10/10 would recommend Arbor Circle to anybody suffering from the cycle of substance abuse. RJ Holloway and Samantha Biolo are both amazing! They are driven and passionate about what they do... something I don't see much in Allegan County. I feel like more than just a number, a statistic, a paycheck. I was homeless for 3 years and addicted to meth up until reaching out to Arbor Circle. I've been shown nothing but compassion and support. As well as accountability! This place has gone out of their way to make sure their clients get what they need... making phone calls for me (I am Deaf), rides, hygiene items. My child sees his therapist that is with Pathways and I have never had someone who he felt this comfortable with ever before. Don Miller is very good. I highly recommend him for any little boy who just needs someone to speak to.

You get out what you put in. I’ve done therapy for many years and this facility is great. I’ve only seen my one provider, but I would believe that every other provider also offers exceptional care. Don’t read into all the bad reviews, if you are on the fence about trying them out I’d give them a chance.

This ship is well maintained. From housekeeping because without them this ship would be dry docked. To the director because without navigational skills the crew members would have no direction. I am grateful for the kindness by all I come in contact with. Very convenient for most veterans needing specialist care as well.

Every month for six months I was expected to go to Holland Hospital to get injections. I was usually there approximately 15 to 20 minutes. The people that were working, there were very considerate and helpful. The biggest reason for being not being able to have any more injections is the cost. Not only the cost of the medication but for the 15 minutes that I was in the hospital I was charged $750 a month healthcare is no longer affordable. And sometimes we who are by ourselves have to make a decision not to get the help we need because we can’t afford it.

I remember this place when I was there in 2003.Mr.T was a staff member and a white lady name Janet.best experience ever!the re-habilition was perfect!I cant remember all the staff that was there but they were perfect for me.Found you a job,had AA/NA.Smoke breaks and decent food..yeah Mrs V was a cook and another lady.You had HRV and PRV violations and you made sure you didn't break them.Long story short Ive been out of trouble since.Ivwish I could talk too then ASAP, especially the old staff.this kept me out of jail.

Maybe PCC is not the best for ADHD or autism, I don't know. But I found it to be a great place for NeuroPsych or neurocognitive testing. Dr. Christopher Baker is excellent. He is personable, friendly, knows his stuff, and can explain things well. He listens and I found him easy to talk to. He answered all my questions fully. I recommend him to anyone. Jess, the tech who did the actual tests, was great, too. She also knows her stuff and answers the questions she is allowed to. She is friendly and encouraging. Our short chit chats between tests were an anodyne to the intensity of the tests and I appreciated her openness and the wide range of topics she is conversant in. I'm really glad I had the tests done at the Psychological Consult Center. Pine Rest is quality and the PCC lives up to that. I learned a lot about myself and will definitely return if needed. I was referred by my provider to the consultation center for psychological testing and felt like I received great care from the staff. The front desk staff were very friendly and prompt, and the doctor and assistant were knowledgeable and kind. My psychoanalysis when reviewed with my provider was deemed accurate and insightful, and I was provided with great recommendations for resources to look into. While I can’t speak for other services provided, I would recommend this facility for anyone looking to have diagnostic testing performed.

I used to be an inpatient at Borgess 1 North, and the unit was alright. If you complied with medications, group, and individual therapy, things did seem to get a lot easier. In order for inpatient care to really make a strong impact, I feel like the person being treated needs to want to better themselves. Other than that, the adolescent unit really made a positive change in my life.

I agree with a lot of the reviews that the therapists are wonderful, reception wonderful, nurses wonderful. Dr. Carter is the best psychiatrist. She is thorough, knowledgeable and listens to you and helps you find the best meds to meet your individual needs. The only reason I wouldn’t say 5 stars is bc insurance companies suck.
