I been going here since September of 2024 and the counselors are the best I have ever seen they are there when you need them and they are very helpful and supportive

Very helpful in many areas concerning mental health. Having an outside ear to bend is at times easier than talking to someone in your circle. Have learned to deal with my Anxiety, PTSD, and associative disorder. Some things that those close to me just really couldn’t understand. Have been to some of the group sessions and those have been very helpful on many levels. I have recommended this place to others. I don’t know if any of them have taken that first step or not.

Great counseling services for all ages. Clean and easy to find location. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible.

I had a small (HUGE) problem with Bayshore a few years back that even resulted in policy change but since then with staffing upgrades the place is awesome. My therapist Chelsea is hands down the best in the industry. I've been in therapy for over 30 years and never made the personal growth I have experienced with my team at Bayshore. They. Eat the other local option, Firelands, alive. I would have given 5 stars but I hold resentments for my incident there, but I'll add that to the list of things I need to work on.

Amazing, caring, and very patient people.

I have been going here for the past few years for my mammograms. Recently I had to have an ultrasound and biopsy done. The entire staff at the Women’s Health Center is top notch. Not only with their knowledge and professionalism, but their bed side manner is phenomenal. I have severe anxiety and the entire experience went smoothly and I was made to feel very comfortable. If I could give this place a million stars, I would. I have 60 days clean today (in an IOP program now) but I couldn’t have done it without the first 30 days being here. I wanted to give shout out to outstanding staff members here, but I realized the list grew too long and every member of staff was amazing. This isn’t a five star resort, but they have the most caring staff and your care is truly individualized. You don’t go without anything, but it’s not a day spa. It’s not overcrowded, so you don’t feel like just a number. If you truly want to work to recover, this is THE place. i have been a patient at charak for six years to manage long term mental health issues. the treatment has been very effective and dr. ranjan is very flexible in helping you feel your best self. i have never felt rushed in an appointment. there is a large staff to meet any mental health condition. i would strongly recommend charak in medina.

Charak Center for Health and Wellness in Medina, Ohio has an amazing, helpful and caring staff who go out of their way to assist both new and existing clients. In addition, my provider Angal, is patient, knowledgeable and compassionate with my needs. I'd been with a therapist in Las Vegas for over 9 years and thought she was top-notch; however, Angal and the Medina office far surpass my prior Nevada experience.

I have been going for almost 5 years now. I do love my therapist Lindsey very much, you guys are very understanding when it comes to me missing appointments.
