I was seeing a different provider for short term help dealing with a really difficult divorce, over medicated and lack of proper understanding of medication led to a lot more difficulties. Tammee Nevergall was lovely to work with. She was gentle and understanding with my 9 year old. Staff was friendly, helpful, and we felt safe, cared for, and respected.

I can't say enough good things about Transformation House. My experience here was a night and day difference from my previous treatment center. My counselor was incredible – so empathetic and understanding, which made it easier to be honest and work through things. The entire staff genuinely cares about your well-being. It's clear they're not just going through the motions. What I appreciated most was that they focused on helping me find the right path forward, even after I left. The outpatient program they connected me with was fantastic. Today, I'm proud to say I've graduated, I'm in college, I have a job, and most importantly, I have my kids back in my life. My advice to anyone going to Transformation House is to be honest with yourself and your counselor, and truly commit to the process. Stop making excuses and put in the work – they will meet you where you are and provide the support you need. I also built some strong connections with the other women there. The staff creates a supportive environment, but ultimately, your willingness to change is key. Transformation House truly changed my life, and I'm incredibly grateful for how far I've come.

Place saved my life and helped turn me around and doing so might have saved other because I did not care about human lives of you where between me and what I wanted it was bad for you and by me being there for a long time I learned to care for my neighbors and also became a man working full time and still doing out patient full time and every one cares for you from the owner to the techs it's a true honor being and alumni member from there

Oh where do I start? This place has Literally Changed my whole process on wanting to stay sober!! The atmosphere is great! Tho I didn’t need impatient Their out patient program is Great.

Dr Gharib is a wonderful example for other Drs with how caring, compassionate putting my fears aside without shaming, arrogance when pts are feeling vulnerable, anxious.

After a very difficult and discouraging day dealing with other clinics, I came to Fairview feeling anxious, exhausted, and honestly a bit hopeless. Kristen changed everything. She treated me with genuine respect, patience, and kindness. She listened carefully, took my symptoms seriously, and never rushed me. For the first time today, I felt heard and understood. She provided clear medical explanations, validated my concerns, and helped me finally get the documentation I needed regarding my asthma flare and recent illness. The letter she wrote for me was thorough, professional, and thoughtfully worded. It reflected real care for the patient’s situation—not just “checking boxes,” but truly supporting me. Because of her compassion and professionalism, I have decided to make Kristen my new primary care provider moving forward. I am deeply grateful for her empathy and her dedication. I would say that Great River Assertive Community Treatment, ACT team in Monticello, MN, is one of the best routes on outpatient psychiatric services, for people with disabilities, addiction and/or like problems.

Dr Rosus Is The Most Intelligent, Caring Psychiatrist In The Profession of Psychology. She is Phenomenal! Kyle Is So Wonderful in His Caring, Calm Ways. Both of These Two Individuals Are Highly Qualified Without Judgement. They Both Deserve Medals. God Bless.

Gwen and Scott are the best. I tried other treatments, but this one is definitely the best. All the other ones I tried, were for profit, and it truly showed, they were more interested in moving you to a higher level of care than actually helping you. My advice, always choose a non profit treatment facility, and Canvas is the one I chose and I highly recommend it.

Our Therapeutic Assistant Practitioner is second to none. Does an amazing job listening and caring.

Last Friday Dec 5, I had terrible stomach pains. I had to call my husband who was in the living room and ask for his help. I was in so much pain I couldn’t move. He called 911, first responder's were here within minutes, one happens to be our neighbor. They looked at the situation and called the ambulance. The medics (thank goodness one was female, since I was sitting on the toilet) came and waited until I was ready to see them and immediately checked everything. Got me in the ambulance and put in an iv and sat next to me and kept careful watch. I got to the ER and they were ready for me. They made sure I was comfortable, did lots of tests. Everyone was patient and kind. They decided to keep me overnight which actually turned into 2 nights. I was brought up to south 5th floor. I was in room S547. From the first nursing staff to the last, I was treated with respect, kindness and compassion. I wish I could remember everyone’s names. I’m not going to say the ones I remember as I don’t want to leave anyone out. From the first responders, the EMTs the Paramedics, the ER staff, Doctors,nursing staff, lab, food service and janitorial were professional, kind and compassionate. Thank you, Thank you, to everyone that helped me that night and the next 2 days. Roxie Chandler

Excellent medical facility with high-quality professionals. I’ve been treated here on a number of occasions for a variety of different issues, as well as my family members. I recently had surgery here and the whole process has been very smooth, I’ve been told what to expect, and the staff have even been fun to chat with.

