Truly a great place and anyone who says otherwise simply did not truly try and trust the program. Thanks to the staff and the environment I learned so much skills when it came to dealing with others, negative emotions, cravings and overall life in general not to mention they have helped me become 107 days sober and I plan to continue this journey. If your child is having trouble seriously think about this program it can do wonders but only if they truly want it to.

this place helped me reach a new high in my life. all of the staff there were more than amazing towards us and always tried their hardest to help us be successful and happy. i was lucky to find them when i needed help the most. i’ll reach two years sober in 2 months and if i wouldn’t have went there, i strongly believe i wouldn’t be alive today. they will push you to be the best version of yourself you can be!! the only reason i give it a 4/5 is because the food was terrible besides when larissa would cook for us. garrett and rachel will always hold a special place in my heart.

I spent 5 months here in the dead of winter. The staffing were marvelous and far ahead of any rehab center anywhere, thats my opinion. The entire staff always went above and beyond. My experience attending treatment at this facility is what saved my life. I was welcomed judgement free from day one and was treated with the upmost care for my entire stay. The staff only saw me for my potential instead of seeing me only for my past mistakes. I was given individualized care which challenged me to grow and take accountability for my past actions. Over my 45 day stay, I worked closely with all the staff and was provided with excellent support and education on my disease. They loved me until I was able to love my self. Thanks to the hardworking and supportive staff at Phoenix House I now have 4.5 years clean. I have been working as a Recovery Coach for the past 3 years and have just passed the exam to become a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. The likelihood of me being where I am at today would be shockingly low, if not zero, if not for my time spent at Phoenix House.

This place screwed me over. Before I checked in, I asked if they were able to do anything regarding the reason I came into the ER, I was told yes before I checked in. After being admitted, the doctor told me that there is no help that they can provide me with there, and I was charged over $1100+ just to be told "There's nothing that I can do for you". The health care system in fond du lac is the worst I've ever been to, I DO NOT recommend. Would give 0 stars, but 1 is the lowest allowed.

We have adopted four children, all with special needs. Our current home study expires on May 20. Our current agency does not want to renew our study. They feel we are too old (in our 50's) and have enough children. We are saddened by the fact that we only need a renewal to add another child to our family.
Are you familiar with any agencies that would renew our study for us? Help with finalization and AA? Despite our ages? We have passed the background checks and physicals five times now. We have had local media write about us and USA today did a video about our family.
Even if we found our child tomorrow, we would not have time to remain with current study until finalization.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I was placed at Rawhide in 1972, for the summer camp program. I came away a changed youth. I returned to my hometown, and the high-school I had attended. It took a lot of work on my part, as well as the Lord's guidance, but I did graduate with my class. I know in the years since I was there, I had stumbled a few times, but the Lord with his grace, continues to bless me.
Jan, John, Bart and Cherrie, saved my life! The way I was headed, I was sure to be in prison before long. I was able to return the life changing help later on in life, by serving on the board of directors for 12 years.

Just need to give a review of the care of an 90 yo elderly friend. He was placed in ICU for a pulmonary infection and other critical issues. Dr Beeman was the internist who managed his care. She was an incredible Dr. Very compassionate, friendly very concerned for him and us. She sat neck to him in the bed and just talked to him. Most Drs are always in such a hurry and she spent that extra few minutes that meant something! It has been about 4 weeks since he’s been discharged and he is still talking about her. Even got choked up today. The nurses, aides, food service, cleaners- everyone we encountered was amazing. Great floor staff!

The nurses at this hospital were absolutely incredible. I spent 8 days here and they had so much compassion and grace caring for me. I was going through some of the scariest and most embarrassing moments of my life and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Doctor Lee was amazing as well. Pharmacy takes about aweek to get prescriptions done if you're lucky. And was verbally attacked by a worker when I asked a question. Then she told me she would make sure my child didn’t get their prescription. She was just a fill in. Sure she won’t b back. I was taken aside by administrator and asked what happened. He made me feel better but I will never go back to pharmacy.

Amanda Patt is the best! I came to her with two issues that needed physical therapy. She easily divided my scheduled appointments to address both problems.
I first arrived for PT after surgery in a wheelchair and large leg brace, then progressed to a walker and finally left using only a cane!
She was very knowledgeable about both issues and carefully explained home exercises for me at each visit.
We will recommend Amanda to anyone who needs PT; in fact, our son has already received therapy from Amanda..
I know my recovery from a major surgery progressed much faster due to the PT I received from Amanda.
