I can’t recommend this place at all. I don’t feel they care or understand or hear my concerns and my fears. Dr princess is the worst as she absolutely is a burn out who can’t get a real Dr job and just sits to get a check looking down her nose at everyone. She WANTS u to fail! It’s rather sadistic and sad! Better caring places are out there! I encourage all to pass this up if you are serious about your sobriety as my child is! This place just cares about whatever $ they can get, not you and your success. There is no support or care here. I’m very disappointed that this place was recommended to me so that’s why I’m posting! I don’t want anyone else treated so dismissively! People new in recovery are fragile and need support and compassion. You will NOT find it here! Good luck in your recovery and may you always be blessed.

Very easy to make appt and service is virtual so don't have to worry about going in physically to see a doctor for 10 min every week/month. The clerks are very good about reminding me of my scheduled times. Casee is professional and very good to deal with as well. I'll continue my MAT with Triad as long as I can!

Pretty sure they’re committing insurance fraud. Terrible office with completely new staff every month. NPs pretending to be doctors. “Program” requirements change every other week. Money farm WTC funnels patients in to money farm Triad where they struggle right back into WTC. 0/10 go anywhere else.

Interesting you’ve had such a bad experience as you have never been a patient at our clinic. And if you are accusing us of insurance fraud, I’m SURE that is slander. When we find out who you actually are, you will be hearing from us. We have been treating thousands of addiction patients since 1998 and have a commitment to medical and therapeutic treatment that is ethical and evidence based. Your “review” is neither factual or based in any actual encounter with us professionally.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

Clients who are exiting detox or stepping down from intensive inpatient care typically transition directly into outpatient treatment. Outpatient programs are designed to allow clients to either re-enter or remain in their communities while receiving robust, personalized care. Many facilities offer evening, night, or weekend services to accommodate clients' home and work schedules. The most common outpatient treatment modalities include psychotherapy, recovery-focused life skills training, and medication assisted treatment (MAT).

Treatments

North Carolina offers substance abuse treatment programs that provide a holistic and evidence-based approach. Through a comprehensive mental health assessment, addiction experts can provide an individualized care plan specific to your needs. You can expect most rehabs programs to provide individual and group therapy, recovery meetings, and evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Depending on your circumstances and severity of addiction, you may need more intensive care. Levels of care include outpatient, residential inpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization. By choosing the right level of care, you're more likely to succeed in long-term recovery.

Response from the owner
This review is from a disgruntled employee who resigned for misrepresenting his work credentials on documentation and other serious ethical violations. Triad Behavioral has been in business since 1998 and has a commitment to medical treatment for recovery from alcohol and drugs. Those who do not align with this commitment have no room in our workspace.
