When your ready to stop living a lifestyle of choas and addiction and ready for sone real recovery you've came to the right place. Hands down Riverwalk Ranch is the number 1 treatment center for a fruitful holistic change. My experience with my treatment is life changing and the treatment team has went above and beyond in leading me to a sober lifestyle. For instance, I had some insurance issue and it stopped me in mid track, and that did not stop the care team, matter of fact they had the right to discharge me right then but they cared for my recovery so much I was allowed to stay and continue my recovery process without any interruption until I was able to fix this issue. Which saved my life. I cant thank them enough and owe my care team love and respect. So stop looking for a place to start your recovery and reach out to the team here at Riverwalk Ranch. You won't be let down..

I wrote a previous review about the amazing staff at Symetria Recovery but can’t believe I forgot to include the sweetest woman I see as soon as I walk through the doors every morning. Her name is Karen. She works at the front desk, but as I watch her while waiting, I see her perform many other duties than a typical front desk receptionist would do. The thing that means the most to me about her as sometimes I have to bring my three-year-old son with me, she welcomes him with the open arms. She plays with him if she has time she colors with him whatever she needs to do to keep him occupied and happy while I’m getting help. My son loves her thank you Karen for never treating my son like a burden for never treating any of us like a burden For always having huge smile on your face.

I am 37 years old. I became incredibly aware of my mental health issues 16 years ago. Since then, I have been in therapy and psychiatry and hospitalized in eight different mental health facilities - fifteen different times. I just want to address the negative reviews…. First of all, some of the negative reviews I read, I agreed with. Thus, I am not bias. Second of all, for those who are complaining about this place being terrible for the following reasons… If there is a written agreement between the hospital and yourself where certain conditions are implemented for you to receive their help with stuff by them, don’t blame them for no longer upholding their part of it if you violated your part or dropped out of their program voluntarily. If you have a medical emergency and you choose to “stay home” instead of going straight to their facility, of course you’re going to be discharged from their program! It’s the same with rehabs/clinics/PT/etc. Especially if you’re going to refuse to work the program. Yes, I can agree that a few, not all - were treated in a scammy way because they have such good health insurance. For the rest though, no, they’re not being scammed. When a person first walks in to any mental health facility, theyre evaluated. They do this for: 1. To see if they have the capabilities to treat someone. If so, they will determine if they need outpatient or inpatient care 2. If the person should be voluntary or involuntary as inpatient 3. If the person goes AMA - after being told they need to be admitted and walks out then decides a few hours later that they want to go there, yes, they will have to be re-evaluated for the above reasons. 4. Regardless of going in voluntarily, you have to sign the AMA papers to be discharged. Within 24 hours, the doctors have to make a decision - either agree to it and sign off on it or if they feel your still a danger to yourself or others, then, you will be “involuntary”. 5. Since ObamaCare went into full effect, a nationwide bill was passed that if you do not have any health insurance, it doesn’t matter if you’re admitted involuntarily or voluntarily - you still have to pay out of pocket. Most times though, if it’s involuntary, the facility is already contracted with the state to have everything paid. If not, they will negotiate a contract with the state to pay for everything during your stay. Unless, you’re taken to the ER first. The ER will bill you. That’s also part of the nationwide bill they passed. Usually anyone who walks into a mental health facility on their own accord, will most likely be declared as not a danger to themselves or others. Unless, told otherwise. If it’s a real mental health crisis, 911 should be and are usually the first point of contact. Hospitals, especially behavioral hospitals are not hotels. They’re not supposed to be even close to a mental health vacay or whatever. You can’t just do what you want, come and go as you please, and expect your every want/need to be granted. Stop thinking that.

