This place changed my life ! I have been to many treatment centers but the difference is the people there want it ! I loved it and would recommend to anybody who really wants it!

I did not know what to expect when I came into rehab. The staff made me feel right at home. The facility was clean, the rules were solid and it was a safe environment. My therapist, Billy T., really helped me a lot through process groups and one-on-one sessions. I have tried therapy in the past but never gotten so much out of it. Really some huge breakthroughs I did not expect because I do not generally like therapy. John O handled all my outside concerns thoroughly and timely and the things that were important were treated as important. Same for Woody who delt with all the HR stuff with my work like FMLA. Overall the entire staff was great, and I also liked Tyler P’s morning reflections.The food is also great and you can smoke cigarettes.

My experience was amazing and staff was very helpful and caring.

My experience at the Bluff was unlike anything that I’ve ever experienced in treatment. The staff is amazing and really cares. I would recommend the Bluff to anyone seeking treatment.

I’m so very thankful I found this place! I’ve been going here for quite some time and I know it has helped me. TREMENDOUSLY! Mr. Bill is an extremely considerate and patient person to hear all of my situations without criticism. Miss Alicia has done so much to upgrade the facility and you can tell she wholeheartedly cares. And my wonderful nurses, well they are the best!! Mrs. Katherine, Mrs. Janice and Mrs. Shanda are the most thoughtful women you will ever meet!! After all the time I’ve spent here, it almost seems like a small family. Definitely a supportive community. I would highly recommend to anyone!! I appreciate everything they do to help the community!

If you are looking for help, this is the place to go. I have never met anyone as dedicated as Ms. Poole. I came there several years ago in a bad way and they did not have to take a chance on me but they did. The empathy, trust, and respect I was treated with bolstered my desire to succede at this program and I have. It has changed my life and I am forever greatful to Ms. Poole, Sonya, and the rest of the wonderful staff there. Over the years I have come in contact with just about everyone there and have been treated very well. Thanks again for all you do.

I ve Been at CMTC and always have a good experience. My counselor T always treats everyone I have seen with respect and always smiles always pleasant, Ms. Sonja always pleasant and helpful with all of your needs and always nice, Ms.Earnestine is always on top of the insurance needs of everyone and always so nice and pleasant, Ms. Poole is the best site mngr I ve ever dealt with always willing to help you with anything she can do for you, everyone goes above and beyond their duties and what I have seen the site is clean and in order. For the size of the facility it is not that big but it is not messy or dirty and is organized from what I have seen.

Ms Earnestine is the best she stay on top of your insurance I totally forgot about mine but luckily she was prepared when I came in to dose. Mrs. Sonja is fast by the time you get to window she has you ready to go in and out process

This experience has literally changed my life.I have the tools to be successful and dealt with my past demons.The staff from the front/back office, housekeeping, dining services, counselors, techs, and medical teams were caring/empathetic.You get out of it what you put into it! I couldn’t stand another day the way I was.Thank you to everyone at the facility.

Im currently a client on methadone that has moved from Ca. to Ga. It was spur of the moment with no time to make arrangements. I spoke with ERIC on Healthqwests csr dept based on New Jersey. Fyi. Ive been in tech supt, customer service, Quality Assurance & M.I.S. For over 30 yrs Ive worn a headset and have been helping customers. Ive ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, which is why I can say that ERIC assessed my dilemma for what it was and did his best to move Heaven and earth for me to get me the help i needed 2 days ago. He had an entire queue to help and he took my case as personal as was needed to help me. Moving here I have to change my Medicaid to Ga. which is NOT ez or quick. And I, having heart disease and 5 stents in my heart from 2 heart attacks. Short version of of i didn’t get help and go into withdrawl the strain on my heart would no doubt KILL me. The man devoted most of his day trying to get my situation straightened out. Im detailing this because I want you to know this was the BEST service ive ever received in my 60 plus years on this planet, and it happened when my literal life was on the line. Healthqwest cant be beat if you want genuine effort with your help. The prices are competitive but you can’t go wrong using them.Ill answer any question or comment too. The medication I take is no joke. I take it for a broken back I got when I was year ended on my motorcycle at a red light. I take it for Pain mgmt.Its a serious subject and serious things happen with it….and more without it. Id be crippled, so you can see the magnitude of my plight.Eric knew and did everything he could.I cant say enough for them.Chris OBrien

So far it has been good I recently transferred in from another clinic they were very helpful the only thing I do not like is all medicaid recipients have to video call daily to take the dose in front of a nurse or else we are not covered by medicaid for that day. Which is a medicaid thing but thats the only difference from my last clinic

Wonderful place to begin and continue a life in recovery. Support in managing and improving behaviors, optimistic live improvement skills, learning how beneficial it is to help peers and learn how to receive consultation. Helping to find meaning and purpose in life and the benefits of becoming a respectable person in society.

