Current resident here at Auschwitz... Ooopes I meant serenity manor haha pretty easy to confuse the two. Anyway not really a good place to go unless your chill with just existing instead of living life to its fullest. There is no treatment programing or group of any kind so calling it an alcohol treatment is laughable. House full of slobs and thief's who don't really care to clean up after themselves, or just cleaning themselves for that matter. Staffs lazy as all hell with one exception whos just power tripping and condescending like no other. She just runs around being rude and constantly looking for something you've done wrong or haven't done and will unjustly punish with the almighty hand of Zeus. Place is dirty and theres a little hallway to go outside and sure enough there's a stray turd just laying there right in the middle of the floor, and me on my phone unexpectedly steps on it and fell right on top of it, very traumatic experience. All in all I think Auschwitz would be a vacation compared to this poor excuse of a scam business. Ciao

My daughter recently attended this rehab facility where she stayed for approximately 45 days. This is her 1st time @ Truly wanting & getting sober 💯%. She tells every1 great things about the people there @ meadow Creek who's lives & testimonials were so Very helpful. Major Thanks 2 the people that Truly Care 4 her & helped with teaching her the tools 2 maintain sobriety. Apparently they also serve Really Good food which is Definitely Awe-sum. Wow! What a journey. Please take this seriously for those in addition or wanting to recover! I went here during covid season 2020 when I got my DUI. I was regretting it, didn't take it seriously, etc. I did my month time stay there. Went home continued with addiction cause I still didn't care. After mother's day weekend on 05.09.22 was my first day of sobriety. I'm still sober to this day. Let me tell you what, I've had the most fantastic experiences and time of my life sober! Looking back, wish I'd took things seriously. I even got off probation this year in June. I wasn't supposed to get off until November next year 2024. I mean God's work is honestly a blessing and you definitely feel him working thru you. I remember starting out here at this place, they said "higher power" and I'm like naw, I don't got that. Not even my kids. Oh yeah, God is my highest power! This place is amazing! Trust me! Great staff, food, location, etc! Just please get help! It's not worth your life ending on bad terms! I will never go back to that life style. Sobriety is just the coolest 😎 Lord the energy you have, stability, motivation, passion to keep striving and going in life! Yes!! No more laziness! It's just nice! Thank to this place and the DUI was a huge lesson I needed to kick my rear end into gear! Let's keep going! SOBRIETY ROCKS! SOBRIETY IS THE COOLEST 😎

I really enjoy going here! I’ve been to a couple different therapy places and this is the one I’ve most enjoyed. I like how on the website they list everything each therapist specializes in. I also like how quickly you are able to get in to see someone! Defiantly a game changer being postpartum.

I was actually a resident there back in 2013/2014 and I successfully discharged. I may receive hate for this but anyhow I absolutely love the facility. The life lessons that they teach is just unbelievable. I committed my crime and I did my time. But it could have been way worse. This facility saved my family and I from plenty of what life and the court system can throw at a individual that has serious mental health conditions. I just wanted to say I have been out of the system for 12 years and have been keeping good with the law. For those who think they can't trust me you can!

Honestly when i first came here in 2021 i was scared but i found people and became friends with like ethan from the castle program we were friends but we always fought, joe we fought every time i couldn't keep my mouth shut, and the staff oh my god the stories i could share about them but it was always william, tyler (castle program) , ethan, and Gerrit (vocational rec) i want to reach out to them since I'm now 18 as of march 26. They just had the biggest impact while i was there it was great knowing them in the year i was there so many fun memories

My loved one has had a positive experience with the Hazelden Betty Ford Minnesota program and likes the treatment. I’m giving 4.5 stars because of concerns about insurance and financial communication. During his first stay, he was approached about unexpected costs within his first few days, despite asking that they contact me. Unfortunately, I was not contacted, and the added uncertainty contributed to him deciding to come home within a week. I recommend families to know the insurance criteria needed to cover this type of treatment, also assign a person handle financial matters and be prepared for coverage to sometimes be authorized in short 5–7 day increments. Fortunately, he made the decision to return to Hazelden, and this time he has stayed and is now almost finished with this phase of the program. We are incredibly grateful to have gotten him back into treatment and are very happy to be getting ready to welcome him home. We know recovery is a process that will continue for months and beyond, but we feel much better prepared for that next chapter. I especially want to recognize the counselors and care team. They have been compassionate, engaged, and genuinely invested in his recovery. They have helped prepare him for returning home and worked with him on a continuing-care plan. Their communication and support have made a meaningful difference for our entire family. Overall, we are grateful for the care he received and for the progress he has made. I hope this review helps other families prepare for the insurance process while also recognizing the people at Hazelden who work so hard to support patients and their families.

I guessed dosed at this clinic and was very happy with the facility and staff. The clinic seems to be a modern, efficient, and capable facility. I have guessed dosed and been a patient at over 15 clinics, across the U.S., so I have a large amount of clinic experience.. Both of my kiddos see Melissa Fairchild. She is hands down the best Dr. I have had for my kids. I have went through a couple different Doctors that wouldn't listen to me or my kiddos about how they felt on different medications or how they felt in general. But she takes the time to truly listen to the kiddo and the parent so she can get the whole perspective of how the kiddo is feeling. She is AMAZING! 🤩 TOTALY RECOMMEND!!

