I love zepf on central. Joshua Harris has been extremely helpful and nurse Tamika (not sure on spelling) has been a huge help to me as well! So grateful for this place.

From a clinician's perspective, the Aster Springs clinical team and administration was very communicative throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure my patient (and their family!) had the information they needed to make the challenging decision to step up. Although residential treatment is incredibly challenging, I have heard great things from my patients about the support the team provided!

I graduated from Aster Springs over three months ago, but I’m just doing this now. ASOH is a lovely place. The staff is beyond lovely. The biggest shout out to all of the RCS. They are absolutely amazing. They work so hard to make sure we're all doing okay. They're very accepting of constructive criticism. I do think that coming here saved my life and paved a path for the future. Six months ago, I didn't think recovery was possible, I thought everyone was faking it, but now, I can confidently say that recovery is possible. ❤️pp graphite Here's something I wrote on my last night in res: Treatment has been one of the best things for me. Three months ago, I was a shell of a human. I don't recognize the person she was. And I don't want to. She was miserable and just didn't know it yet. I was the girl who argued this was fun. But when I went to treatment, a whole new world opened up for me. I had the chance to be seen by people who not only understood me, but understood how to help. I had the chance to learn, to grow, and to make mistakes. For the longest time, I was in and out of behaviors, trying to fight the process. But one day, I stopped fighting it. So what if I eat food? So what if I don't look like I want? Who cares? You only live this life once, why spend it flirting with death? That's the type of shit I hated hearing, but now? These are things I can not only say, but believe. I never wanted to get better. I never wanted to come here, but I did. I did and I'm not ashamed to admit it. Everyone thinks residential is some scary place where they force food down your throat and all the clients stab each other in the back whenever they can, but it doesn't have to be that way. I learned how to make friends. I made the strongest connections with the sweetest people who hurt just as deeply as I did. We talked, we joked, we laughed, we held each other accountable, and we cried when they left. Your support system is so important. If you can't do it for yourself yet, do it for those in the milieu. Listen to the staff, listen to your therapists. They gave me my life back. When I look back now, I don't understand myself. I don't understand the girl who wanted nothing more than to shrink. That's not living. I wasn't living. I was dying. I just didn't want to admit it, even at my sickest. I don't know why I thought that was the only way life could be. Life is so much more than that when food isn't the enemy or when food isn't your only way of communication. I never thought I could do it. I never thought I could get better. I never thought I'd leave the cycle. But I did. I'm not done recovering. I still have a long way to go. Maybe I will never stop recovering. But that doesn't sound so scary anymore. It really doesn't. I'll always have thoughts, but now I know what it's like to have something good in life. There's more to life than suffering. And that's beautiful. I never thought I'd get the point that I'm at today. But I did. I have made so many friends, learned so many things, and had so many amazing experiences. So, I'm sitting here, the night before I leave residential, crying. Not crying because I'm sad or upset, but crying because I'll miss this place. The experiences, both good and bad, my friends who I will miss dearly, and the staff that coached me and comforted me. While leaving may be scary and I'm leaving so much behind, the biggest thing I'm leaving behind is my eating disorder. And that's powerful. Seeing myself three months ago, I did the impossible. I'm leaving Residential. And while there are many mixed emotions, the most important, I'm feeling hopeful. I'm feeling confident that everything will be okay, and food really isn't as bad as it might seem. So take it from me, or don't. That's your choice. But you know what else is your choice? Recovery. And recovery IS possible. For anyone, whether you believe it or not. I didn't believe I could recover, I wasn't even sure if. I wanted to. But look at where I am now. I'm doing the impossible, because maybe "impossible" isn't as hard as I thought it would be.

Brooke and the staff at youngstown are so important to me..They hold a special place in my heart and story..They wouldn't let me leave lol no matter how hard I tried..I now have 8 months sober and hold the best job I've ever had in my life..THANKYOU I LOVE YALL SOOOO MUCH

10 out of 10 highly recommend for the busy person that wants to make addiction a priority but restriction is time or Transportation not anymore not with this program everything is done from the comfort of wherever you choose still private can get one-on-one or group feedback the qualifications and steps are easy and if you have insurance it's a walk in the park before I head insurance I would have given it for three stars just because it was very expensive $75 a week plus the cost of prescription otherwise their time out of 10 amazing and they will try and find a way to work with you when it comes to payments if you're in that position I did not ask enough questions when I was in that place so don't let that deter you#wedorecover

If it wasn't for zepf moms group I wouldn't know how my parenting would look today my case worker myra is the best I say I need help she says when never I'm to busy or I can't meet for 2 weeks its within 5 days I see her she shows outpouring love to my son we love myra banks

There is one person that I personally am rating 5 stars because ever since I got there she has been very nice, has more manners than royalty, and a lot of others feel the same. She donated food clothes and helped me out when I was in need. Don't take kindness for weakness though if you pull up with bad energy? That energy will be reciprocated in a more than professional manner!!! Shout out to the best secretary there!!! Jodi!!!!! Thank you for everything! The people appreciate you!!! Heart of Gold.

