Wow! What a journey. Please take this seriously for those in addition or wanting to recover! I went here during covid season 2020 when I got my DUI. I was regretting it, didn't take it seriously, etc. I did my month time stay there. Went home continued with addiction cause I still didn't care. After mother's day weekend on 05.09.22 was my first day of sobriety. I'm still sober to this day. Let me tell you what, I've had the most fantastic experiences and time of my life sober! Looking back, wish I'd took things seriously. I even got off probation this year in June. I wasn't supposed to get off until November next year 2024. I mean God's work is honestly a blessing and you definitely feel him working thru you. I remember starting out here at this place, they said "higher power" and I'm like naw, I don't got that. Not even my kids. Oh yeah, God is my highest power! This place is amazing! Trust me! Great staff, food, location, etc! Just please get help! It's not worth your life ending on bad terms! I will never go back to that life style. Sobriety is just the coolest Lord the energy you have, stability, motivation, passion to keep striving and going in life! Yes!! No more laziness! Not a fan of hospitals, I made a visit to a cousin of mine who just had surgery. I walked into her room and the first thing that hit me was the clean smell. Her bedding was so clean and crisp and inviting I decided any future surgeries for me will be a FV Lakes. Not a dust bunny in site and I had no fear of using the restroom. When her food arrived that looked and smelled nummy too. Keep up the good work.

I had some issues with my appointment/mychart, but the staff there went above and beyond for me to make what they could happen given the circumstances, and they absolutely did not have to. Their service completely nullified the "bumps in the road" we had for me from my perspective.My doctor also went above and beyond! He was completely realistic with me, answered any and all of my questions and also seemed to be a very relatable guy.Not once during my visit did I feel that he or any of the staff weren't taking my experiences seriously and that's awesome.

I've been going to this location a lot because of where I live. The front desk people are friendly. I am thankful that they are able to see me regardless of an appointment or urgent care. The nurses actually make it better for their patients because it can be stressful. They are enthusiastic. As a professional scare actor, I always get sick in the fall and I can depend on them to get me the care I need.Even though Urgent Care can be busy and you might wait a long time, they still see as many patients as they can. On behalf of my demons and I, thank you Fairview!

Will never deliver my babies anywhere else!!! 2y ago I came in for emergency C section from a nearby birthing center after no progression. I am not a doctor/hospital person and wanted as close to a natural birth experience as possible. Every single nurse and doctor that saw me deeply respected my wishes and were incredibly knowledgeable and kind. 2 years later I have chosen to drive the 45 minutes to deliver here again with baby #2 in a few weeks even though there are 3 hospitals within 20min of my house. The OB staff are 11/10 amazing and they truly care about you. I am writing this review from the labor and delivery floor with double pneumonia and sepsis due to RSV at 30w pregnant. They are taking fantastic care of me and I feel very safe here. Every staff member you ask will tell you they love working here and are treated well, and it shows in their work. Thank you to my care team. Thank you M Health Fairview. You have saved my life more than once, and made it the best possible experience while doing so.

I don't know what others are saying, but Penny is a fantastic counselor. She was more than fair with me and runs a good program. I say this from the experience of having been in treatment 6 times. She will work with you, if you work with her. You gotta be willing to do the work tho. Otherwise, like me, you will fail. Its a 0 BS program.

I was their between 2017 - 2018.I was the first kid to reach Phase 4 (the level system) and it was quite difficult but I eventually managed to do it.I really believe that Judy, Mickey, Lonnie, Reagan, and Jason were the best staff and were genuinely trying to help me and other kids manage our emotions better.I could tell they truly cared.I remember the Beyblade battles and the outings were also pretty awesome.I'm not sure how it operates now but when I was there most of the time the staff and residents were over all decently chill, despite a few ups and downs.In the Sunrise building (if that's what it's still called) my hand print should still be in the hallway right outside the unit as it was the tradition done for those who graduated and we're ready to move forward.It wasn't perfect, yet it wasn't bad, so I opted for a 4/5.

I was giving the opportunity this week to be able to paint one of the wings in a building. The staff I got to meet were extremely friendly. The day I was painting when the the kids were brought in they were overjoyed and happy to be there. They were saying hi to a lot of the staff and were not rude or disrespectful to those of us who are volunteering to paint the building. This place seems to be a spot of healing and hope for a lot of kids that need help. If you have a child that goes here, I believe they are in good hands.

Current resident here at Auschwitz... Ooopes I meant serenity manor haha pretty easy to confuse the two. Anyway not really a good place to go unless your chill with just existing instead of living life to its fullest. There is no treatment programing or group of any kind so calling it an alcohol treatment is laughable. House full of slobs and thief's who don't really care to clean up after themselves, or just cleaning themselves for that matter. Staffs lazy as all hell with one exception whos just power tripping and condescending like no other. She just runs around being rude and constantly looking for something you've done wrong or haven't done and will unjustly punish with the almighty hand of Zeus. Place is dirty and theres a little hallway to go outside and sure enough there's a stray turd just laying there right in the middle of the floor, and me on my phone unexpectedly steps on it and fell right on top of it, very traumatic experience. All in all I think Auschwitz would be a vacation compared to this poor excuse of a scam business. Ciao

Where do I start...Checked into Burkwood on 09/25/2023 a shell of the person i once was for my 8th attempt at treatment a hopeless dope addict and the man who left 42 days later was almost unrecognizable as the same person. I am going to keep this short and to the point. This place saved my life! To anyone who has been to treatment before and failed to stay sober after I have an easy recipe for success i will lay out for you and if it worked for me it can work for anyone and here it is. Call burkwood make a plan, show up, Surrender(#1 biggest thing you have to do) and by that i mean just give in to the process and listen to what they are saying even when you want to question why just do what they are telling you they are not doing what their doing for any other reason then it flipping works, next is get involved and share with your peers and last but not least don't leave till they tell you your ready to and follow their recommendations its just that easy! The food at burkwood was amazing the staff was amazing and the accommodations overall were also amazing! Special thanks to Cheryl, Kelly M, Will, Kevin, Jake, Aaron and that's just a few of the people who made my recovery possible and as magical as it was!

I recently attended an office visit with my husband, the vet, and I noticed how friendly the employees were. Each employee that we passed in the hallway, looked up as we passed and either smiled or said hello. I love coming here. I've been in therapy on and off my whole life. No one has picked out and helped me directionally with my traumas as they have. I've seen two therapists here. One for life and grieving the other for EMDR. They both have been fantastic and such a great asset to my healing journey. Nystrom as a whole system is great as well for medication, nutrition and referrals for other issues. Truly a blessing to have. I've recommended a friend to nystrom after not connecting with other therapist and she's enjoying her therapist as well.

I ve had a very good experience with Valhalla Place in Woodbury. One time the building had water damage and I had to wait like 2-3 hours at another clinic to get dosed. But that was a freak thing.Valhalla has saved my life.
