This place gave me HOPE something I didn’t know about. When I walked into them doors they told me that they were going to LOVE ME UNTIL I LOVED MYSELF & that’s exactly what they did. I am forever grateful for each one of the staff members for helping me & no matter what believing in me. Recovery is not easy either is life. Life happens on life’s terms & alls I know is they gave me the tools, experience, friendships & bond. They became my family & I know I was NOT easy but trust me they will NEVER give up on you SO just make sure you NEVER give up on yourself. HONESTLY IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER that place will always be a part of me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED love my Hope House family thanks for saving me xoxo

The staff were patient, kind, funny, respectable and caring. Personally i would have preferred an 8 hour day but then again i am an older female who rather spend my day resting, eating and watching movies! I was quite fond of Marrow even though i am sure i am spelling her name wrong. The other lady who did so much in activity wise was a super encourager. Sorry i dont remember her name. She may have come from Germany but anywhoo Hope House and the dancing staffer who taught a lot about gardening and painting were a great inspiration. Keep up the good work. Hope House, YOU ROCK!!!

Dont know yet, i have intake in a few days but any place will be better than bhg, ive heard nothing but bad things about bhg and i also heard victory is just ran better so i pray this will be a safer place than bhg

I did my intake/transfer from my muskegon clinic this morning and they were so good to work with and made me comfortable which is something I was worried about. The staff was super nice and professional! I'm excited to see where this next chapter of my sober journey will take me with this facility now! You can tell that they truly care which is more than needed.. If you want to get your life back from addiction and are ready for the change then please stop in there and let them help you. I have no ins and am a cash client but if I can do it which I have for 18mos clean now then anybody can!

Victory is helping me get my life back 👍🏽. it's difficult in the beginning, but worth the uncomfortable 1st day to get treatment started 🤢🤮😵‍💫I almost walked out a few times on day 1 but held on, and I'm so glad I did. The councilers & Doctor really have empathy for what people are going thru, they don't judge, and help you every step of the way. If your struggling with addiction of any kind 🙏🏽 please give this place a try. They offer different treatments to fit each person's needs/goals. Just be honest and transparent with them about what your doing & going thru and they can help get your life back.Medicaid accepted as well as lots of other options. This place is wonderful the staff are amazing and very helpful they take pride in their jobs and are there when you truly need a hand up. They have changed my life in so many ways. A new chapter of my life has opened and I am excited to see where it goes.

This is a wonderful program, truly making a difference in many lives. The WLRP staff are there for the ladies in the program, and become the family many of them need. This is also such a a great place to work, all the staff are passionate about what they do and it's an opportunity to really make a difference to those who need it.

Everyone was professional and polite. They worked with my 10yr old grandson who suffers from ADHD. He will be attending a class next week to help with anger issues.

I don't know what the negative reviews are talking about. Pines has helped WAY more with a family member than Lifeway's or Segue. They even offer group support for family members that are living with patients. I think it all comes down to: you get out of it what you put into it. Nobody can do the work for you. If you keep showing up, do the things to change your reality, and use the tools you're given in therapy - over time things do change for you. I see a common thread that patients are saying they don't help, my family member says the same. He also wants everyone to do everything for him and I'm not sure he actually wants to get better. If you're looking for help with a family member, this is the place. It took years of struggling & living in hell to finally get help with our family member with his resistance. From an outside perspective & someone that has been in therapy for years, even tried lifeway's myself - Pines offers more than acceptional programs. It's worth the drive. It's all up to the patient's to get what they need from themselves ultimately.

I was staying there under the VIP Program. I would also like to thank Mitch, Dre, and Chris for their help with getting what I needed to get into Silver Star for Veterans. They were all very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend it for the women and all Veterans. They can get the help with needed resources for locating housing and help for the Veterans to get in touch with resources from the VA.

