From the first day that I walked into the facility, I was treated with compassion and kindness. I was not feeling great but the staff promised to take care of me and they did not disappoint. My counselor calls me on Wednesdays at 650am and that fine but that day I could not sleep at all so when I finally fell asleep I missed my call but I tried called back at 730 and no answer so I called the front desk they had someone call me and she talked to me for about 30 min and then said she had to go because she had another client but she never said I was going to be on stand by so I thought I was Good Friday comes around and I’m on stand by smh 🤦🏽♂️ but Friday I had an interview @1pm and I let them know I can reschedule and make it up but they did not care they had me wait till 1:30pm when my interview was at 1

I was fortunate enough to have spent 30 days in residential at new hope and then about 21 days in the partial hospitalization(Php). All I can say that it was absolutely live saving for me, the entire staff was extremely friendly and my counselor Daniel Chavez was really helpful! September who runs Php was extremely understanding and supportive while I was in treatment! I could write an essay on how much of a help all the staff was! A special thank you to upper management (shawna and Katy) for believing in me and providing an opportunity to work on myself. And for allowing me to see ufc 300! While in residential that was clutch for me in my recovery!! Thank you new hope for everything!!

Leave attitude (anger) & entitlement outside the door. You do have the time to wait...and you should wait as long as it takes to get help (any help) available.
The staff do not have "an attitude". Just very serious, while trying to serve/help so many at the same time.
The Community Services Agency provides basic information to the public...all the way up to full on emergency crisis response. The Agency can help, if allowed. They do care.

They're privately owned with 3 locations in Stockton Manteca and Tracy. They mostly deal with court-mandated situations such as DUI domestic abuse drug abuse. Counselors and staff are very friendly and more than willing to help with any questions or needs. They have very flexible schedules that go from morning into late evening 6 days a week.

Been at Josie's for over 2 years now and I can honestly say that without the staff making an effort to help me get housing I don't know where I'd be today. The staff are all amazing and really care about what they do and helping others. When I'm struggling and I can't help but see myself as a complete failure, My counselor has always been the one that lets me know all kinds of positive qualities and choices I've made to get me to see clearly again. Despite the bad reviews and bad food the psychiatrist is great. She can be mean but she actually knows what she's doing. She won't drug you just because she wants things to be easier for her or fears losing her license. If you need counseling she'll refer you to counseling, if you do need meds, she'll give them to you.

So I finally gave in and I look for treatment and I recommend this place to anybody that has alcohol or drug problems I got referred to Nirvana but everyone said go to SRC and when I went to SRC the first day was like a drip then I became knowing people and socializing more and I didn't want to leave it felt like heaven no cell phones no drama just on a positive note if I could have stayed longer than 10 days I would have but I have a broke down car that I didn't want to leave abandoned so I didn't even want to leave they have thousands of DVDs they watch movies there's pool tables there's foosball there's a white bench weight sets wait everything you want to exercise the best thing that happened in my life and the staff is great

Went there the year January 2017 left in August and i promise Ive been taking it one day at a time and been clean from meth for going on 6 years on January 29th. I must say though we had PCI (Parent Child Interaction) on Thursdays and I was the only person without their kid so that rubbed me the wrong way because i always had to participate.

My Experience with Recovery was a little bit ran down facilities are old.But the staff was Excellent with Recovery they do care and will get you sober.Thankfully 94 days and still sober Thank you
