I truly wish I could give a zero I am so very upset. These people need to be looked in by Better Business Bureau Medicare Medicaid what they do are doing is very unethical. I called to try to make an appointment to find out that I owe $400 because I called to see if I would be able to be A patient there over three years ago, never saw anybody nothing was ever done. Never went there. All they did was ask me some questions over the phone that maybe took less than two minutes and it’s just normal questions that you would get asked are you depressed? are you this are you that and have the nerve to consider an intake charge $400 half to my insurance company and no offense I’ve done intake at many different places, including doctors offices and what they did is not considered an intake and honestly it’s considered more like insurance fraud.

DO NO COME HERE Deserves 0 stars, 0 respect for pariente and extremely rude staff who will talk to you like you an idiot. No wiggle room for being late, but theyll happily charge you 40$ for a late fee. What a joke.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Outpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Treatments

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

All they ever want to do is telehealth or zoom meetings. Cannot schedule an in person meeting for months! That is in acceptable with mental health!!! Get to work in an office!!!

Their billing department is a mess. I'm not sure at this point if it's deliberate or if they're disorganized, sloppy, and lazy. They billed me directly for two different encounters even though they're aware that I have insurance that covers their services.

All our kids have made a lot of progress overall with individual and family therapy with Alan, Hannah, Brianna, Lisa and Kim. Our kids are adopted through foster care with opiate exposure in utero and Elite DNA is meeting us where we are at and helping all of us progress. Thank you for helping our family.
