FRC saved my life. It's the best recovery center in ohio and the surrounding states. The staff is excellent. Very caring. The alumni group is a must. It's the best support I've had since I left 2 years ago. We do regular events multiple times a year. If you or someone you love needs help, this is the place.

Awesome place to go through recovery. In the 20 years I have been in recovery I have never experienced such a professional organized staff. They assist with medication, case work, are flexible with scheduling. They get you your meds right away at the facility and it's a great place to go to find the right path

The staff were very helpful, professional, and willing to meet clients where they’re at based on their own individual treatment needs. They were the only agency that I found in my area that believe in a dual diagnosis treatment model, which allows you to continue taking your mental health medications, while also getting help for SUD.

Honestly love this place! With the kindness and they respect they give you, it gives you hope for a better future.

This is simply for Zach(Zack?), the guy at front desk who took my call. I honestly was terrified to make this call, and after maybe 5-10 minutes with him on the phone, I was assured I was doing the right thing. This role of his at the front desk I’m afraid is not given enough credit. He helped me understand in a good way, and not to scare me away. I will be back after my time there to add to this review, but it seems to already be a great start. Thanks man!

This place has the friendliest staff ever!! They welcome just about anyone. The ppl at the front desk, the nurses and doctors are always a pleasure to interact with, they remain professional and respect the clients. Also Sean Smith is the best counselor I've had personally in my 8+ years of being involed with places of this nature! He does the most.A great place to go if you want to get better!!! Don't think about it.. all you have to do is show up.. then the hard part is over

It's been a good place over the few months I have been there all except there is a nurse in the window that treated me straight like garbage this morning and left me sitting at the window knowing that I have to ride the bus and have other stuff to do but today I lost my step brother to a overdose and dealing with this nurse this morning could have caused me to relapse but I made it through the day every body else is nice there except the nurse I had to deal with today even caused me to miss my counselor appointment

I've been to 5 previous rehabs. R.i.o is the only one I've completed. Went way above my expectations.but one thing they could do is just be honest . They don't have to lie to get you in there

I’ve been using the VA clinic in Columbus here for 11 years. I think they do a fantastic job of taking care of Veterans.

The staff actually care about you as a person & they treat you with respect as a person how every should be treated no matter who you are if you're homeless or have money every 1 should be treated the same & unfortunately most people have forgotten that they have forgotten that nobody is better than the next person! EVERYONE DESERVES THE SAME TREATMENT AND LOVE !

My father got there 8.13.2025. He was suppose to be bathed on thursday and mondays.. today is saturday and nothing.. not even wiped down like a sponge bath. I was there today for 4 hrs and barley saw the staff. I had to ask for a broom to sweep his room and a blanket because there was not one on his bed. I didn't hear great things about this place. He's suppose to be transfered for dialysis on tuesday and thursday. They woke him up at 6am, got him ready satirday mornkng and he sat in the lobby and was never picked up or scheduled for saturday. Its now 8pm and we have no answers about saturday dialysis. Will updated after another week.

Stay far away from this place it is nothing less than a prison you have no rights you are treated like a nuisance they are incompetent and lazy probably one of the most traumatic experiences I’ve had with psychiatric care they should be ashamed of themselves

I've been involved for 2 months now and the app is amazing as well as the staff so far !! They go above and beyond to help in any and all areas possible that we might cross into during this recovery process.

This program saved my life and I would recommend to anyone serious about getting their life back and opioid addiction under control and treated. Also with no vehicle atm this program being is over zoom video and makes it a life saver in another way. I could keep going just check them out and hopefully this saves someone just like it has saved me to me. 7yrs today 🤟🏼

The online app is a game changer for people. I only wish this could have been around back in the day, there would be allot of people still here if this type of thing was around back then
