I just completed the 28 day program and the staff and everyone there were great people and the food was also very good they are going through allot of remodeling and things we're a little hectic which is understandable but other than that it was a life changing experience

Let me just say I was a patient at Medmark for years and above everything no matter what because they open at 4:45 AM says it all. They generally want to meet everyday people’s needs to live a normal life.In and out the door before 5am to do what you need to do w your life. Try and find another clinic that does that for you. You won’t. Working men and women this your clinic. Just no weed. Sorry.

I do not typically do these reviews however I felt very strongly I needed to. I have been in the program for over 7 years. The program honestly saved my life after trying several other things. My addiction became like most had back problems and my doctors were very free to prescribe the opioids and benzodiazepines. Xanax was actually the worst for me hospitalized for over 10 days due to all the seizures. Anyways the nurses Yolanda Jackie Val are sweethearts and have never judged me once. Yolanda is the one person who always tells me she is proud of me I don’t even hear that from family. Kim who runs front desk is also great. In my experience I have had around 6 counselors and sorry to say this is the downfall here. I don’t know if they are overworked micromanaged or just don’t care but I have had to go elsewhere for my counseling. I have promise for my new counselor April who is new to this location. Since starting she has been on top on my case not letting anything slide. She gets accomplished what the 5 others took months to do and I appreciate that. Non judgmental follow-up and just caring she accomplishes where most can’t and this is what keeps me clean and alive and I thank her for that more than I can say. Doctor is a different story for a different day I will just say to the women ask that a third person be in the room. That’s all!

After 10 years of battling addiction to various drugs I went to ECS for 28 days of rehab. It was a life changing experience that started on 11/29/2018. I have been in recovery for nearly 2 years now. I’ve become close with my family and opened a personal training business helping men in rehab and employing men in recovery. I have also gotten my position as a general foreman back at my regular Job as well as my freedom in my life and am a better man than I have ever been thanks to the counselors, staff and Dr Sharma at ECS.
A 6 year sober and in recovery update. I am now making over a quarter million a year with a Fortune 500 company, have kids who love and respect me again, 2 homes in 2 states, real friendships and a life beyond my wildest dreams. I was homeless 6.5 years ago. It all started with E.C.S. and im still a part of the community they have there that Doc started. Grateful

I have personally referred 3 friends to ICFR, in addition to numerous participants that come to us for help. What puts ICFR above others in the treatment arena is the time they spend unraveling the "why's" that lead to the misuse of substances. Without getting to the trauma, what lead you to escapism, long term success is limited. ICFR takes the time to explore the why's, and for me, as a person in recovery who didn't really get better without extensive trauma therapy, I know this to be true.

If i could give 1000 stars i would! I couldn't recommend symetria enough. Everyone there is absolutely AMAZING! From the front staff (esp Ms Shuranda who keeps everything running smoothly), to the wonderful counselors, the medical directors (shout out to Ms Cynthia), my knowledgeable counselor Ms Beth, the beautiful nurses aka angels in scrubs (Kat, Gizelle and Mel).. you are surrounded by nothing but complete love, support and understanding. There is never a moment you feel judged or unsupported. Everyone has been there for me in more ways than I can count and if it wasn't for the staff I don't think I would be where I am today. You aren't treated like a number or just another patient. You are treated like FAMILY! Choosing symetria to be the first place I went to help be recover was the best decision I ever made and I'm forever grateful for everyone there who has been there for me since day one. I have been seeing my psychiatrist there for 3 years. Dr. Godbolt is great! She takes her time and has given me a new hope on life. NOW, The after hours answering service is another story! They rarely pass your message to your Dr. They are very disrespectful. I just called the answering service a few minutes ago. I have terrible insomnia and I've been awake for 3 days. I'm hallucinating because I have been up for so long. At first she was not going to contact my doctor because she said they don't do psychiatry after hours.. what is that? Then I told her that I have been awake for 3 days and I am starting to hallucinate and she said hold on came back two minutes later and said you know what just call back at 8:30 in the morning that's all I can do for you. Something just doesn't seem right there

I finally found a great doctor's office...NP Shan Brown is an amazing person incredibly understanding and knowledgeable the nurse that took me to the back is great and the receptionists are very professional and friendly, I've been there twice with no more then a 5 min wait..this place is amazing compared to any other aunt Martha's I've been to!

I had never been to rehab before. I told Myself I would be able to get Myself better by Myself. It doesn't work that way. I went to Branden House and they helped me so much more than I thought I needed. It's hard at first... Discipline and withdrawal. I had a hard time everyday at first trying to not cry but they all welcomed my healing tears. I feel so much better about society today knowing that there is places like this with caring people out there for struggling people such as myself. God bless Branden House.

I understand that an hospital is a place of care and not a hotel. With that being said, when a patient is being admitted for observation it means that they’re not critical. However, not being able to rest is important. Staying in ER for 10 hours from 8:30 am till 5:00 pm without food is ridiculous. I don’t know if am allowed to eat or not? Just trying to be patient because I’m aware of my surroundings. My nurses were very nice and friendly but not apathetic.
I loved the ER doctors. They are thorough, knowledgeable, concerned and compassionate.
The night floor nurse was really really nice and did all she could to accommodate me. However she had been so busy and rushing around that she had an odor that was really unpleasant.
The night CNA I wish I could remember his name, I think Matt? He was very nice and really kind. Oppose to the morning CNA, I tried to give her a compliment on how nice she smelled and she ignored me.
I choose to go to NORTHLAKE Methodist Hospital. I think the care is excellent. I just wish the staff’s demeanor and procedures were a little consistent across the board.
Also the ER room I was in the TV remote volume was broken. I could turn the TV on but had to hold the speaker to my ear to hear it. I thought my neck was going to get a catch in it and I would have to deal with another problem.

I was I went to PHP from the Residential and than I stayed for the IOP and I can tell it was awesome the therapist there are always willing to talk even if they are not your therapist I miss this place and Maria is the director but she was the best and she knows what she is doing and I felt I had so much support there and they was awesome.

My PHP experience has been everything and more than I could ask for. The groups are educational and meet all of my needs. Erin, my therapist understands exactly how I feel and meets me where I am. She pushes me to my limits and had made me a better person all around. I have been doing better as a whole and that is due to the support of this amazing step down program.
