I been going here since September of 2024 and the counselors are the best I have ever seen they are there when you need them and they are very helpful and supportive

Very helpful in many areas concerning mental health. Having an outside ear to bend is at times easier than talking to someone in your circle. Have learned to deal with my Anxiety, PTSD, and associative disorder. Some things that those close to me just really couldn’t understand. Have been to some of the group sessions and those have been very helpful on many levels. I have recommended this place to others. I don’t know if any of them have taken that first step or not.

Great counseling services for all ages. Clean and easy to find location. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.

I had a small (HUGE) problem with Bayshore a few years back that even resulted in policy change but since then with staffing upgrades the place is awesome. My therapist Chelsea is hands down the best in the industry. I've been in therapy for over 30 years and never made the personal growth I have experienced with my team at Bayshore. They. Eat the other local option, Firelands, alive. I would have given 5 stars but I hold resentments for my incident there, but I'll add that to the list of things I need to work on.

I honestly really enjoy coming here. I bring my son for therapy and I also come here for therapy. they have many people here that are nice and friendly. they also have social workers here to help with things you might need. for me they go above and beyond for my family.

TKC Turning Point is a great place to turn your life around. Terry Kelleman and his knowledgeable staff provide the support and a comfortable safe environment to learn and develop the skills to overcome and defeat whatever "demons" are troubling you. Be it anger management, substance abuse issues or otherwise, I would highly recommend speaking with the helpful folks a TKC!

I am not nor have I ever been a patient here but my fiancé was in 2021, if anyone has had this similar experience please respond but it seems unlikely. He started January 25,2021 and ended in May of same year. There were mentions of certain persons on day 1 until ending and date and him never thinking I’d know of his conversations in therapy never thought I’d know or find out, but for a reason of probation he needed papers printed out in order to show progress of treatment. He said that upon asking for these documents he believed that what was actually said in therapy was not what had been recorded and transferred into the papers he received back bc in these papers it proved of infidelity. The day he started his therapy a name was released from him and that day just happened to be the same day we had court for the sentencing of my daughters murderer that had only died1 year previous. (Very difficult time) In his defense he stated that they lied (Brightview) and he never said anything about starting a new relationship with this woman bc it’s “not allowed”and that brightview was known for the dislike of some patients to others and that the therapists had been known to falsify statements in patients records out of spite. As you can imagine he is no longer my fiancé nor friend bc it didn’t seem feasible. 11 years together and this one thing tore us apart, please understand my concern.

From the 1st day I walked in Brightview I felt welcome. Each and every staff member treats you like you’re an old friend. They show compassion, kindness and you’re always greeted with a smile. I’m so thankful I came to Brightview!

I went through this program when I was like 15 I'm 27 now. While I will say this program did not directly lead me to sobriety there was so much I learned here that have stuck with me for life. I've got over 2 years sober now.

I've received excellent care here by All the staff etc. I recommend anybody with addiction problems whatever it is to come to brightview they help you with any need. I've been with them for two straight years and I'm not planning on going anywhere else.. the counseling is amazing the nurses are amazing and the providers are amazing.. and they always have coffee for you, anyone suffering from addiction should come and try it out you won't be let down.. thank you Brightview you are truly a blessing!! 💕

Specifically for the care at the cosgrove maternity ward. We were delayed to have our baby induced and the staff was extremely apologetic. Understaffed and high volume of babies being born, the team here is incredible. This was my second delivery here. My primary nurse Macey is so kind, caring and friendly. Bubbly and professional, she made my experience go so smoothly and was so personable. After in recovery all of our nurses were fantastic. Brenda Teddy and Emma were attentive, friendly and made me feel our concerns and voices were heard. Shout out to Olivia whom is probably the sweetest, nicest staff member I've ever had! She is truly in the right profession.

I've been coming here for more than a year now, and I've had a pleasant experience. The people that work here have been good to me, they have helped me with everything that I've needed, and I can say that thanks to them I'm doing better. They are professional, and I would recommend them if you are seeking help.

after reading some of the reviews about this institution, I dreaded going, but after my first hour there I completely felt welcomed loved, and I was relaxed and knew that they were going to help me. The doctors and nurses and staff in this institution are The most genuine people I have went to for mental health help.I was scared to be there, But they helped me understand that it was OK to be there and get the help I needed. I am thankful for them and I recommend it to anybody that needs Mental health. it doesn t always feel like it, but they are there to help you and they will if you allow them