I ve been to many other places and this is probably the best one I ve been to. Really good people and met some people who ended up being close friends and helped me find a good sober living after I left.

I can t say enough great things about my experience. This was a hard step for me to take, going into treatment. The Twin Lakes staff took excellent care of me and gave me the tools to maintain long term recovery.

I had an amazing experience there! Shaq was amazing, Mac was amazing, and and Cody was amazing!! Also, the therapists that I had there was amazing!!! I still went thru issues after I left there because of my own choices, but I have over a year clean now!!! I even work in treatment now myself!! But I will always have gratitude for GATC and the people there who helped me along the way in my journey!!!

I had the best experience at RVA. The entire team was AMAZING! I honestly don t know how any bad reviews are possible if you are open and want to get clean. I miss everybody! I m so thankful that God put Jimmy in my path and that I made it here!

It’s my first time ever in recovery, but I’ve heard stories of how bad some places treat you and how nasty the food is. Well not at recovery village. The staff treat you with respect and are there to help in your recovery. They show that they actually care from the day you first contact them by calling to simply check on you every day until your arrival. They have some of the best therapists in the world. There tech are there to serve you and not demand any thing accept you following the rules of the facility. I loved this place and one I’m done with my sober living I’m going to return so they can see the evidence of there work. I’m very glad I chose this place as the start of my sobriety and recovery. I wanted to take the time out , and just say the staff is amazing here at new seasons in ( Fort Oglethorpe) of course!! There is so much to brag about and so many people that work here that need recognition.. I do want to shout out to Robbie!! He’s amazing , such a kinda soul, and he has done so much to the building! ( I honestly think he’s a secret interior decorator) It’s like a super power he has ,, oh and Thank you for the new water machine !!! I love you for that . Everyone there is welcoming with no kinda judgement torwds you, they try to help in everyway possible.. they all have a part to play u got the office people like Amanda, she’s great very kind . Polite, and always has time to talk or explain things if u have questions. She’s really good about answering them or figuring out the answer.. then u got the counselors mine in particular is the best .. I am biased tho ..lol . Naw there all great . Mines just the best and then you have the beautiful lady’s up front , when you come in to dose there always welcoming !! Never bitter .. all in all it’s been a pretty cool experience though this part of my recovery.. I’m very blessed to have been accepted to work the program here . I just really wanted to say something nice to them all .. and let them know how thankful I truly am for this whole situation at hand!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YOU GUYS THANK YOU ALL

I am extremely happy that I chose SouthEast for my detox and residential. The entire staff is so caring and loving! It is so clear that they like helping and have great experience. I had searched for a detox close to home, but after checking reviews on Google, I chose them. This was my first experience in such a place, but everyone I talk to, who was there and have been somewhere else said this is the best place they have ever been to out of all the others. Highly recommend. Special shout out to ALL the staff, love you. Sorry it took so long to write a review, I was constantly thinking of doing it, but yeah .

I have not snapped on my husband or made it to the jail report in the 18yrs we’ve been married.. When I get to that point, I schedule Seriously speaking, if your marriage is in need of repair, reconnection, re-chemistry, re-avoid’jail’time, if your family as a whole needs help, If your kids need guidance or you as a single person, need a good Come to your senses talk!We’ve had the opportunity to work with Al. Jones and we 10 outta 10 recommend Judgement free, sense of humor, great pointers, and the ability to make you think and stare accountability in the face! And shout out to the receptionist her customer service skills are on point!

I was referred to Jones Behavioral Health by a family friend and had the pleasure of being paired with Janiah. She is an amazing therapist who truly encourages thoughtful reflection on life and personal choices. She will laugh with you, she will cry with you and guide you on your healing journey. I couldn t have asked for a better therapist! Additionally, the front desk staff is consistently welcoming and helpful, ensuring a warm and positive welcome!!