Before learning about this place; I had very limited knowledge about what programs I would be qualified for (I’m a veteran) I assumed just the VA (for medical ) and I never gave it much thought past that . Finding out about the RRC has dramatically changed my life for the better; and I’m profoundly grateful. Prior to going there -I had lost my job and was about to be added to the ranks of the newly homeless (Depending on how you define “ homeless” in some people’s eyes, I would’ve already been there. I was staying on the floor of a gym at a church where I would clean every night in exchange for sleeping there. I was too stubborn to go to a homeless shelter, because the one thing I had left in my life that I had no intention of leaving was my cat. Me and Cleo have been together a long time- she’s my family. Fast forward almost a year. I have my own car; my own apartment (cat friendly! ) I make a little income online but also searching for a job (it’s hard to maintain a job if you can’t wash your clothes or have a place to stay) RRC didn’t do EVERYTHING for me - But I can honestly say I would not be where I’m at now without them. And although it’s a government agency, I have not met a bad employee from there- My caseworker, Amanda Jones; has went out of her way numerous times to help me-These people care about their clients and they do whatever they can to help them- If you are a veteran and you need help, they should be the first people you call. You won’t regret it. I can not thank them enough for what they have done for me.. Thank you RRC and Especially AMANDA!! William (Former squid; GMG - USS Wabash)

OT Edwin was the Best! A little hard at times, but balanced with encouragement that challenged my mindset to think in positive terms of what I believed I could do physically. PT Justin was also very good at tailoring my workouts to accommodate sore muscles rather than charging forward with his original plan. He was very conscious to not over use a strained muscle and possibility risking an injury, but altered my plan to still achieve the goals set. In reference to OT Edwin & PT Justin, I am amazed with my progress from Monday 8/4 to Friday 8/13! Nurse on 8/6 (Wed overnight into Thursday AM) had a very unhelpful attitude towards me. It was like I was wasting her time when I asked for her help. 8/7 & 8/8 Nurse Ruth & nurse tech DeeDee were top notch! And great attitudes! Nurses Karla & Michelle & nurse techs  Janie & Lateka were also very good! Dr. Rega stopped by everyday to ask if there was anything I needed--med adjustments, etc.). After I had been here a week, the bed was leaving a lot to be desired. When she asked me on Friday AM if there was anything she could get me, I half jokingly said a new bed would be nice. Her response was to let her see what she could do. When I returned from therapy at lunch, they delivered a new mattress! And they double stacked the new w/the old one. A major improvement!

I will never forget what this man, Cris, the owner, did for my son and for our family. When my son was at his lowest point and I didn’t know where to turn, he showed up for us in a way I’ll always be grateful for. He didn’t just give me advice or hand me a phone number—he actually came to our house late at night, talked to my son with such patience and understanding, and then drove him straight to a rehab center himself. In that moment, I felt like someone finally cared as much as I did. He treated my son with dignity and kindness when so many others had just judged or given up on him. That kind of compassion is rare, and it gave us a sense of hope we hadn’t felt in a long time. My son is still in rehab right now, but we look forward to him working with ASIC when he comes back. Knowing that there will be continued support waiting for him after treatment gives us peace of mind and encouragement for the future. This isn’t just a program—it’s people who truly care, who show up when it matters most, and who give families hope when everything feels hopeless. I will forever be thankful for what he did for us, and I would recommend this program to anyone who needs help. They don’t just change lives—they save them.

Rachael with Lifeologie is wonderful! Couples counseling is scary, but she makes my husband and I feel at ease. She is easy to talk to and knows how to make light of situations that sometimes feel too heavy. I highly recommend her!

I started seeing Rachel about 6 months ago but I've been with lifeologie for 2 years now and used to see another therapist which was my first therapist ever so I didn't know the difference between a good and a "ok" therapist. Anyways Rachel has been a BREATH of fresh air and the best thing that could've happened in our relationship between me and my spouse she has made such a huge difference she knows how to really build a relationship with her clients and Understand them. I'm glad we decided to go ahead and switch therapist and go with Rachel I think even if I don't need therapy anymore I'll still find a reason to see her LOL. 😂

I have been going to lifeologie for almost a year now with the same therapist and I have really enjoyed it! It has been a great experience full of crying and enlightenment and feeling like I can breathe better after each session. I am very thankful to have found my therapist and to feel comfortable enough to open up and be vulnerable. My therapist is very understanding but also holds me accountable.

Waiting in the lab is a nightmare. They have called 5 people in 25 minutes and I have 33 people in front of me. What a joke. No sense of urgency at all. All I hear is people having personal conversations and not even attempting to get patients in to see a phlebotomist. My time is valuable and it always gets wasted here.
