I went here about 2 years ago and I am so greatful I did. The staff and owners are great people who care about clients. I made life-long friends, shared in many laughs and learned a lot about myself and addiction. One of the best things about Sobriety First is that they will bring clients to AA/NA events all over the state and even some outside Minnesota! They will do this for free and pay all expenses (hotel, campsite, food, snacks, water, energy drinks, and entry fees). This place changed my life and showed me how to have fun and make countless friends in the recovery community ❤️

My daughter gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at lake region fergus falls. In healthcare myself, I was very impressed with the OB service here. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive putting my daughter at ease. Loved the experienced perspective from Hannah and Patti. Loved the energy brought by the newer nurse from Georgia. Midwife Heather was absolutely amazing, supporting my daughter's desire for a VBAC yet ensuring the safety of both momma and baby. Her bedside manner was amazing. She put as much control as possible in my daughter's hands and supported her birth wishes. I am surprised and thankful this type of birthing service is so close to home and right in fergus.

Dr. Money saved my life. There were so many beautiful people in my case that I have to give credit to, but without Dr. Money, I wouldn’t have had a chance. I was transferred to Essencia Health in Fargo where they airlifted me to the U in St. Paul. They asked me if I wanted DNR, cpr, or all the bells and whistles. Would have never had a chance without Dr. Money. I owe him and so many my life. Thanks again for EVERYTHING 🥲

I was cutting tree limb at about 12' on a ladder. the limb was another 12-14' above head I was using a pole saw. the limb approximately 30 ' long and 10" in diameter broke off perfectly as far as placement away from the house it was over and between the vehicles parked adjacent. I failed to see the possibility that none of its branches would break. they did not. so it never settled out to the ground. the end went straight down like it folded in half. and then the placement of the cut above me, up and to the right. fell directly the angle I had positioned myself on the ladder. I didn't notice it as I was watching the end fall. I moved last second when I realized it was upon me. about took my ear off. knocked me unconscious and freefall off the ladder. the force found me landing right arm initiating contact and then side of my head . as I was rotating like a cartwheel. I was found 15 -20 ' from the ladder which was secured and tied off. I landed on the cement sidewalk. I was unconscious for up to 20minutes. I don't recall anything until after the ambulance ride and at my towns local hospital. awesome job by first responders, the couple that found me and called it in. and Wheaton Minnesota hospital. my surgeon at Sanford is a wizard! the wrist was so dislocated and shattered the X-rays look like a mouth with most teeth gone and no recognizable lips or structural consistency resembling a mouth. just had my 2nd surgery to remove plate and pins and I honestly am working and am confident I can return to the oilfield anytime. and I am supposed to have 3 plus months of physical therapy. and the injury has a year long healing timetable. this was July 5.. I had a little bleeding on my brain and was checked by a neurologist to get approved before surgery. I check in on line show up early and am often done within 10 minutes of my scheduled start time. every single person I encounter there is awesome. efficient, professional and helpful. I have had a significant amount of injuries and they have never been this hassle free. so thankful! very impressed. shout out the unbelievably talented Dr. Erpleding!

I have guessed dosed and been a patient at over 15 clinics, across the U.S., so I have a large amount of clinic experience.. Pretty sure Nicole is an actual angel!!
Her office feels like a friend’s living room, not a clinic and it makes it a thousand times easier to open up. Nicole doesn’t just listen, she LIIIIISTENS! The stuff I say out loud, what I don’t say, things I hint at without realizing…she picks up all of it and uses it to really refine my care plan. Even through med adjustments and stress spirals she’s been a warm, genuinely supportive presence.
She’s the reason I’m coming to the clinic at all - I was referred to her by my primary care provider and once Nicole and I found a routine that felt stable, I told her “okay, I think I’m ready to add therapy”. Now I’m in routinely for therapy too. I wouldn’t have gotten there if she hadn’t made me feel safe and seen from day one!
Nicole’s humor, kindness, snd “I see through your nonsense - but lovingly” energy is so needed. She *gets* it and cares so much. 10/10 recommend, more than five stars

Both nystroms inpatient and so far they're out patient program has been great. Staff is wonderful and they seem to actually care. Most treatment centers seem to focus on profit, nystroms is much more personal. I would highly recommend

The quality of care and professionalism I received from St Joseph's was second to none. Excellent in every level of surgery care and obgyn recovery. Thank you. Keep up the good work. I traveled four hours in hopes of good care....it was the best decision I ever made for my health.

I have no complaints about staff. 2 south they need someone for phone service only so family or friends can call patients. My adult son could get through for 4 days to see how he was doing. Not exceptble I in my book .😔

The PHP IOP program is a Godsend. There's always room for improvement within any treatment center, but this program has a lot of areas in which perfectly cater to those in Recovery who have a strong desire to dramatically change their lives. The program director goes above and beyond to hop in and aid and assist no matter what is asked of them. Clients have even witnessed them having to do the duties of the house manager when extra help was needed. Not even tryna gas them up but its rare that you'll find that, I certainly haven't seen too many other programs that are able to provide the space to thrive like PSJ does.
My nurse is also an above average employee, they went to bat for me when I was struggling with personal issues. And my counselor has their own experience with battling the things that plague our community and when they interact with clients they do so from a place of Love while still maintaining their professional boundaries.
Im not saying this program is perfect by any means, but I can attest to Prairie St John's being a major component of saving my life this year.

Best experience I've had at a mental hospital, no offense to Generose. Generose just has a different way of teaching. I felt, Prairie St. John's, was straight, and to the point. Oh! Oh! Oh! And the beds were actual beds if I recon! 10 stars for me!

I called made appointment on a Monday. I was there most of the day. But i got started on it 3yrs ago. They started me out at 5-Mg, The counlers are very nice, and helpful.
The Receptionist are So Nice!! They keep the inside & outside of the clinic Very Nice & Clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with addiction. I believe it has saved my girlfriend from her own addiction and over doses.
