I've enjoyed my counciling here very professional staff. Girls up front are very nice. I like how quickly they get to me on the phone. That can agitate people. Justin Hutchenson has helped me decompress alot of stress in my life dealing with multiple deaths in my family and my own health tragedy. May God richly bless him for that and all your staff as we continue on this journey together.

The therapist my daughter saw at the Portage location was wonderful. Billing was always an issue - they would say we owed money, so we would pay it, then they could contact us and process a refund because we "overpaid". Otherwise, we were very pleased. However I have been trying to reach them for a week now. Website says they are available 24/7 - however I have called EVERY number on their website repeatedly, as well as the number the "owner" provided in these comments, and there is never an answer or option to leave a message. I also submitted an appointment request form through their website and have not received a response. Not sure what is going on here. UPDATE: apparently this is a cell phone issue - NOT pine rest. Despite using my phone daily and having no issues making calls, for whatever reason, I had to put my cell phone on then off airplane mode and suddenly I was able to make calls to them. Updated my review to correct for this.

I went here for 9 years and, they were very good to e! A lot of times I had to come in daily. The others, I got up to 4 take-homes per week! So I came for 2 days and, brought my home! Low and behold, something always happened. It could have been a mental episode, or I would get sick. When that happened (hospitalization), I would have to start all over
They treated me with respect, and didn’t charge mea penny! If it wasn’t so darn far away, I would have gone. They clothed and fed the homeless.
I was proud to have helped with that! I would love to make them about you two to ten lunches daily!

10/10 would recommend Arbor Circle to anybody suffering from the cycle of substance abuse. RJ Holloway and Samantha Biolo are both amazing! They are driven and passionate about what they do... something I don't see much in Allegan County. I feel like more than just a number, a statistic, a paycheck. I was homeless for 3 years and addicted to meth up until reaching out to Arbor Circle. I've been shown nothing but compassion and support. As well as accountability! This place has gone out of their way to make sure their clients get what they need... making phone calls for me (I am Deaf), rides, hygiene items. I was referred by my provider to the consultation center for psychological testing and felt like I received great care from the staff.
The front desk staff were very friendly and prompt, and the doctor and assistant were knowledgeable and kind.
My psychoanalysis when reviewed with my provider was deemed accurate and insightful, and I was provided with great recommendations for resources to look into.
While I can’t speak for other services provided, I would recommend this facility for anyone looking to have diagnostic testing performed.

Went for an adult ADHD evaluation and had a wonderful experience. I was originally booked for an appointment 5 months away but being on the cancellation list allowed me to get my initial interview about 2 months after referral and the evaluation and final diagnostic result appointment were scheduled about 2 weeks after my first interview. Dr. Hill-Lee made the experience easy and efficient and was a wonderful doctor to work with.

The staff here are amazing. Structure for early recovery has been given here. Haymarket helped me get to the next step. Im grateful for that. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the quality of the food, and the wait for medication. But other than that, awesome place.

Thee worst experience I'm a recovering alcoholic and I was there for a detox and the staff there on the floor was so rude did not feed me blood pressure was extremely high just not a good place to be when you are in a fragile state I definitely would not recommend to they have attitude problems M's unise is one of the intake counselors and was very rude she worked the women's floor only for alcoholism or opioids

I could not have had a better experience! Everyone from the moment I walked in, taken to the back and left was kind and helpful. I’m big on looking at patients outside of what a textbook says. My daughter has been sick for 3months and I was fed up with her old pediatric office not doing anything. I’m so glad I switched to Howell Pediatrics and Teen Center. I felt heard, understood and I could tell they cared for my daughter’s wellbeing. As a first time mom those three things are important. I’m thankful we have found our new pediatrician.
