I came in and the ER was very busy, however the staff still made time to take care of everyone’s needs. The staff and nurses are so kind and caring, they really deserve a higher rating but I can’t put more than five stars. I asked for a quick snack and said whatever takes the least time is fine since they’re busy and they brought many snack ❤️❤️❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 stars should be an option

[Outpatient~ Rhinelander 5-Stars], [Inpatient~ 3-Stars] (Ask for a transfer if possible). The outpatient is outstanding, taking into account this isn't some big-city slaughterhouse where the doctors are threatened with Bull S* . Here, the doctors, therapists, nurses, and staff enjoy their job, and this makes a huge impact on a patient's health.// The inpatient unit gets 3-stars only on merit where this is not a big-city circus. The doctors are withdrawn into a fantasy of how to make appeals to courts and testify the best they can about all the reason's there is a problem. You're not very likely to be committed per se, but you'll most likely need to agree to conditions in order to be released from the hospital. When the first ordeal is over with, the care is much better if you're required to stay a bit longer in the hospital before they stabilize you. Also remember there has never been a 5-star inpatient unit. The U.S. is swamped with mental health needs and are short staffed to meet the demands. Good Job Aspirus.

My daughter stayed there for 10 days, the nurses are so caring. Always talk to you anytime. The doctors were there right away to answer your questions, I would give this place a 10

I have the best Therapist in the world. The front desk agents are always kind and I haven't had a bad experience here. I firmly belive without their help getting through post partum I would not have made it. I am forever thankful.

The staff at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth, Minnesota, this hospital although challenging to find where to go without a map and a guide. Has the best staff compared to the many hospitals I've been in the staff, doctors and nurses were an excellent group and I enjoyed my stay and never wanted to leave. And the food was the best I tried almost everything on the extensive choices of food and every day it was a party in my mouth! One of my nurses from the fifth floor Sawyer came and visited me when I was there again on the fourth floor and that was above and beyond anything I've ever had happen to me in a hospital. So I give your hospital 10 stars because 5 isn't enough!!! Thank you to everyone that was working both times and I'll be back to the 5th floor soon! I was going to Essentia Health for almost a year being miss-diagnosed the entire time. I knew there was something wrong with me as this can't be "all in my head" as Essentia led me to believe. Thank you for saving my life not once, but two times. I wouldn't be alive today if I hadn't taken the chance, advocated for myself, and finally went to the St. Lukes ER. I don't understand how this place was able to help me so quickly where I spent over $100k trying to get help at Essentia in that time. Thank you! Thank you so much!

They saved my life twice

I traveled from Saginaw, MI for 3.5 hours to this facility for my first experience with inpatient rehabilitation for addiction, and boy am I glad that my very first interaction and encounter with a program and facilitator in this profession was with this place! They are very professional and thorough and fair in their policy and implementation on those in the program while still allowing the room for individuals to have the unique care or alterations to their new restrictions in the program that takes into account the very unpredictable and varying differences in the residents lives and needs. The facility was very clean and more than acceptable for my needs. The location is removed enough from the hustle and bustle to not tempt but not too far removed you feel isolated. The groups and their lessons and program literature was completely in current recommendations with the latest available information education and resources readily available for your recovery journey and services. One woman had her child with her and the staff was more than helpful and supportive in providing child supervision and care. The child was content and while we know not so, seemed totally unaffected and unaware of any possible difficulties in the mother’s life. When there is an issue of any type it is very quickly and satisfactorily addressed. There was a man who was stalking the property in a vehicle one night and so a worker came out with us while we smoked cigarettes in which there was then another man who wandered on to the parking lot and this worker was very professional but stern and unmoving in her directing him away and off the property. I felt like a baby bear and she was definitely mama protecting her cubs! I felt so safe and sure that she was dedicated to our well being. Honestly I can’t praise this place and their workers enough! If you are thinking of sobriety and feel that rehab is appropriate for the start of your journey , then make the trip here!

