My experience at Vinland was inspiring to me. It helped me with a lot of time to reflect on myself. It let me get back into practicing routine. Participating in groups and meetings. Started to eat healthier. I got back into shape by exercising. Including running again after years of not. Having the opportunity to appreciate nature again. I'm grateful to Vinland, it's staff, counselors, nurses, fitness team, my group members, my AA meetings there, the cooks and everyone else heavily involved with this facillity. Miss you Group 3!

I had my first visit yesterday. The doctor was extremely thorough with the exam, asking questions about things I have long forgotten. He and the rest of the staff were very polite and patient. They even had a bit of a sense of humor. I've had some unpleasant experiences at other VA clinics/hospitals in the past so I was very pleased with them.

I had some issues with my appointment/mychart, but the staff there went above and beyond for me to make what they could happen given the circumstances, and they absolutely did not have to. Their service completely nullified the "bumps in the road" we had for me from my perspective.My doctor also went above and beyond! He was completely realistic with me, answered any and all of my questions and also seemed to be a very relatable guy.Not once during my visit did I feel that he or any of the staff weren't taking my experiences seriously and that's awesome.

I've been going to this location a lot because of where I live. The front desk people are friendly. I am thankful that they are able to see me regardless of an appointment or urgent care. The nurses actually make it better for their patients because it can be stressful. They are enthusiastic. As a professional scare actor, I always get sick in the fall and I can depend on them to get me the care I need.Even though Urgent Care can be busy and you might wait a long time, they still see as many patients as they can. I have avoided visiting a doctor s office for over 4 years because of extreme anxiety. I have a crippling fear of disease, invasive procedures, test results, a doctor discovering abnormalities and receiving bad news about my health. I was panicking and stressed out prior to the appointment, but her calm, gentle and nonjudgemental approach helped put me at ease. She provided extraordinary care and It really meant a lot to me. I m glad I finally went to the doctor today because her compassion and understanding has helped reframe my thinking about seeking care and has helped my mind switch gears after realizing my visit today wasn t as terrifying as I thought it was going to be. Will never deliver my babies anywhere else!!! 2y ago I came in for emergency C section from a nearby birthing center after no progression. I am not a doctor/hospital person and wanted as close to a natural birth experience as possible. Every single nurse and doctor that saw me deeply respected my wishes and were incredibly knowledgeable and kind. 2 years later I have chosen to drive the 45 minutes to deliver here again with baby #2 in a few weeks even though there are 3 hospitals within 20min of my house. The OB staff are 11/10 amazing and they truly care about you. I am writing this review from the labor and delivery floor with double pneumonia and sepsis due to RSV at 30w pregnant. They are taking fantastic care of me and I feel very safe here. Every staff member you ask will tell you they love working here and are treated well, and it shows in their work. Was a good clinic when I went there a few years back. It's probably the best methadone clinic out of all the Valhallas and methadone clinics in the twin cities to be honest.

Been going here since they opened, Never have I ever had any issues. They treat people with respect. I recently got my boyfriend to switch over. He seems to be more stable and he has had far less migraines since changing clinics. Also we like that there are not people just hanging out there. Like we have seen at other clinics sometimes.

I was brought by ambulance to this hospital for high blood pressure from another clinic.Communication was clear. I think the support staff maybe doesn t have the years of experience that some other hospitals have.But they were attentive and responsive when I had a concern.I didn t have a bad experience at all, but I had a better experience at another ER later in the week. I do believe that the doctor followed protocol so I can t complain about that.Every hospital has their specialty and it s good to know what those are before going to an ER. This was the closest ER to my Clinic and I was happy that I was able to be seen so quickly.

The Nurses at Mercy Hospital are top notch. My husband was recently there with VTach and was taken really good care of. Nurse Hellen and Nurse Say-Yange are by far the most caring empathetic nurses I have ever met. Thank you for all you do and for taking phenomenal care of my husband.

Overall, Mercy Hospital does provide excellent Care. I have been in the Cardiac Rehab department 2 full terms. those people are excellent at what they do. recently, I sent the night in the ED and then was admitted with Sepsis. I had an ED Nurse that was excellent and very attentive, James. I also had some nurses in my area during my week long stay that were excellent, Katie, Sara etc. It is sad though that some staff do not perform as well and are not very patient focused. One nurse, Misra, argued with me as to whether I was in pain and did not provide me any medication or relief when I asked. My wife had to come back to the hospital late at night to argue with the staff and help me get some relief. I also had a PA from Urology that refused to tell me her name.Overall though, Mercy is a good hospital. like any other business, there are good apples and bad apples.

I don t know why all the negative reviews or what happened to MLRC since my I stayed here but I just celebrated 22 years clean and could not have done it without my 7mnths here. I was in this place for around 3-5 months. I experienced lotta things and have been to many treatments before and l have never actually seen workers care bout they clients like these workers do. I seen lotta guys talk bad about stuff cause they don t get their way. I really thought l didn t learned nothing from this place but l actually did. I got put into the situations of using again and yes l relapse but l was also able to stop from letting myself go to deep into addiction cause of the skills l learned from this place. You can t really get help and better your self if you ain t really want the help to better yourself. I miss this place place and the nice & funny stuff. My fav stuff was always Paul this a good place but l keep seeing angry people commenting bad bout this place and tbh l think they just doing that cause they didn t get their way oh and btw lm 8 months sober now & also l wanna thank Ashley and everyone in this place that helped and thought me the skills l needed to maintain sober l hope everyone is doing good
