Most of the staff is great. The nurses and counselors are friendly. Very good at there job professionally and personally. Lee is the best tech, there are 1 or 2 techs that like to be sneaky and quiet when "monitoring" the clients. The director is strict, rightfully so. She is also fair when situations arise. The food is amazing. 24/7 baked goodies and ice cream. 3 in house cooked meals served buffet style, with 2 snacks made everyday. Left overs come out at 9pm every night. Usually only 6 max women at a time with 20+ men. Women and Men aren't allowed to sit together during meals. Also cannot play cards or other activities co-ed. 2 people to a room. Twin beds. The women are downstairs, I know they get sinks in there room, bathroom with shower and toilet in hall. One bathroom is shared by all women. I don't believe the men have sinks in their rooms up stairs. If you are a man and get lucky enough to be in 1 of the 3 rooms reserved for men downstairs, you'd get a sink. It is an old preiest recovery center. There is no A/C so summers are HOT. Visitors are allowed 3x a week. If I had to choose a treatment to to go to I would choose 10x over again everytime. A +++ gold star treatment.

I’ve been to Pine Manor twice and both times were fantastic. The director is a little unhinged but other than her I had a very positive experience. I feel bad reading the comments of people who had bad experiences because I literally can’t complain about a thing. I thought the balance between programming and free time was perfect and food was phenomenal

I pick up and drop off clients here regularly, they say they're happy living there, it's a chill place that helps men get back on their feet, find secure employment, take their GED, and make a plan to reunite with their kids. The food is pretty good they say too. It is a beautiful building and wooded environment, where they also practice traditional crafts like maple-syruping, ricing, & bead work.

I had an appointment today for an operation at the Sanford South University Medical Center. The CNA Erin was very kind. The doctor, Amna Masood was so sweet and personable, and answered my question directly. The anesthisiologist was moving more rapidly than my pace, but hey, we all have our own speed; she was professional and courteous. The registered nurses had good bedside manners. Next time I will make a point to remember their names. Not many photos this time, since I was unconscious, Lol.

I was cutting tree limb at about 12' on a ladder. the limb was another 12-14' above head I was using a pole saw. the limb approximately 30 ' long and 10" in diameter broke off perfectly as far as placement away from the house it was over and between the vehicles parked adjacent. I failed to see the possibility that none of its branches would break. they did not. so it never settled out to the ground. the end went straight down like it folded in half. and then the placement of the cut above me, up and to the right. fell directly the angle I had positioned myself on the ladder. I didn't notice it as I was watching the end fall. I moved last second when I realized it was upon me. about took my ear off. knocked me unconscious and freefall off the ladder. the force found me landing right arm initiating contact and then side of my head . as I was rotating like a cartwheel. I was found 15 -20 ' from the ladder which was secured and tied off. I landed on the cement sidewalk. I was unconscious for up to 20minutes. I don't recall anything until after the ambulance ride and at my towns local hospital. awesome job by first responders, the couple that found me and called it in. and Wheaton Minnesota hospital. my surgeon at Sanford is a wizard! the wrist was so dislocated and shattered the X-rays look like a mouth with most teeth gone and no recognizable lips or structural consistency resembling a mouth. just had my 2nd surgery to remove plate and pins and I honestly am working and am confident I can return to the oilfield anytime. and I am supposed to have 3 plus months of physical therapy. and the injury has a year long healing timetable. this was July 5.. I had a little bleeding on my brain and was checked by a neurologist to get approved before surgery. I check in on line show up early and am often done within 10 minutes of my scheduled start time. every single person I encounter there is awesome. efficient, professional and helpful. I have had a significant amount of injuries and they have never been this hassle free. so thankful! very impressed. shout out the unbelievably talented Dr. Erpleding!

I had a great experience overall and really loved all of the staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful, but Chelsea, Greta, Morgan, and Emma especially deserve the best for how kind and supportive they were during my time there. They truly made a positive difference in my experience. My only complaint is that I wish we had gotten more outside time. Even though it rained a lot while I was there, I still would have liked more opportunities to go outside.

My partner, Diane, recently underwent surgery to remove and replace her port, performed by Dr. Duinick. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Dr. Duinick’s skill, compassion, and calm bedside manner gave us complete confidence and comfort throughout the process. The nursing staff, anesthesiologist Dr. Kippes, pre-operative nurse, Shane, and post-operative nurse Paige were all professional, caring, and attentive. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and thorough, making Diane feel comfortable and well cared for at every step. What stood out most was not only the excellent medical care, but also the positive and supportive atmosphere among the staff. It is clear they truly enjoy working together, and that culture reflects directly in the patient experience. Key things that set Lake Place apart from the others: 1. Fishing/Outdoors: having access to the lake with paddle boats or fish houses 6 days a week. It's a great bass/northern/crappie lake! I caught many 4-5 lbs! They buy any bait you want! 2. 90 days program generally - but you can stay longer if you need to. Some stay almost a year. 3. Woodshop. Yup. The owner is the most kind and generous man I've met. Dennis, who is still involved to my knowledge. He eats dinner with us and hosts a group once a week. The counselors are all great. They are a lot of fun and very helpful. If you like camp fires, s'mores, frisbee golf, hiking, or the woodshop this is the place.
