About Life Source
LifeSource is a residential addiction and mental health recovery organization in Alabama. The programs are faith-based, and there are four locations, including the graduate house for women in Decatur.
LifeSource’s mission is to serve those in the underserved criminal justice system community who have substance use disorder (SUD). The graduate house is in a quiet residential community about 30 miles from Huntsville. The program is self-pay.
Providing Safe Sober Living
The graduate house provides a safe environment where graduates have support for their sobriety. The house includes common areas for meetings and peer support, communal kitchens and shared living spaces.
The structured environment, daily routines and curfew help individuals establish accountability and healthy living habits. Mentorship and peer support play a pivotal role in the recovery program.
A Supportive Environment