My experience at Jones Behavioral Health was absolutely wonderful. Al Jones is the PERFECT EXAMPLE of what ALL mental health professionals should be. Jones Behavioral Health CAN, and WILL help you through whatever issues you are dealing with in your life.

Edit: April 2025 – They have finally gotten enough dosing nurses in the past few months so i felt it was fair to update my review and score. The other update is that Alicia is no longer my counselor. It has been Kimberly for at least 2 years now and she is Amazing! With that said ive left the original review as is for anyone to read.The bad rating is for whoever runs the company.Heres why: The employees are great. With maybe one or two exceptions everyone who works there does a GREAT job. From Joy at the cash office to Jen doing all purpose everything, to Alicia counseling, to Dr. Adeshina, to the dosing nurses. Sadly there are only 3 dosing nurses now. 4 when they pull someone back thats transitioning to counselor.There needs to be AT LEAST 4 dosing nurses a day if not 5. Also each counselor has at least 60 patients. I was told one has 80 now.It costs 13 a day for medicine. Thats 364 per month. Since there are 10 counselors if not more that means there are 600 patients at a minimum. Do the math 600 multiplied by 364. Thats 2.6 million a year, on the low end, in revenue.The employees need to be paid more! If they were it wouldnt be constantly short of dosing nurses. It seems like half of the ones hired dont even stay for s year. Some just walk out on the place. There should be more counselors as well.Whoever owns the place can afford to pay more. Since the owners dont even work there just collect money from the workers. Since capitalism is basically a pyramid scheme but thats for another time and place.Most of us patients would even gladly pay more money if it meant getting and keeping more employees.Its not convenient to have to spend an hour and twenty minutes to dose like today. Or even a half hour to 45 minutes most other days.Get it together owners of crossroads. If you dont people will leave and wont come back. There are plenty of other options now and outside of volunteer clinic they are all better. At least as far as how much time you have to spend there.Its not hard. Ive been to another state where you are never there more than 5 minutes. You pay weekly so its no daily line there. They call ur number to one of 3 dosing windows 5 feet away thru a door. The dosing nurses asks your social and last name and then hands you a cup of your dose and you leave.Get it fixed soon. Your patients deserve it and your workers are amazing and over worked and deserve better pay.

I am so grateful for crossroads. I moved to Chattanooga for a job opportunity and I decided to go to crossroads as I had 6 yrs in recovery on suboxone but It got to where I couldn t afford the doctor and the medication. When I started i crossroads I was ready to make real change and work on my self and all of my issues that caused me to use. Little by little I started to feel like me but a better me. After about 2 months in treatment I started a small construction business. Knowing absolutely nothing about it but I succeeded and became very successful. I start making really good money and I expressed to my counselor that if I had been in control of that amount of money I would have been dead but instead I became responsible I started paying bills and doing things that I had dreamed of being able to do but was never quite able too. Crossroads has helped me have a whole new life an amazing life. I started making Amends to everyone I had hurt unless it would have caused more harm. One by one I fixed relationships that had been broken for 15-16 years. I am so thankful for crossroads. I have never been able to talk to counselors without feeling judged or embarrassed but here I was able to open up and talk about everything. This place is amazing. I have never met people that where actually in this line of work to help but they are. And joy, Jenn, the doc , the nurses and counselors they all make it possible. 10 out of 10 for sure and I recommend them to anyone I come in contact with that needs help. My husband passed away unexpectedly January 4th of 2024 and my counselor helped me through it to the best of her ability. Before I came here had that happened I would have totally relapsed and given up on life. I ll stop going on but they are amazing.

My experience at this place has been good but be mindful that most counselors are great but there are a couple there that really do not seem to care so if your gut tells you early on that you should get a new one defiantly do that and always pray ask for guidance and strength for the Heavenly Father is always there for each of us. I see Dr. Thakkar as my Doctor at Willowbrooke and I can t say enough positive things about her! She is awesome in so many ways, kind, caring,compassionate and so much more. I also want to say that Tinesha, one of the Medical Assistants , is so professional, courteous, caring and more than anything, she gets things done! If she says she s on it, then she s on it! Very prompt and always calls me back as soon as possible or answer s her phone when I call her and I m sure she s the same way with other patients as well. She s like a breath of fresh air and I wish there were more like her in her field. I would give ten stars to both of them if google would let me. It s really refreshing when the people you trust with your mental health issues are so attentive to their patients needs. Thank you so much Dr. Thakkar and Tinesha!!
