Everyone is welcoming and helpful. Their concierge, PHILLIP, is so nice, he ALWAYS greets you with a smile and even says something that may brighten your day. The Drs mostly are great, the only one that myself and 2 patients I spoke with, that could have a little better bedside manner is ...well let's just say that's why I gave it 4 stars. Everything is clean the manager, addresses your needs and counselors are great. You wouldn't know it was aegis if not for the sign. I live in Stockton but prefer to go there....

From the first day that I walked into the facility, I was treated with compassion and kindness. I was not feeling great but the staff promised to take care of me and they did not disappoint. Went in on Friday June 3,2022My counselor calls me on Wednesdays at 650am and that fine but that day I could not sleep at all so when I finally fell asleep I missed my call but I tried called back at 730 and no answer so I called the front desk they had someone call me and she talked to me for about 30 min and then said she had to go because she had another client but she never said I was going to be on stand by so I thought I was Good Friday comes around and I m on stand by smh but Friday I had an interview @1pm and I let them know I can reschedule and make it up but they did not care they had me wait till 1:30pm when my interview was at 1

I am highly recommending Diamond behavior health recovery center as one of the best organizations in USA for NAMI families in Florida. We were told for one of the patents with diagnosis of Schizophrenia, together with eating disorders, with no chance to be survived in Florida, but recently we saw significantly improved for the patent to PHP programs. It is critical to help family members to understand the issues with the outstanding supports from Diamond especially for the family section on weekly basis for happy and health of both family members and the patents. This is Steven green. I just finished a 90 day program here and it was the best decision of my life to have picked this program in galt California. My first day walking through the doors I was welcomed with open arms. The 2 secretary's there are amazing and made me feel comfortable and relaxed plus answered all my questions. The counselors at this program are amazing each one shared their personal stories with me which related to mines(addiction) I've never in my life admitted I'm an alcoholic until I met these counselors. I appreciate everything they have done for me during my journey of being sober. I thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart. I would also like to thank the anger management counselor Andre he truly helped me with dealing with my anger which has always been a problem for me. Thank you!! When I got to this place back in July 2023 it was on the weekend of my birthday. Whenever I was younger my mom would 5150 me on just about every birthday. When I was hospitalized here Dr. Fox would let me play my guitar and when I was given the privilege to play guitar I would divide my 15-30min sessions with my guitar and let others play guitar. What was really good was the food and dinning area. My electric guitar and line6 podgo was the first time staff had seen any like that to come into the hospital and I was asking for music theory material to be printed out and the nurses were always printed out material for me. I started Stemvasmah therapy which was science, technology, engineering mathematical, visual arts sound-music arts, and humanities, I would be asking all patients on my unit for 3 different topics and the nurses were always printing out the paperwork for my lessons I have taught the patients.I remember going to rec therapy all the patients requested songs all the songs that I like. Overall this is heaven for those who are brokenAll OF THE FORMER PATIENTS THAT ARE GOING TO GIVE BAD REVIEWS,..... I GOT NEWS THE LIES YOU HAVE BEEN TELLING WILL BE REPORTED PRIVATELY AND RESPECTFULLY.I HAVE LOVE FOR MHTS, I NURSES, first responders, doctor's psychiatrist. AND lawn enforcement and paramedics and fire Crew.I have no bad memories of being hospitalized.

I ve been here twice. It s been 4 months and I still reminisce on my time spent here. I ve been to a psych ward in Sacramento and it is nothing compared to this one. The staff here for the most part generally cares for the patients. Thank you to all of the employees who helped me especially the chefs (cuz the food was great) and Bradley.

They're privately owned with 3 locations in Stockton Manteca and Tracy. They mostly deal with court-mandated situations such as DUI domestic abuse drug abuse. Counselors and staff are very friendly and more than willing to help with any questions or needs. They have very flexible schedules that go from morning into late evening 6 days a week.

Great sober living home and great environment. Only have to follow a few simple rules and respect others in the house. I attend five in-house meetings per week, and three outside meetings per week. The house managers are fair and reasonable. I have to submit to drug testing upon demand, and the house managers enforce the rules to retain the Integrity of the house. A very positive experience for me!

Madison House is the best overall sober living home i have experienced; and i have experienced several due to my alcoholism and addiction. I've been here 8 months and the program promotes recovery and personal growth and all I have to do is follow a few simple rules which include going to outside meetings as well as in-house meetings, being respectful of others,drug testing upon request, and doing my assigned chore. Pretty simple. The 2 house parents are fair, supportive, and they do enforce the rules to retain the integrity of the house. We have a lot of unity and cameraderie, which makes it a great environment !

I took my daughter to mental health crisis for bi polar. The staff is very nice and supportive. They asked me to take my daughter to ER for medical attention before being seen at crisis. ER doctors at St Joseph's hospital gave her anti anxiety meds and released her. I took her home. About a half hour later, after returning home, Stockton Police knocked on my door asking to talk to my daughter. It was a wellness check on behalf of Mental health crisis. I am grateful for their concern and making sure my daughter was doing alright. Thank you so much I can never say how appreciative I am.

My experience there was lovely they cared and gave attention to each individual on their own path thru recovery. The contractors from activities to reconstruction and cleaning services were all lovely I was a patient there for a psychosis episode and they were able to stabilize my chemicals and provide me adequate care but what I truly enjoyed about the center was the help. It was remarkable to see everybody work in unison and to see the patients get cured one at a time I personally saw 4 move on before it became my time. I hope this center continues to get adequate funding. Thank you team and thank you Dr Robinson.*update* it s been 4 years since my stay and I ve been in an upward trajectory in person progress I ve been finally 10 months free from my addiction that led to the psychosis in 2020 and I ve landed a full time job at my company that I was a temp at and I am handling my bills and rent and it all stemmed from seeking help when help was needed and San Joaquin County Behavioral was the catalyst and a pivotal moment in my recovery. I learned a lot of skills for my mental health here. I had a pretty good experience with the group setting and I really loved Evelyn one of the Psychiatrists. She was amazing. I really want to have her as my Individual Therapist because of how well she handles people and also challenges them. Iv'e been confused with a thought for years and on the second day I remember her blowing my mind by asking me a question that made perfect sense. I just don't understand how she can listen so well but also understand everything your saying and I can tell she really cares. :)She also wears cool clothing. XD

The care and compassion of the staff is phenomenal. I was a basket case when I walked in their door and they helped me break my issues down into manageable issues. They gave me the tools I needed to get through each day.

Went there the year January 2017 left in August and i promise Ive been taking it one day at a time and been clean from meth for going on 6 years on January 29th. I must say though we had PCI (Parent Child Interaction) on Thursdays and I was the only person without their kid so that rubbed me the wrong way because i always had to participate.

Any negative post either is bitter because they were discharged for using or drinking because I can't say enough good things about the people running valley sober living or the facilities.When I arrived I was treated like family by the guests which was what I needed because I was super nervous. But within a few days I felt at home and my confidence skyrocketed.
