Amazing Christian based facility- saved my life. Highly recommended to all!

This place isnt rated 5 stars because of luxury amenities or fantastic housing or even because they will literally take anyone when they have a bed available, it s rated 5 stars by me because they truly care about you and your family and your life as well as your sobriety. It s the only 9month program that I know of and it takes 9 months for a child to be born, so it makes sense that jt takes 9 months for a new child of God to be reborn. If nothing else has worked for you, give it a shot- what do you have to lose? Saved my life and many others.

Well I know now first hand that this place has the reputation precedes itself. There is no room at all for doubt , the counselors and the staff in general are all super kind souls and knowledgeable about everything addiction an addicts related. Treat people like people and leave their problems;at the door no judging here. Thanks everyone

I was recently released from incarceration and I was without a prescription for not only my methadone, but for my anti depressants. All of the staff was so beyond kind and nurturing when i was feeling my worst. Every staff member i ve interacted with has introduced themselves and told me if i ever need anything to get on my feet, or need help before my next appointment to always call and they ll make time for me. They are so much more than addiction treatment. The doctor gave me a temporary prescription for my antidepressants while i find a doctor so i wouldn t be without (that helped me not be suicidal for the next month) and they also helped me to get my insurance set up. These people care. Even the patients i ve met here have been so kind. And if you re a woman or lgbtqia+ you ll love Faith the receptionist. Her style and she checked on me to make sure i felt safe when an older man was chatting with me :) (I was fine, he was awesome actually!) Above all, judgment doesn t seem to exist here. They ve helped me get on my feet and make me feel like i have a 2nd home in a matter of 3 appointments. Couldn t recommend them enough. Thank you guys.

Bright View in Akron are caring people. Visits are fast and efficient. The one in Canton also have a caring staff but the visits are too long for most appointments.I never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement on any job.

I felt forgiveness immediately. Everyone is so kind, approachable, and well organized. I made an appointment just before the office opened on a Friday. I was in terrible withdrawal pain. Bright View's nurses and staff courteously excorted me to comfort. I'm glad I chose to go here. Group therapy is amazing and insightful. Transportation provided. Very little is not provided. Weekly prescriptions to begin with. The hotline is available at all times. I have been with Bright View since September 2023. Addiction is treatable and this clinic works well with me to try to solve my problems. They're going as far as they can to change individual drug habits and doing a great job.

I'm positive this place saved my life. They have the best staff in the world. You can't find a more caring staff any place. They go above and beyond what is required of them. I learned so much here in just the short 45 days I was here. I have over a year of sobriety, that's something I hadn't achieved in over 20 years. Highly recommend this place!!

Seems like a good place. The staff was friendly and helpful. A friend of mine went there a long time ago, said it helped her out tremendously.. Keep up the good work.

Started therapy a few weeks ago for our daughter. She sees Amelia (may be spelling that wrong) and she really likes her. The staff are friendly when we come in and I do like her therapist as well.

Ramar has helped me tremendously. It s a great place to go to if you truly want to seek sobriety. If you want to actually get better you will definitely get something out of it. The staff is amazing and courteous. The food is plentiful, you will not starve here. I ve met some amazing people here as well. I m glad I chose Ramar!

Ramar saved my life ive been sober for over 3 years now and cant thank them enough for the help to make that possible val my counselor at ramar is by far the Greatest person on this planet i owe her my life!!!

Appointments on time and very courteous and proofessional

Always top notch service. For any issues that I've had in the past 7 years, this location and PACT Team has taken care of me whether it be in house or referring me to an outside doctors office, no issues to report on my end.

This is the absolute best place ever! It completely changed my life!!! Words really cannot describe how grateful I am to the whole team here they are so supportive I love them all Mica, Allison,Tony, Brian and Precious!! Tony is an absolute wonderful doctor he s very friendly and makes you feel like an actual person not just a number. He s very caring. Allison is honestly the greatest therapist I ve had in a while and out of all of the therapists that I ve had she s been the one that I feel like I can truly connect with she s so down to earth and makes you feel so comfortable as soon as you sit down with her you can tell that she truly cares for her patience, and I love that about her she s truly one of a kind!! Mica is extremely friendly time flies when you re with her She s very caring and kind. When I m with her I almost feel like I m with one of my friends she makes me feel very comfortable. She always make sure that you re OK and she ll go to any length to make sure that you have what you need and you re taking care of. Brian is very nice n chill he s always working his butt off he also is a wonderful person! N Precious is always there to greet you sign you in She s very personable and also friendly. I love talking to her. I know I ve said it about every single person, but it s true. She also makes you feel Comfortable just like every single person here This team of people works so well together For you to start your journey, and I am so beyond grateful for every single one of them because I don t know where I d be if I hadn t made that first call it really did save my life and I feel like I owe my new life to them and this place i ll be 7 months sober in 2 weeks and I couldn t have done it without them! I was so scared to make that first call but so glad I did!! If you re thinking about getting help call them they truly care and treat you wonderful!!!

I have been with applegate 3 years (almost) i just cant express the love and compassion Brian and Tony have. Genuinely they care. I just recently went through a full healthy pregnancy while on MAT. Delivered a happy healthy baby boy. The way my life has changed for nothing but the best because of sobriety and I couldn't have done it without a place that is understanding and makes me feel safe and welcome!

I have been a patient at Charak Center for years.I have always been helped by Sue. She is amazing. She has taken the time to talk to me when I have had rough times and has helped me so much!Her work ethic is amazing!! She has always filled in anywhere when needed!Charak Center Stow should be so proud they have an employee like Sue. She is definitely one in a million.

I do groups at Edna House and absolutely luv it there! I have told the women several times I m moving in just not as a client (yet, right?) these women support one another and are somehow able to put differences aside, plus it always floors me that everytime I walk in that kitchen is spotless!

The Edna House for Women is the best! It is a safe place to heal and to grow while living in a supportive and structured environment. The recent renovations have turned an already very special home into a beautiful place to live while beginning a new life in sobriety. They offer all of this without requiring money or having health insurance to get into the program. This house saves lives!!!

My fianc went through Edna 4 1/2 yrs. ago and she is doing amazing! We just bought a horse together. We periodically drop food and drinks off to the girls. Keep up the great work ladies!