It was a nice place warm . The staff was helping and did there job. But I had to leave, because someone thought I stole there purse. I didn't so I hope the people that did it gets caught. Thank you, God will bless me and watch me

I had an MRI on 10/29/25, and the report was available on my patient portal just 62 minutes after the test was completed. I’m very impressed with the efficiency and timeliness of the radiology department. Excellent service!!

Since I have lived in Michigan(3 years). I just found this hospital, was in their ER twice and the staff was completely understanding! Dr. Gerkin, (nurses) Kelsey, Allison, Bianca!!!! And not only that they remember me by name the second time!! I will never go to another hospital! Very pleased and this staff needs recognition!!

Our family had a big scare this week when my 21 month old daughter had come in contact with and had possibly been bitten by a bat, I was fortunate enough to capture the bat. I contacted the Barry-Eaton health department and they were extremely helpful, I was able to deliver the bat to Gail within the hour and she personally transported the bat to the lab, she made no promises but said she would do what she could to expedite the process considering the circumstances...about 24 hours later Jen from the lab called to report that the test was negative. We want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts, whether the news would have been good or bad, you did your duty and took care of the people, well done, thank you for giving us faith in the system and the knowledge that our local government is competant and cares about it's citizens.

They took care of my family member twice, the first time I wasn’t completely impressed by the psychiatrist but the second time it was a new psychiatrist and he was amazing. The whole staff minus one was amazing with my family member who was struggling so much. I couldn’t have picked a better staff to care for him and there was even one nurse that went above and beyond. I also know that this family member had said things that ended up not being real but again they were in a state of psychosis so their reality at the time was real to them until they became more clear headed, took his medication, had food and ate well. It’s easy to be upset about a patients care or “lack of care,” when you do not know the whole picture, but I would refer anyone to this unit because I know they do have quality care and kind hearts. 🥰

These people saved my life!!!! I'll forever be greatful for my time at Oaklawn Psych! Wonderful staff and the environment is very peaceful and safe feeling!!! The whole team (day and night shift) deserve a big round of applause for the dedication they put into the care of every single patient!

I saw Travis Wasson while I visited, I felt listened to and genuinely cared for. He was easy to talk to and very thoughtful. It was always a nice and calm environment during my few appointments there, and I was treated with kindness and respect. The receptionist was sweet to me and made bill paying easy, she was very personable. I liked how softspoken it felt, very good for me, being an anxious person. Thank you psychological consultants for taking care of me!

Excellent and comprehensive care. My therapist is what a helps me get through the week. Best therapy I've ever had.

I had fun here and leaned alot about living on my own I think is a good place you would think the rules would be more lacks seen how u can just leave at any time but beats jail

The new management in the facility and the personality of therapists and security are the best parts of this program. The contracts that the state writes with the KPEP facilities is almost enough to make you want to commit suicide. Underfunded and given very little permission to actually make improvements to the place makes creating positive changes in this place almost impossible. Despite all of this positive things do happen and I would credit this to the new management and the personality of the therapists and security who in my opinion entered the job for the correct reason.

It is a rehab facility. It is not a prison. Residents are treated fairly. It's a great way to get into a federal job atmosphere. Just know it's a lot of hours but a lot of pay as well. Residents get three meals a day. Smoke breaks store and comisarie. It is a male only facility.

I have never met more kind, amazing, warm-hearted welcoming staff and peers in my entire life. IT works if YOU make it work. 90% of the staff is nothing short of incredibly amazing. There’s a couple that could work on their “bedside manner” and empathy; but when it was brought to someone’s attention they had issues with that because they just learned self-advocacy, an open “adult-dialogue” was welcomed and encouraged. Jim Gilmore Rexovery Center has changed my life for good. “JUST FOR TODAY”

I am proud to say that my experience here was amazing. Definitely life changing and the staff here we're a major part of it. It's focus for me was based on "Self" I had to learn to believe in me and forgive me. I think if your looking to get things turned around and feel your alone. You will find help here your never alone.

Overall a fantastic opportunity, I am very grateful.