Brightveiw has been such a blessing for me. They do things a little different there….but, IT WORKS!!!! It is totally a no judgement zone where they don’t make a person feel bad for anything. The entire staff will welcome you with open arms. I know I’m in the right place when the staff are genuinely happy to be at work. I love the whole team, but one smile in particular really made me feel unafraid and at peace on my first day there (and everyday since then) and that’s Jeremy!!! He is so kind and welcoming. He is the first person you see when you come in and the last one to wish you well on the way out. I am so thankful for this place!!

I have been coming to BrightView for around 6 months after going to pinnacle for 6 years. It is a wonderful place. All the staff have been awesome and treat the patients as humans not as just another addict. From the front desk to nurses to the counselors to the Drs. A lot of the staff have been there a few years which that right there tells you its a good place bc thats rare in this line of work. I do telehealth for counseling which I love . Carrie has been one of the best counselors I have ever had or seen. She's at #2 in my own chart. I hope to start taking the steps to wean off and this is first time I've ever felt confident about doing it despite the pain as I know there are ways to deal with it now. I'm so happy I switched to here.

I’ve been attending Brightview for many years now, and I love the service and staff wouldn’t go to any other place. Recommend this place to anybody. They have really helped me change my life and have assisted me and doing so I thank God that I found Brightview.

This clinic has been amazing and after my recent hospitalization I have even more respect for this clinic. You’re always going to get your complainers but I can’t even begin to explain how this clinic has gone above and beyond for me in every way possible. If there is a clinic someone should go to, it’s definitely CMS. Even the hospital staff was amazed with how fast CMS took care of business. They especially loved Tiffany. Amazing group of women. They went to war for me, I hope one day I can return the favor.

I'd like to make a special shout out to the ladies Tiffani, Tanya, Lisa, Dominique and Dr Nick for their absolutely outstanding service, bed side manner and overall experience. I came in as a complicated emergency detox patient with severe underlying auto immune disease and AFIB. Am well known among the medical practitioner groups as a unique medical anomaly from the various health conditions i suffer from ontop of a severe chronic opioid dependacy. Safe to say I'm very seasoned with medical lingo, treatment plans/strategies, the struggles of new patients and many other patient woes. So, I, as the patient came overwhelmingly prepared with meticulously documented list of my systems, substances I suffer from and anything else to help the team. Tiffani was my first point of contact. What a total sweetheart and professional. Absolutely love how she gets down to business on your care without time being wasted. Being in the severe medical state I was in, my intake was very quick, smooth and within minutes was on a tele health call with Dr Nick-this is where things really took off for me. First and foremost, Dr Nick might just be one of my all time favorite practitioners out of the 40yrs+ experience with medical staff due to his impeccable listening, understanding, level of care, and the overall efforts to genuinely offer patients relief of their nightmares. Truly owe my life to this God send as he literally saved me while in the middle of a severe reaction shortly after my first ever dose. Mind you, my case is very complicated, aggressive and being unique. I've found that being forthcoming transparency in the purest way is what will save your life. It's the only method I take due to the constant hurdles and obstacles I face during treatment plans. Wholeheartedly believe, can firmly say that had I of been at any other clinic outside of CMS, my life would have been lost. Dr Nick's heroism was among a top highlight in life for me and will be something to remember for as long as I life. My genuine thanks to a fantastic person who really not only loves helping patients but enjoys medicine. This is a rare and epic experience! In closing, the staff, service facilities and overall care here are nothing short of extraordinary. This shop and the angels who show up daily truly have a gift of not only helping people but are miracle workers for those at the end of their rope. Nothing but my sincerest gratitude, appreciation and thanks to CMS for handling my uniquely difficult case. Pro tip: when in doubt, don't assume you'll be OK as it may be your last ever breath you'll take! Please do your due diligence and research wherever you decide to entrust with your life during medical emerginces
