Dont know yet, i have intake in a few days but any place will be better than bhg, ive heard nothing but bad things about bhg and i also heard victory is just ran better so i pray this will be a safer place than bhg

I did my intake/transfer from my muskegon clinic this morning and they were so good to work with and made me comfortable which is something I was worried about. The staff was super nice and professional! I'm excited to see where this next chapter of my sober journey will take me with this facility now! You can tell that they truly care which is more than needed.. If you want to get your life back from addiction and are ready for the change then please stop in there and let them help you. I have no ins and am a cash client but if I can do it which I have for 18mos clean now then anybody can!

Victory is helping me get my life back 👍🏽. it's difficult in the beginning, but worth the uncomfortable 1st day to get treatment started 🤢🤮😵‍💫I almost walked out a few times on day 1 but held on, and I'm so glad I did. The councilers & Doctor really have empathy for what people are going thru, they don't judge, and help you every step of the way. If your struggling with addiction of any kind 🙏🏽 please give this place a try. They offer different treatments to fit each person's needs/goals. Just be honest and transparent with them about what your doing & going thru and they can help get your life back.Medicaid accepted as well as lots of other options. This place and their wonderful staff saved my life. A excellent place to go to get your life back. They not only treat the addiction, but also the cause. Using CBT and DBT therapies and providing reason for the root cause of the addiction. helping you learn how to cope using various therapies.

This place gave me HOPE something I didn’t know about. When I walked into them doors they told me that they were going to LOVE ME UNTIL I LOVED MYSELF & that’s exactly what they did. I am forever grateful for each one of the staff members for helping me & no matter what believing in me. Recovery is not easy either is life. Life happens on life’s terms & alls I know is they gave me the tools, experience, friendships & bond. They became my family & I know I was NOT easy but trust me they will NEVER give up on you SO just make sure you NEVER give up on yourself. HONESTLY IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER that place will always be a part of me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED love my Hope House family thanks for saving me xoxo

The staff were patient, kind, funny, respectable and caring. Personally i would have preferred an 8 hour day but then again i am an older female who rather spend my day resting, eating and watching movies! I was quite fond of Marrow even though i am sure i am spelling her name wrong. The other lady who did so much in activity wise was a super encourager. Sorry i dont remember her name. She may have come from Germany but anywhoo Hope House and the dancing staffer who taught a lot about gardening and painting were a great inspiration. Keep up the good work. Hope House, YOU ROCK!!!

If you are looking for recovery this is the place to go. Staff is amazing and they will do all they can to help you find your better life. Not your typical rehab, above and beyond!

This place is great, getting sober is not easy or fun and the only issue I have personally witnessed is that yes; all of thier staff cannot be in recovery or understand us addicts but they truly have made a huge effort to adapt to this new age in which you can get into a rehab basically for free, get decent if not really good food(DFD) and have the chance to.btreak old bad habits etc. Im 39 and when I first tried to get sober at 18 or so it was incredibly difficult to find a rehab that didn't cost 40K. Jail or the streets were your option so remember that these people are getting paid very little yet choose to work here because most of them do care but there are thinhs called HIPPA laws etc and so that takes a toll on certain aspects of how they have to structure thier program. This place and ann arbor will keep you sober and help you recover for better or worse.

They helped me save my life. There is no where else like Spera or dawn farm.

I cannot put into words how wonderful this place is. The staff are top notch and extremely knowledgeable in the addiction and recovery arena. They provide outside meetings so you can gain support. Extremely grateful for this recovery center.

This is also such a a great place to work, all the staff are passionate about what they do and it's an opportunity to really make a difference to those who need it.

I went to serenity haven about 3 & 1/2 years ago and to this day I still have them to thank for me being where I am in life. They gave me all the tools I needed to do good & I use them on a daily basis. The staff is amazing. At first I hated it but now when I walk into the doors it just feels like im coming back home. My stay at serenity haven saved my life. And has saved the lives of many women I know. Been sober since January 1st 2023. I was a chronic meth user for 11 years 9 years of that I was an i.v. user. Lisa has been an absolute pleasure to work with since my first appointment back in March of this year. Her knowledge and understanding of addiction and the struggles of daily life as a woman in an alcohol-saturated society has been such a comfort. I am 6 months sober today and I do not believe I’d be where I am today if not for having found revival recovery in early sobriety. I cannot say enough good things about her, truly. If you are seeking help, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Lisa as soon as possible.

They are wonderful. All you do is show up, participate to your comfort level and things start to help. Everyone goes threw things in life and it's helps to just listen and talk it out with them

I see Josh Fortney for medication management and Viola for therapy and I can say with confidence that I've never had better mental health care. I've struggled with therapy my whole life because of trust issues, and I actually look forward to my appointments with Viola. These people have been so good to me. I can't give them enough praise - I feel like I finally have the tools and support to take my life back from mental health problems and Viola and Josh showed me how. I have all the love for them - they deserve vacations and raises :)

I was Blessed to have had the most amazing medical professionals working with me. I had a stem cell transplant. I had a pleasant experience with everyone. Well almost everyone 2 of the nurses were not so good. A male nurse he was very rude. I asked that not come near me again and request was granted. Then there was the one nurse, female, she hated being at work. She complained a few times coming into my room! She was a great nurse. I think she just had to many shifts working back to back!!! She stopped complaining after we prayed for her and giving her hugs😭 and love ♥️!!!

After completing the hospital survey Ive decided to post a review on Google. Ive recently had a Major Cancer surgery at UM Medicine in Ann Arbor. Im so grateful and thankful to this team of Doctors, I want to say publicly just how good my care was during the time i was there. 5 days and 4 nights. I want to recognize(for their work and dedication) this team of Doctors for Excellence during that time. Dr Chaz Luke Stucken, Dr Lenze, and Dr Yu. There are others involved on this team but i was unable to get their names. This was my Third and hopefully final Cancer. Ive been fighting and Battling for three years now. These Doctors I’ve mentioned are in my opinion absolutely The Best Care I’ve ever received. They deserve the highest rating possible along with the Nurses that cared for me also. I would recommend my family and friends to go to Ann Arbor for Cancer or any serious illness. They kept me comfortable, explained and talked and especially Listened during my stay. IM forever grateful to my team of Doctors as IM about to beat Cancer again. I don’t have one negative thing or comment to report. Everything was The very best every minute I was there. Thank you so much Team! I’ll never forget the time I was there.

i was seen by new people every visit who knew nothing about me. i had a reaction to my new antidepressant that made me feel more down and suicidal but they continued pushing to up my lose and never listened to a word i said. i stormed out i also brought my mother with me. i understand why people do t want to get help, they made me feel so embarrassed.

Cristo Rey gave me clothes and books. The first books on Philosophy and English literatura I got it in their free shop ( A history of western Philosophy by Bertram Russell, among others) I’m going to return the favor to them.

Trinity Health IHA Ypsilanti, there are no words. The office staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Dr. Christensen is one of the best addiction specialists I've ever seen. I know this because I first started seeing Dr. Christensen when he was with Wayne State University, around 2011-2013. Never once while I was under his care did I ever feel like he didn't have my best interest in mind. I was never made to feel like I was less than a whole person. Because I truly feel that patients are treated like human beings at TrinityHealth IHA, which I'm sad to say isn't common in our healthcare system these days.

The office staff here is absolutely fantastic, and the doctor I see, is absolutely amazing. He is willing to work with me, doesn’t look down upon the help that I need to become whole again and has been nothing but encouraging to my recovery. Thank you!
