Place is great. Awesome staff who truly care about you and others. Especially Kellie (Counselor), Devin (Counselor), Kody (Lead Group Facilitator) Gretchen (Counselor), Tevin (Counselor) Danae (alumni director), first shift nurses (Renee, Jenny, and others) Dr. Fabi, and plenty of techs too. Dave, Zada, Aaron, Cori, Jeremy, Carly, Skylar, and others. Last but not least Mike (program director), and Alaina (Clinical Director). These people truly care about you as a client and are there to help in any way even if it's just listen to you. I came in through the ED department sometime end of January this year sick with what I assumed to be a URI. I was completely wrong and found out it was Flu A and pneumonia. Later, we found out I had pneumonia MRSA. I'm an LPN and had been picking up numerous shifts thorough agency in different areas. I was about to be discharged home by the NP, but a wonderful nurse that was working with me advocated for me. Thankful for her because I could not maintain my o2 levels and going home would not have been a wise decision. I was extremely sick that day and I am thankful for the care I received.

My father had surgery there last week. I came in from out of state and was extremely impressed with the experience. From the surgeon moving things up to get his surgery done ASAP to the care he received after surgery.
I want to thank Amie, RN on the 6th floor for staying over after her shift to allow my father to have a familiar face as he had some issues after surgery and had to have more tests and be moved to the ICU.
Also, Brandy and Bri, RNs in the ICU for listening and taking his situation serious and advocating along with me when he needed an additionalprocedure. He even had a nurse Julie from the 5th floor the week before who stopped in to see him in ICU.
We were not expecting any setbacks but you never know what to expect with surgeries. I am very thankful for all the wonderful workers who provided excellent care to my father. Bless you all. I will not forget you.

My child and I met with Logan for nearly a year regarding her anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder. He was the perfect match for us…easy to talk to, responsive, helpful. We were finally able to successfully navigate cognitive behavioral therapy because Logan allowed my daughter to manage her exposures in her own time…it was exactly what she needed. I am also extremely grateful that Logan was open to us digging into her physiological health in order to uncover imbalances that were heightening her anxiety response. She is doing so well that our sessions have come to a close, but I can honestly say we will miss spending time with Logan each week. Thank you!

Chris in the crisis support unit really went the extra mile to help me. She was on the phone, then came out and met me when I finally made the choice to come in, and gave me some comfort. She was very honest which I really found important, and I'm really glad that I came in. She celebrated the little victories while I had there, and was the one to see me out when I left. Everyone seemed really enjoyable in the CSU and support staff seemed lovely as well. I believe Sarah was the other person I met there, and I really enjoyed how she spoke on my level and it was very calm, and casual, and I liked how the professional getup was gone, it felt very personable and to me that was extremely valuable. The other places I've gone to have been alright, but I'm one of those people who value real person-to-person connection, and my short visit to the crisis unit really helped me out a lot.

Proven Treatments to Help. If you say it doesn’t help in any way, you’re lying and that’s between you and God! They serve all required meals plus more at times. Nice rooms. My experience is the patients treat the workers terribly sometimes. I don’t like that at all. Patient acts like they the president or the universe. Patients think workers should serve them like KIngs and queens. Most pay no money for services. Probably tax payers money, yikes. Stay Humble. God Bless.

This is simply for Zach(Zack?), the guy at front desk who took my call. I honestly was terrified to make this call, and after maybe 5-10 minutes with him on the phone, I was assured I was doing the right thing. I am very grateful to all the staff for the care I received. There is a good possibility that it saved my life. At the very least I couldn't have gotten through the detoxification without help and the staff were compassionate and seemed to legitimately care.
