if you ain’t really want the help to better yourself. I miss this place place and the nice & funny stuff. My fav stuff was always Paul😃this a good place but l keep seeing angry people commenting bad bout this place and tbh l think they just doing that cause they didn’t get their way😅oh and btw lm 8 months sober now & also l wanna thank Ashley and everyone in this place that helped and thought me the skills l needed to maintain sober🙂l hope everyone is doing good👍
