Not sure why someone has left such a low rating before me..but I have had nothing but great experiences with the mental health services provided by them. I've been struggling for so long and have never taken my mental health seriously until this year.. I didnt even know we had a mental health department in Adrian, but the day I inquired I was given so much information and immediately was given an appointment and everything took off from there very fast. Here I am now months later and still going to my appointments and receiving amazing care and support. My only complaint is I wish the appointments with your psychiatrists were in person..but I do understand that there are a lot of people needing their help, so they cant be everywhere at once.I am so so thankful that we have this office and the staff working for it.

I haven't used their services in person yet. Though I just spent a half an hour speaking with Tabbin doing a phone intake. He followed up with me after I called interested To go a few hours before. At this time I have called several places and went to one in real life. Tabbins customer's service skills put them all to shame including his resolve to follow up and even manipulate the situation in a positive maner to make sure I'm coming in the morning. It was a good conversation and he should be recognized for it. If the rest of Midwest experience is anything like the one I just had then I'm in good hands. Good luck everyone and it dose get better.

Toledo Center for Eating Disorders is a private mental health clinic in Sylvania, Ohio, that treats people aged 10 and older. I was admitted to TCED in July 2024, I was at my lowest of rock bottoms. Suffering with an eating disorder and a few other mental health diagnosis. I was more than ready to give up the fight. From all the staff at TCED: Clinical staff, Nursing, Kitchen staff, RC's, etc they all are compassionate, transparent, encouraging and open minded. Not one of them gave up on me and for that I am forever grateful. I have developed many healthy coping skills and accepted a new way of thinking that has been beneficial to my recovery journey and my life. Not only did TCED help me to find my reasons to live they also saved my life. I'm forever grateful for being admitted to TCED.After I left TCED, the alumi coordinator Kim, reaches out to see how I am doing and she always is sure to remind me she is here to support me.

I did both residential and PHP at TCED, and can confidently say that all I ve learned has vastly improved my approach to recovery for the better. My first couple of weeks were rocky and I was planning on discharging early but I m glad I stayed, as they diligently worked to resolve issues in the milieu. I spent the holiday season there and they honestly made it one of the best I ve had in years and am grateful for all they did for us. Compared to places I ve been in the past, TCED does well at including and talking about all types of eating disorders and recognizing individual differences. I felt seen and understood for the first time, Kam is a terrific therapist and I got a lot out of our sessions. The dieticians are both amazing, and are there to support you when transitioning from residential to php (such as going grocery shopping with you, meal outings, challenge snacks etc.). I am from Michigan, so I stayed at the php house that they offer as an option for those who live outside of the area. Staff would pick up/drop off each day which was nice. Overall, TCED is an amazing facility and if I ever need help again I would go back in a heartbeat.

My daughter sees Amanda Chagolla at the Sylvania location. Amanda is friendly, pleasant informed and doesn't waste time. Prior to knowing exactly what integrated care meant,I mistakenly gave her a low rating but I now understand more and take it back. she's only the physician, at harbor take advantage of other help available! There are case managers, case workers, counselors, etc.Numerous different positions, all a part of the same spectrum. I think Harbor is doing better..At the end of c0v!d everyone was rather discombobulated and Harbor was no exception. I'm happy to report that they seem to be running fairly smoothly again and I hope to continue on there. Thanks!

I was at Flower Hospital on February 17, 18 and 19th. I was pretty ill when the EMTs brought me in. The ER staff was attentive and efficient and they moved me to the ICU. Been to the ER here many times. Always had very courteous, prompt service. Staff are some of the most kind, gentle people we've met, and the doctors have listened and given very helpful and professional assistance without hassle or unnecessary testing. Can get in + out of here much faster than a walk-in clinic, with far better care. We drive extra distance to get to this facility because it's worth it for the prompt service and level of care we receive.

This place was amazing, Rita was my psychology nurse practitioner, and was extremely thorough, understanding, and helpful, she gave me a plan for care, and gave me back up plans if what we decided upon together for the original plan did not work out for me. I walked in slightly skeptical because of my one and only interaction with psychology before this, and left feeling so relieved, and feel excited to follow up with her, and am confident my mental health will only improve as long as I stick with our plan. Also excited to see the therapist there because psychology is only half the battle. Thank you Still Waters for making me feel welcome, safe, and secure from the moment I walked in the door.

Stillwater has been a great blessing to me. I first went to Stillwater to help us navigate a family issue. After the family issue was resolved I stayed and Smita Nagpal helped me learn how to compassionately navigate many of the habitual beliefs and negative habits that were my comfort zone. Helping me to not repeat the past but mindfully being able to approach the future. Stillwater has informative public information sessions and I've taken many of the Meditation Workshops run by Smita over a course of 6 weeks and they have been not only fun but provided me a real understanding of why and how to meditate, along with the practice to actually incorporate meditation into my real day to day routine. The Nurtured Heart Parenting Approach run by Bridget Young was frankly beautiful. The care Bridget puts into the class is apparent. That same care is apparent from everyone I've met at Stillwater. Can't recommend enough.