Wonderful patient care, staff is friendly and very time efficient

My two year old had a bike accident and when we arrived we were notified that urgent care was closed and there were no more appts left for us to get him in. As we were waiting, one of the women at the receptionist desk overheard us and gave us info about other urgent cares in Duluth and then another gave him a bear stuffy and called a nurse assistant to come look at it to see if we needed to drive to urgent care. They even had a doctor look at it quick, then clean it, and bandage it. I was SO impressed with the kindness of everyone involved in helping us. Thank you Everyone from the bottom of my heart. You truly are all amazing people.

The care that I receive from both the Appleton clinic, and Milwaukee Hospital is top notch. My only problem is that my Community Care doctors are not privy to my VA records.

If you want to experience true degradation - go to a VA clinic in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas. This VA is "Club Med" compared to many. Connect to MyHealthVet through the VA online - Fast messaging, fast prescriptions, fast appointments. If you don't like being connected to the Mpls VA just to speak to the TPC, then ask the receptionist or one of the appointment specialists for their direct number and they will happily share. 8)

Staff are helpful. Never had to wait excessively long, but they can get busy.

The staff at the Twin Ports VA are incredible, I don't think they get the credit they deserve! Been in the system for over 20 years and think they go above and beyond to help the vets. Thank you all!

It has come to my attention that people have been bashing on the staff at ECTC especially the nurses and I like to say that some of the things that are being said are wrong and very hurt full stop bashing the nurses and take responsibility for your own recovery the staff are doing there job to make sure that we stay safe!! I’ve had some issues with the staff but they were mostly brought on by my own pride but it has never felt like a personal attack against me these people are here to help this place is a treatment center and the staff are human and have feelings they should fell good about doing there job. How would it feel if they showed up at your job talking shit to you every morning I’m sure we wouldn’t like it either these women are not only on the front lines keeping us safe but they’re also women first so be a little respectful! Thank you good luck with your recovery

Always on time appointments...and treated well..way better than driving 104 miles 1 way to Minneapolis..seems like when calling though, it gets rerouted to MPLS..and then there is the biggest problem I have with them..wait time is Pathetic if trying to schedule an appointment.

I'm so glad that I found a place where I can be myself and not be judged. I'm incredibly thankful for everything these people have done for me!

This place really helped me, I couldn't of done it without the amazing nurse's at the clinic and the amazing counselor's there!

This clinic has been a huge help in my recovery. The staff are always kind, respectful, and genuinely care about their patients. They create a supportive and judgment free environment, which makes all the difference!

Most of these photos of the clinic on the Google search ain't even the Green Bay building. May be of another location. This clinic saved my life. Plain & simple. There's always gonna be downfalls to every solution - you're never gonna get a perfect remedy...however, the downfalls are worth the outcome. Anything is better than living as a slave to opiates. Addiction doesn't discriminate...it'll get anyone of any age, race, background, etc. Demographics don't matter. So don't judge those who are seeking treatment. Be happy they're getting help. Also, don't assume everyone that attends these clinics are low-life criminals. We have all walks of Life come here for treatment. Nurses, veterans, business men/women, & even grandfathers/grandmothers. People you wouldn't think would be in this situation. We even have patients who were on pain meds for cancer & other severe medical conditions prescribed by their doctor -- only to be left in the dust with a physical addiction to those medications. Addiction isn't always mental or psychological. If you're battling addiction yourself & have failed other typical treatments - Medication Assisted Treatment may be the answer. I do believe it should be used only after failing the other traditional methods.

Foundations is an incredible organization!

Cannot say enough good things about Foundations. As a newly licensed foster parent, they go above and beyond to make sure that everyone involved feels supported. They are all so passionate about what they do, and it shows in their work! I could go on and on but I am so grateful we were introduced to Foundations and are so excited to be a part of this amazing organization!

We have been licensed foster parents in different states, as well as at the county level vs a 3rd party organization like Foundations, and Foundations has been nothing short of amazing to work with. From their thorough onboarding process, to the continuous support we receive, I highly recommend Foundations to any family/person interested in becoming foster parents. Every staff member we have interacted with has been a wonderful and you can tell loves their job, which I think also speaks volumes. I could go on and on about our experience and the difference we have experienced between the county level and working with Foundations (and we didn't have a negative experience when licensed at the county level, it just wasn't anywhere near the same as our experience with Foundations).