Melissa m Fairchild has been for the last 3yrs managing myself and my 2 now almost 10yrs old girls meds for our ADHD and other mental health disorders and I honestly couldn't express how much she has helped all 3 of us providing us with meds that not only have helped us stay on track at school and work . She has done a great job making us all feel comfortable she has been nothing but honest and 100% professional ,reliable, and has given me some great advice and has helped me critique some things in how I have been working on my parenting as a single parent and has always given that from(real life experiences)that she has personally experienced and has never came across Ed as Telling me how I should .... I got sober at Transformation House in Fridley 4 years ago. Been sober ever since. My husband got sober at the men’s when it was in Anoka. (We got sober together) he’s also still sober and 4 years clean. We both loved the program it helped us in so many ways. I recommend transformation house to many people. I’m not sure what it’s like now, but when I was there it was great. The best part was the family like setting they had there. The sisterhood was something special. 🙂

I am an alumni, I am from Anoka so after my terrible experience at (the old) River place in Anoka, I went to Transformation house. 8 actually went there a few times , only completed it one time though. I couldn't tell you today how the program is TBH, but back when Betty was the owner (R.I.P.) and when Brian was the head councilor, and Angel was one of the cooks and Natalie was one of the technicians.... Back than that place really helped me out. They were so patient with me, they gave me the opportunity to get whatever I want out of it. Which really is like most places. Whatever you put into it you will get out of it. I hope and pray that the love and care Betty had for people in recovery lives on through Shiloh Ministries (Transformation house)

I can't say enough good things about Transformation House. My experience here was a night and day difference from my previous treatment center. My counselor was incredible – so empathetic and understanding, which made it easier to be honest and work through things. The entire staff genuinely cares about your well-being. It's clear they're not just going through the motions. What I appreciated most was that they focused on helping me find the right path forward, even after I left. The outpatient program they connected me with was fantastic. Today, I'm proud to say I've graduated, I'm in college, I have a job, and most importantly, I have my kids back in my life. My advice to anyone going to Transformation House is to be honest with yourself and your counselor, and truly commit to the process. Stop making excuses and put in the work – they will meet you where you are and provide the support you need. I also built some strong connections with the other women there. The staff creates a supportive environment, but ultimately, your willingness to change is key. Transformation House truly changed my life, and I'm incredibly grateful for how far I've come.

it was awhile ago that i was there but i still miss it. I miss the people and all the friendships i made, the thing is you cant really stay in contact which makes sense. i enjoyed focus at the start of the day and playing gang beasts with the other patients, that was probably my favorite part. on wednesdays we had a dog named Story come in and he is absolutely adorable, i got many pictures with him. The staff are nice and welcoming, my favorites were Joe and Grant, they were very funny. on tuesdays it would be tacos for lunch and Joe would often throw the left over tortillas for us to catch, its a small thing but an amazing memory. Claras House helped me notice that i was in a unhealthy relationship and once i broke up with him ive been so much happier and at peace. overall i think this place is helpful but its completely understandable to be nervous for the first few days, i was but i noticed how sweet the other patients and staff were and i warmed up.

After surgery, our friend had the best care! South parking ramp, 2nd floor, was right outside his recovery area. All the nurses were attentive, but a couple went above and beyond. Three days & nights playing cards and laughing, they let us keep our patient entertained as he counted the minutes to go home. Gorgeous view of the Mississippi from his room. The Harvest cafe coffee was hit or miss, but breakfast food was made in front of our eyes in the main cafe. Omelettes & Pancakes hot with the suran wrap or foil option available for the walk to the room. Art and photography made me feel like I was visiting all of Minnesota during our stay.

My son is currently on his second stay at the Adolescent treatment program. Although we aren't happy that he had to return for more help, I knew that he was returning to a safe and nurturing environment where the staff would be courteous and respectful of his needs. He has a lot of anger, and has been working it out with people who understand his mental illness and genuinely care about his recovery. I am very happy that they encourage a high level of family participation in his recovery, as we all need to make changes for things to get better. I feel completely confident that my son is getting the best care possible, and I am provided with updates whenever I ask for them. I trust this facility with my son's life, and I'm not sure that there is a higher level of respect than that. Not everything is perfect - of course - but that's because we are all human.

When making an appointment here, it usually takes a couple weeks to a month to see someone. The doctors I have seen have been pretty good. It's nice that theres a pharmacy at the clinic if needed.

Princeton you deserve all the praise— I got my redemptive c section birth here!! At a different large hospital 1st was emergent after epically failed induction, 2nd was peaceful and calm but recovery didn’t happen well… SO much nerve pain the narcotics were needed just to get to the bathroom. Incision issues, infection, you name it. I am 1 day in of Recovery here and can walk BEAUTIFULLY. Not even comparable to the other hospital, night and day difference. No pain, doctors prayed over me (he asked of course) they dimmed the lights, they played worship music and sang along. They held my hand, they let my husband in for the spinal, and they talked me through it all even my mini panic (the spinal always makes me feel like I can’t breathe just for a little bit). I truly feel like I got my beautiful birth here. I switched cared at 33 weeks felt He called me to this small hospital for sure. They gave me a tap block never was offered this! Worth the hype for difference in recovery! No narcotics needed. Loved every nurse with my whole heart- Dawn, Grace, Dana, and many more. Maria the anesthesiologist you were an angel to me and never left my side during I am so thankful. And Doctor Hallberg thanks for being the first Doctor to listen and truly care for me and my family!!! Blessings to you all.

I have had anxiety with MRIs for my whole life. I think today I went to Fairview in Wyoming and Tim was a fantastic radiologist. He was kind he met all my needs. It was the first time that I did not have an anxiety attack. I laid there and listen to the music and it was done quickly.