I thought Marshfield was a joke, this place is even worse. No sense of urgency in anyone and they're incredibly sarcastic for no reason. Is bedside manner not a thing anymore? I believe nurses can be overworked, but its definitely not accurate for Mayos nurses, it takes too long for any of them to even check on you. And then they act like you want to be there and its an inconvenience to them. Embarrassing

Honestly, this program along with the greatest staff, saved my life. Yes, I did do all the work, however, it was because of the genuine support and care given. My counselors pushed me to be accountable to myself and others.

I was here for 78 days could’ve been 71 but I got extended for something I didn’t do it was very understandable but overwhelming. My stay was very bitter sweet I loveeee love loveeee the staff and the girls I had there with me Omgg I will FORVER have this place in my heart. This place has taught me a ton of things i wouldn't have learned if I never went here. It took me about 3 weeks to adjust to the new environment but after that I kinda loved it I definitely wouldn’t do it again! But I miss this place a lot I really really do I wanna go back and spend just one more day lol 😭🫶🏼

I went here when I was an adolescent I think when I was around 16, I’m 21 now. Growing up I didn’t go to a lot of humane treatment centers when I think back on my time here though it was awesome. The food was great I was never hungry we went on field trips and got outside often. It was so fun here it felt like summer camp but in a therapeutic way. I hope it’s the same since I went there. Thank you guys.

Tradewinds Residence wasn't a completely negative experience for me because I learned a few things in the time I was in the program but they should improve many things in order to give the treatment the patients deserve.

I see Kara weekly for therapy sessions, and I am so pleased with how we communicate and have connected. She is a fantastic lady and therapist. I have gotten a lot of help, and I am extremely grateful for the services Tubman has provided for both the community and myself.

Tubman helped my children and I thru a rough and very difficult situation. In the early 2000s. Stood by us thru it all. Showed and taught my kids how people are important and should be loved. Very grateful to all of the staff.

My primary care Dr is amazing. She listened regarding my symptoms and continues to provide excellent care. Jessica is amazing.

Dr. Kyle Olson has been my doctor for over a decade and a half and no matter how far I have moved, I still drive to go see him. I'm so happy I found him and have stayed with him ever since. Not only is he an amazing doctor with incredible analytical skills and extensive experience who looks out for your best interest but he is also very genuine, kind, easy to talk to and get along with. He's been there for me through my highs and lows and has been my rock. He is the doctor you dream of finding which is also why he is so busy but definitely worth the wait for the best care for your health.

We had a great visit from start to finish. Sarah greeted us right when we walked in and was so friendly and kind. Brittney the MA was warm and kind. Dr. Saha was on time, we didn’t wait at all, friendly and efficient. We love this clinic.

The staff always provides professional and confidential care. I come here for all my medical needs and they always deliver an excellent service. Keep doing such great work.

Shout out to Fairview Fridley! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were calm, patient, and kind, even when my insurance wasn’t showing correctly. They gave me clear options, helped me quickly sort things out, and I was seen within minutes. My nurse was friendly and efficient, and my bloodwork was done so gently I didn’t even feel it. Most importantly, Dr. Green is amazing! Smart, relatable, and genuinely caring. She listened, offered thoughtful advice and some great recommendations and made me feel completely heard and supported. This experience was such a contrast from a different Fairview location I used to visit, where I often felt judged, overlooked, and like the staff were either overworked or disconnected. At Fridley, everything feels different in great way. I have had a handful of web calls with my Doctor now and I’ve been at the clinic 3 times now for annual check ups & I truly say feel cared for and confident in my healthcare team. Huge shoutout to Dr. Green and the entire staff! 🖤

I like the Doctors here. I found one in 2019 that I really like but I changed DR's just to have a new handful of ailments since covid. I returned back to the original DR and I'm glad I did. He ordered up a bunch of labs and other things so we can figure out what is going on with my health.
