I been here few times over the past few yrs and honestly there are better but also much much worse facility's. Honestly they do what their supposed to which is keep you safe and alive the nurses and Dr are great the food is decent. Yes they take your phone which I consider a good thing.. no outside stresses so you can focus on stability.. this ain't a vacation spot or a group home it's a psych unit and it does it's job. So In my eyes there amazing

St Charles saved my life twice. I was so embarrassed to have to come back but they welcomed me with open arms and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. I don’t think I’d be here still if it weren’t for the amazing staff and doctors they have.
