This location has come along way compared to the way it was before. I’ve been coming here since 2022 and have had better progress and experience than I’ve had with any other facility in my part of Illinois/St. Louis. Although the psychiatric program is horrible and the therapy program would be excellent if you weren’t spending more time getting to know a new therapist every 6 months instead of working on your issues. (so when another job position opens up and pays more these therapist up and leave). For the most part I don’t have anything bad to say about this place my doctor is Kevin Garner and he’s the best primary care Provider that I’ve ever had. He cares and if he can help me with anything he does are points me into the direction I’m supposed to go. I recommend this place for anything from drug addiction to the flu are just getting your meds filled. Just go find a therapist or a psychiatrist somewhere else!!!

I have been going to Comtrea for years And they are amazing. Always extremely helpful kind courteous and caring. They have helped me in so many different ways I can't even explain how thankful that I am for them. My first time visiting JC VA medical facility was truthfully the highlight of my day. Valet members were so helpful and were insistent on putting a smile on my face before even entering the building. I needed water and the woman running the cafe at the front of the main building gave me ice cold water free of charge. I was reading signs trying to figure out where to go on the first and second floor, and each time, a VA team member stopped to help direct me. I had multiple appointments here that day and every provider was so attentive to my questions and helpful with directing me where to go next or what to expect. I look forward to whenever I have to come back and couldn't express the gratitude I felt for the staff at this hospital during my visit!!

Paije Douglas is absolutely AMAZING!!! I’ve never met anyone who is so devoted to helping people get clean! If you are truly looking to change your life and stop abusing opiates, I highly recommend coming to St Louis Metro Treatment Center and joining the IOP program that she is in charge of. She goes out of her way to get people set up with medical detox and then sober living and/or whatever other arrangements you need in order to be in a safe place so you can start healing! food is trash but what to you expect, bring you're own pillow and blanket if you can the stuff they give you is worse than bob barker. i`d buy the pillow and blanket brand new if you can or they might not allow you to bring it in they wash all used items you bring in so if its some huge comforter leave it at home I doubt that will slide. think small if you cant buy brand new. they have TVs with DVD players and movies to skim though, had roku while I was there may or may not still be around. there is a smoking section, you go as a group every couple hours. buy brand new packs of cigs before you enter open packs are not allowed. Other than those obvious flaws, flaws you would find everywhere. the staff were respectful and caring. This place is doing its part in saving peoples lives the staff are nice as long as you make an effort, they know you are going though a tough time you won't be forced to do anything if you don't want to, could be 7 days in bed only need to get up to do meds and heart rate readings. Would recommend to anyone.

They were All professional and on point with each level of the appointment and best of all I got to dose and got take home doses for the weekend the very next day when I came back for my second dose. I had a great experience at Centrec care. Fighting alcoholism was very tough on my own and Centrec care taught me the tools and coping skills I needed to strive and thrive in life. I am so thankful to Teen Challenge!
After only two weeks in the program, God took hold of my heart, and I truly accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. That was the moment everything changed for me, and I began to walk out of my new faith. Over the course of a year, all 4 felonies were dropped, my family was restored, and I felt true peace for the first time in my life.
Today I celebrate my 13 years in ministry. God blessed me with a beautiful, godly woman as my wife. I was told many years ago that I could not have children, but God blessed me with a son who is now 5 years old. I also get to serve in the ministry where I met and fell in love with Jesus. Thankful

This place is amazing and truly transforms lives. I witnessed it first hand with my cousin Matt. They reach the least and the last. The ones that most in society has given up on. They show them a l other way to live, and most importantly how to honor God! Some sober living places, and second chance places are a money grab, but I can honestly say Rick and Trish is the real deal! God is using them both as a vessel to love those who feel hopeless.

Love this program. There's so many options. Counselors are amazing, there is classes for several different things. My favorite is Tuesday's women's group. I would recommend this program to anyone that needs help getting any kind of information that you can think of they can help with. The groups are by far my favorite part as I said before the women's group is very helpful.

I've been a client here for years now and we've had our ups and downs. Its luck if the draw and who your case worker is u guess. My experience has been good for the most part over the last three or four years.
They've helped me left and right with many things big and small. I have nothing but giis things to say about them. I see a bjc doctor, get my meds here, attend groups here etc. From I'd organization.

I was in and out of rehabilitation and after care programs for years. With the help of God and the design/structure of Mission Gate, I am in recovery for almost 5 years now. I’ve been trying to get a hold of a doctor to get a refill for my son but they only do that through appointments but our next appointment until January so which is several months away and he’s been out of prescription and I can’t get a hold of anybody so I can get him a refill. They keep putting me to voicemail voicemail to voicemail and I’ve been calling every single day for three weeks and not one response so I can get my sons refill. This is completely unprofessional and I highly recommend a new other place. when it comes to your children’s refills.
