Very helpful in many areas concerning mental health.
Having an outside ear to bend is at times easier than talking to someone in your circle.
Have learned to deal with my Anxiety, PTSD, and associative disorder.
Some things that those close to me just really couldn’t understand.
Have been to some of the group sessions and those have been very helpful on many levels.
I have recommended this place to others. I don’t know if any of them have taken that first step or not.

I had a small (HUGE) problem with Bayshore a few years back that even resulted in policy change but since then with staffing upgrades the place is awesome. My therapist Chelsea is hands down the best in the industry. I've been in therapy for over 30 years and never made the personal growth I have experienced with my team at Bayshore. They. Eat the other local option, Firelands, alive.
I would have given 5 stars but I hold resentments for my incident there, but I'll add that to the list of things I need to work on.

Dr. Joseph Avila gave me excellent care in the ER when I broke my wrist on 9/12. His amazing skill and compassion made a difficult night much easier. Dr. Avila did such a great job setting my wrist that when I saw the orthopedic surgeon afterwards all I needed was a removeable cast. Kudos and thanks to Dr. Avila!

If it wasn't for zepf moms group I wouldn't know how my parenting would look today my case worker myra is the best I say I need help she says when never I'm to busy or I can't meet for 2 weeks its within 5 days I see her she shows outpouring love to my son we love myra banks

There is one person that I personally am rating 5 stars because ever since I got there she has been very nice, has more manners than royalty, and a lot of others feel the same. She donated food clothes and helped me out when I was in need. Don't take kindness for weakness though if you pull up with bad energy? That energy will be reciprocated in a more than professional manner!!! Shout out to the best secretary there!!! Jodi!!!!! Thank you for everything! The people appreciate you!!! Heart of Gold.

I have been going to Unison for many years. I was greeted with a smile from Lupe who checked me in. My wait time was less than 5 minute's and was treated very well from the rest of that staff during my appointment.
Amazing place. Not only will I be an employee here in a week but I also am taking my CDCA class there in September and took the Fatherhood class last year. All for zero from my pocket and the people doing these classes really care. Very good vibe and atmosphere

I loved it here so very much. The staff is amazing and have experienced or have had a loved one experience addiction of some sort. Their testimonies are so so inspiring. Special thanks to Ms.Jen for feeding us amazing food and making us gain a lotta lbs before we leave LMAO. Thankful to Devin for his groups with us ladies, where he was able to get us to become vulnerable with each other and left us thinking about the topic even when group was over. Never thought I could be so honest with myself nor vulnerable like that with a group. When I seen the reviews I had thought ‘Wow. All these five star reviews, it cannot be that good’. But my disbelief was corrected immediately. Thank you so much Buffy and Mary for everything <3. Thank you Ally for all the cool books and also Cayleine and Seth for setting up amazing activities for us and always being kind and welcoming. Unison Health is amazing!! especially Ms Tequila Smith! shes passionate about helping people better theirselves and it shows in her work. she was able to help me with services in housing, dental, eye doctor, finding a physician, etc.. give that lady a pay raise!! seriously, if you need help finding any services, go to unison health the cherry street location, they'll help you out with everything you need.. its good to know some people actually care about helping people change their lives.

I want to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the incredible support I received from Unison. After experiencing an accident, I had to join a program while also managing communication with the court — a very stressful time in my life. Thankfully, my consultant Chyna was with me every step of the way. She went above and beyond, offering guidance, encouragement, and all the resources I needed.
I also want to recognize Mrs. Gaston, whose warmth and kindness lifted me during one of my lowest moments. Her support made a huge difference, and I’ll never forget the role she played in helping me through.

I recently start a new job which takes me to this place weekly. I was very impressed with the kindness of everyone! Doctors, nurses, volunteers and Veterans. If only all hospitals and clinics operated like this the world would be a better place.

I did a walk in for severe pain in my leg without any appointment! From the check in desk, to my primary doctors,. Nurse, physical therapist gentleman, and x ray staff all were absolutely incredible and kind!!! Wait was short and treatment was absolutely wonderful!! Be thankful the lord has blessed us with truly amazing individuals at the Toledo clinic!!! God Bless them all and thank you all for caring for us veterans!! God Bless America and the staff at Toledo VA!!

Charak Center for Health and Wellness in Medina, Ohio has an amazing, helpful and caring staff who go out of their way to assist both new and existing clients. In addition, my provider Angal, is patient, knowledgeable and compassionate with my needs. I'd been with a therapist in Las Vegas for over 9 years and thought she was top-notch; however, Angal and the Medina office far surpass my prior Nevada experience.

Today is my 15 year anniversary. My foundation for sobriety was formed at Devlac. I had tried for years alone, until I accepted that I needed the help, more importantly I wanted help. Devlac was life changing!! Thank you to the staff and all the girls I got to meet.

I don't have enough words to express how great Devlac is! Definitely one of the better programs in the area-in fact, I'd say it's the BEST! Compassionate, caring & fun staff! Each and every one of them are invested in helping women overcome & prosper! Structured program with the fluidity to allow clients to focus groups or meetings on topics pertaining to their specific needs! Clients are absolutely treated as equal, important, and worthy! I will always highly recommend this program!!
