For years, I was reluctant to use the VA because of what I had heard about problems across the country. Due to the lack of doctors in the area and very poor service provided by a healthcare company in Oakhurst, I started using this facility. The experience has been just excellent. If only private healthcare providers were this good. I can honestly say that I have never had such fine, professional service and I am 72 years old.

Every time that I have come to this clinic it has been a good experience. I have been here about five times so far or different services. Normally I use the Fresno facility, but since I have been working in Fish Camp this location has been perfect. I highly recommend this clinic to any veterans living in the mountain area. Forget about going to the Fresno VA hospital. Thank you to the entire staff who are creating a pleasant environment for veterans to seek healthcare. Also thank you to everybody who helps maintain the facility and grounds, because it always looks beautiful.

I've been going to this clinic since 2017 for psychiatric services. The resident pshychatist has changed four times since then. Dr. Barnes first, then Dr. Seghal, then Dr. Manuel, and now Dr. Carillo. (If history is any guide, Dr. Carillo will eventually be succeeded by another doctor at some point.) All of the doctors were good in their own ways. Never had the slightest problem with any of them. I bonded most with Dr. Seghal because he was an intellectual, and I learn best when speaking to intellectuals. Dr. Carillo, for her part, is the most efficient and reliable of all her predecessors not to mention the most empathetic. She is second to none. You couldn't ask for a better doctor. Well, I suppose you could, but you wouldn't get one. Despite the many changeovers with the psychiatrists, the services have never changed: they are fantastic, and I highly recommend this clinic.

This review is a little late I haven't been there in a few years So the psychiatrist I saw was good but I wasn't a huge fan of the therapist I saw but maybe she just wasn't the best therapist for me personally.idk also they were kinda hard to get a hold of for a while and the phone would just ring and ring for what felt like forever so I just kinda gave up trying so that was kinda on me too .this was back in like 2018 or 2019 for context so the people who worked there then might not even work there anymore.

I haven't gone here, but I would like to say that the intake specialist I spoke to when I called named Doug is an absolutely amazing man. He not only answered every question I had, but he also gave me sound advice and kind, supportive words that have really helped me in this process. Even after finding out that I would be attending a different facility, he has been there for me with support and help in any way he can and has kept up with me every day to see how things are progressing for me. Absolutely outstanding individual who clearly cares about people and is interested in their wellbeing and not just in getting them into the place he works for. Doug, you are a kind, caring, empathetic soul and have made a big impact on me and my journey through this process. First steps is one of the greatest places you could ever end up for recovery. This place was my home away from home for my stay of 90 days the great staff made me feel so welcomed as soon as I walked through the doors. To the amazing chef Darryn at the oak house cooking 5 star meals to the tech staff some of my favorite were David , Andrea , Jessica , Francisco , Char , and Angie some of the best and attentive staff! I had a great experience at their inpatient and outpatient programs. They have an In house chef and the food is outstanding. The rooms are comfortable. The counselors are caring and have deep knowledge about the recovery process and provide great classes daily. CRC saved my life once again. I was here in August for 33 days. I gained so much knowledge of many coping skills, relapse prevention, what to do upon graduating. ...I unfortunately relapsed, consumed more alcohol than I ever have in my life for 7 days. It's like I went from 0 to 60. ...The problem was: I NEVER UTILIZED THOSE COPING SKILLS. I NEVER GOT A SPONSOR. I NEVER WENT TO OUTSIDE MEETINGS. I DID NOT PROGRAM. Granted, I attended their incredible aftercare program of 30 hours a week, once I left the 6 hour a day class - I DIDN'T PROGRAM! Upon graduating today, by the grace of God and CRC, I already have a sponsor, I've actually opened & read some of the Big Book, they are personally transferring me door to door to their aftercare. They are so many wonderful and grateful words that I could go on and on and about CRC. Without the dedication & guidance & sincere concern and knowledge from management, counselors and medical staff, I honestly don't believe I'd be here to write this. I will not give up. I'm happy today. And most importantly, I'm SOBER!

Diamond House Detox is absolutely an excellent and amazing recovery house and program! I have tried several different rehab facilities but Diamond House is by far the best! The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The curriculum and groups are very balanced and engaging. Diamond House has literally saved my life! The owner Vicky isn’t just doing this for the money, she is also very compassionate about each and every patient. They also do art therapy, music therapy, meditation and sound bowls. A workout trainer come out five days a week to do cross fit, weightlifting, boxing, and yoga. They also have cinema therapy every Sunday and every Saturday they take us for an outing either bowling, dance class, pool tables and ping-pong and Equine therapy with horses. The food is so delicious with phenomenal chefs!
I cannot give a more high recommendation for rehab than Diamond House! The alumni program is also wonderful with weekly Friday night speaker meetings and fun events every month like the sober bowl party , rollerskating, silent disco party And much more! If you need help with the disease of alcoholism and drug addiction, you need to go to Diamond House! They also have a fabulous PHP partial hospitalization and IOP intensive outpatient program. I love this place!

Today is my "clean date" and as of TODAY I have 1 year clean and sober. This Facility saved my life! I've made several attempts at sobriety before stepping into New Dawn, but none of them approached the disease of addiction like New Dawn. They have such a different approach at treating addiction. Reiki, massage therapy, equine therapy, ECT. The staff is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. These people truly are there to help people. If you're considering getting sober New Dawn is, in my opinion, the best treatment center in the state of California. Possibly the country.

Excellent experience. Very professional staff that cared deeply about the success of all the clients. The accommodations were excellent. Chef made a good variety of food and was open to suggestions and dietary needs. The aftercare is also personalized.

This is hands down the best staff we are so fortunate to have all these wonderful staff members to help you continue with ur journey to recovery I know they got new supervisor and it seems like since they did its gotten so much better I've been sober since Oct 27 2021 and this clinic has a loving personal intimate feel to it the others do not I will continue to only use this clinic to continue my. Success on recovering oh and I think Michael and Moises are the absolute best ppl that are in this field couldn't ask for anthiing better I am so lucky to have such an awesome counselor I have such a strong connection with him just grateful all the way around I honest to God couldn't say one bad thing about this place or how they run it

I have been coming here for years. This place saved my life. I was lucky for so long to have an amazing counselor with Corinna until she left. Still miss her! Then I got to be with Monica for a while until she ended up leaving. Miss her too! And now I am with Juanita and she is also awesome! I have been very lucky with the counselors I have had. Juanita inspires and encourages me every time I talk to her! I am very lucky to have her as my counselor! Although I hope to safely be off eventually I am grateful to this clinic for everything they have done. The employees here have always been kind to me and helpful.

I have struggled with addiction my entire adult like and in the course of those 40 years I have been to other programs and clinics and BARRT Cartwright was noticeably different from my first encounter. This place is amazing, through and through. I spent 45 days here and it was an absolute experience. Fair Oaks Recovery Center provided me with an opportunity to rest, reflect, and recover from a lifestyle that was slowly killing me. I was referred to F.O.R.C after insurance complications with another facility, and I thank God that I was. This truly is an incredible program. From the general and medical staff to the clinical and leadership teams, every person I had the opportunity to work with was genuinely kind, caring, and truly invested in their effort to improve the lives of those they touch. I am now happy, healthy, and sober and would never have gotten back to where I am without the daily care and support of the facility.
To anyone who needs help and healing, go to Fair Oaks and try your hardest to stay until the miracle happens. Giving up a few weeks of your life is worth saving the rest of it.
