Dr. Lee no longer works there, I’ve been seeing Dr. Sonni Elliot for my prescriptions and she has been amazingly informative, kind, and helpful I’ve been seeing Molly Bato for over three years, now, and I could not be a happier with service she’s provided. They do an intake evaluation to pair you with a compatible therapist. I’ve not had a bad experience here.

my husband and father both have cancer my husband passed away jan 19th and my father is still fighting but he's gotten worse .my father is dying from stomach cancer. I had lost so many family members to where i dont have hardly nobody left. My friend recommend my there after she lost her son and I'm thankful she did they were very nice and understanding when i went to see them.I really like this place because is a really good place to go.

Although they kept changing my therapists, they were great and my case worker (Ryan?) was awesome and went out of his way to help me at the social security office. He helped me during a very difficult time in my life. Looking back, I realize he probably didn't have to do that, he went above and beyond. And I just want to say thank you to him. The most amazing and caring staff on the planet!!! Big advantages are- you stay in their facility the entire time and always watched by a personal care giver and nurse. Other places make you get a hotel room and they don’t watch you. Advanced Detox also prescribes you all the meds you need to recover as quickly as possible. Some other places don’t do this. Advanced Detox WANTS YOU TO WIN AND THEY STOP AT NOTHING TO MAKE SURE YOU DO JUST THAT!!! I am eternally grateful for every single person in that beautiful God serving organization. Please, PLEASE call them first!!!! I hope you’ll trust me.

I got so much love for this place. From my initial late night phone call with RN Jeanne who reassured me that I was correct in refusing to get stuck on suboxone for 7oh dependence to meeting with Laura and then all the great nursing/patient care staff (especially Pat, with RT) as well as Dr. Aharonov, this place is the real deal. I don’t think I would have been able to get off 7oh any other way. The morning after the procedure was no walk in the park (fatigue, diarrhea, nausea, insomnia); but not having to suffer thru the intense body aches and pains as well as other opiate withdrawal symptoms for 4-7 days at home was well worth the price of admission. If you can handle a bad hangover for a day plus a couple more days of diarrhea, you can handle this. They also give you meds to help ease whatever symptoms you have after. I can’t tell you how many times I had tried quitting at home unsuccessfully (even with comfort meds like gabapentin and clonidine); I knew I had to go somewhere where I could just “rip off the bandaid” and be done with the nightmare I was stuck in and flying to Michigan was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. I’m going on nearly a month now since I was there and you couldn’t pay me enough to ever touch 7oh again. I’m forever grateful for this place and the amazing staff that works there.

I have been going to this facility on & off since 2017. I have seen many staff members come & go, and right now, I believe the Dearborn CMS location has the best group. They have each others backs, they work with patients to be flexible, and the team as a whole works with synergy. Tiffani has the talent of memorization, multi-tasking, dealing with difficult situations, plus many others all while maintaining a professional & pleasant demeanor. RN Tanya is professional, explains things clearly & thoroughly, and has a really big heart for her job! Counselor Yete gives great talks & guidance. She shows concern for us, in our journey inside & outside of the clinic. She is wonderful! And of course our lovley Dr!!! She is so professional with the best bedside manner. She is one of the only Dr's I've experienced here who really cares. I recommend anyone needing care to come here.

River’s Bend PC has truly impacted my life in many great ways. Their front office staff has always been extremely supportive and helpful when I need and the therapists here truly care about helping people. I have seen the negative reviews this place has received and I can assure you that it’s not accurate to the staff and therapists here. I have been here for 2 years and have improved tremendously with my mental health and loss of my mother. They have a great team on group therapists and one on one therapist that work closely with their psychiatrists to make sure the right level of care and needs are being addressed. Clran. Safe. Friendly staff. However....for appointments after 7pm, desk associates need to be more vigilant at watching for patients if doors are going to be locked. I was on time for my appointment and was locked out completely. I walked around the building, went to all 3 entrances and found them locked as well. I called the office 3x to get voicemail. I nearly missed a very important diagnostic test because no one was watching for me.

This place is actually nice not sure about the last review but I was a patient and they really helped me the staff there is good at what they do the meals are family style so we all take turns cooking I learned a lot there and have been to treatment places where they actually don’t care and your treated like another number I would and have sent other loved ones there

Social workers are great, therapists are great, nurse practitioners are great, this review is more for HEGIRA in general but their psych doctors are all disrespectful.will talk down to you, judge you from the very beginning, at least that's my experience with each new doctor I see and location I go to. They see I am prescribed Suboxone (have been for 5 plus years) and try to take me off of my psych meds I've been on for five years or longer.yes, one is a controlled substance but ive heard so many reasons why they won't or can't continue me on my medicine that I know works because I've been told multiple times completely different stories.it took years to find the right cocktail that works for me.only by the prescribing doctors do I ever have anything to complain about.i don't usually leave reviews for anything unless it's something I love or it's a genuine problem.i know plenty of people who are prescribed incredibly unnecessary amounts of drugs, or people with the same or similar combination I am on and don't have the problem i am having. opioid crisis I get it but not everyone taking them is abusing them.is the only way I'm going to get the same meds I've always been on by going to a shrink where I have to pay? I've seen plenty of doctors who weren't psych doctors but would still give me my psych meds with my Suboxone, yes things are different now more strict, but over the last two and a half years of trying to find a shrink to get my stuff from the right doctor , I haven't had a psych prescribe my psych meds to me In almost three years. My PCP and my Suboxone doctor help me by writing them as long as I show them I am trying to get in somewhere. So if it's perfectly fine for the doctors who really shouldn't be giving benzos scripts to me (psych meds were originally started from actual psychiatrist in the beginning) why in the EFF will absolutely no one help me?!?

I've been receiving treatment for several years, I can't praise the nursing staff and Omar a counselor high enough. The staff listens to our concerns and adjusts accordingly. We once had a horrible nurse, we complained and she is gone. I highly recommend treatment here.

I've checked all the other reviews and they're saying the same thing about the billing dept...The billing dept is trully discusting they charge co-pays without making sure the insurance company hasn't paid for the entire visit and won't refund your money wonce the truth comes out... I believe Sandy needs to work the front desk while she was so sure l owed $295.00 that ld already paid... She was very persistent with her claim.... Check your deductible before you Pay Copays They need to be investigated asap... Sally left a voicemail stating l owe nothing!! I saved that voice mail along with the 1st one from last year this time... l became very angry because I knew l owed nothing..This has happened twice and now lm done. Went there for a trunk or treat event. Everyone was nice and pleasant The kids enjoyed themselves. Also if they had a wonderful presentation about the use of narcan and was given free narcan away to help the community. Everything you need to succeed in recovery is offered here encouraged and drawn upon. It's hard to describe why Dawn Farm is so successful at what they do and how they do it because it is such a multi-layered program. Once you get "through" it, all the processes you go through, start to come together and make sense. Is it an easy program? NO... it wasn't easy and yet it was also, hands down, THE BEST thing i ever did for myself and many of the most eye opening experiences I've had were during my time there. Dawn Farm saved my life and I am still in touch with many of the women I went through this program with.
