My child and I met with Logan for nearly a year regarding her anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder. He was the perfect match for us…easy to talk to, responsive, helpful. We were finally able to successfully navigate cognitive behavioral therapy because Logan allowed my daughter to manage her exposures in her own time…it was exactly what she needed. I am also extremely grateful that Logan was open to us digging into her physiological health in order to uncover imbalances that were heightening her anxiety response. She is doing so well that our sessions have come to a close, but I can honestly say we will miss spending time with Logan each week. Thank you!

Proven Treatments to Help. If you say it doesn’t help in any way, you’re lying and that’s between you and God! They serve all required meals plus more at times. Nice rooms. My experience is the patients treat the workers terribly sometimes. I don’t like that at all. Patient acts like they the president or the universe. I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the incredible support I received from Unison. After experiencing an accident, I had to join a program while also managing communication with the court — a very stressful time in my life. Thankfully, my consultant Chyna was with me every step of the way. She went above and beyond, offering guidance, encouragement, and all the resources I needed.
I also want to recognize Mrs. Gaston, whose warmth and kindness lifted me during one of my lowest moments. Her support made a huge difference, and I’ll never forget the role she played in helping me through.
I’m currently working with Bruce, and he’s been great — professional, understanding, and consistent.

Sylvania, Ohio | Toledo Center for Eating Disorders is a private mental health clinic in Sylvania, Ohio, that treats people aged 10 and older. Many people with eating disorders also have other mental health issues, such as substance use disorder, depression or anxiety. If that’s you, this center could be a valuable component in your alcohol or drug rehab treatmen | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Making the choice to call the TCED(Aster Springs of Ohio) admissions team, do an assessment, and accept their recommendation was not easy. I was scared and thought there was no hope. My wonderful admissions resource, Renessa, was so helpful in guiding me every step of the way by answering all my questions, challenging my ED’s fears about treatment, and encouraging me. I would not have been able to make this choice without her advocacy and support. When you walk through the doors, you are met with some of the kindest people you will ever come across in this field, and sometimes they even come out to the parking lot to help you not have to walk through the doors alone. They all genuinely care about this work and will do everything they can to help you on your journey. The staff is phenomenal from maintenance, RCS’s, Nurses, the Clinical staff and Dietitians to Leadership. While in treatment, you build great rapport with your treatment team, especially the more honest you are with them, but you also connect so much with all the staff in the building. To work at Aster Springs Ohio is to care about the patients by challenging the eating disorders and supporting the person every step of the way. They truly all care so much and all have their own reasons for being in this work. I absolutely gained my life back by choosing to come to TCED, and I would make the same choice every time. The work of fighting your eating disorder and choosing recovery continues when you walk out of the doors, but you move forward with all the skills, tools, and support learned during your stay in addition to joining the alumni community. If you are struggling, reach out and share your concerns with the admissions staff. I know it made all the difference for me in being able to take steps towards choosing recovery consistently. If you are at TCED, you will not have to struggle with anything alone. Instead of fighting your eating disorder in isolation and secrets, you will be met with a safe space for honesty, support, and healing.

I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am for the care I received at the veteran clinic yesterday. 05/27/25 I had accidentally left my effexor in another city and hadn’t taken it in three days (please don’t EVER do this!), I was a complete wreck, both physically and emotionally. I rushed to the clinic in a bad state, and even though they were clearly understaffed, everyone treated me with such compassion and urgency.
I especially want to thank the pharmacy tech working at the desk by the windows. I was crying, struggling, and deep in withdrawal symptoms, but she never once made me feel judged or invalidated. she was kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. her empathy meant everything to me in that moment.
I also want to shout out the woman who helped with registration. she was calm, efficient, and kind, which really helped ease some of my anxiety.
I left that clinic feeling heard, cared for, and supported. thank you so much to the team for taking care of us!!!!
