well I am I'm totally blind and people at the ProMedica they're very compassionate there's wheelchair accessible there is elevators they accept cash credit cards the there's only one thing that I would like to say that that if you are not a family member like if you are a friend of somebody or if you like a fiance or whatever you should still be able to see your loved one especially if no one else will I think they I think it's a stupid rule that you can't do that because you know cuz you're not family that's stupid but anyway they're very compassionate they helped me to the elevator they're very good they're very good at what they do and and they're very gentle when it comes to a mammogram and different things like that and they explain things to you and they have a cafeteria and all that sort of thingThis is Tonya Smith and I am totally blind and I just wanted to let you know that ProMedica hospital the staff are very caring they're very they're very accommodating they help me to the elevator and they help me you know to where I need to go and the lab technicians are when you do the mammograms they are very they are very compassionate and they are very gentle and plus like I said I am totally blind so and and I really recommend this place so I rate it five I'm hi this is Tanya Smith and I am totally blind meaning I cannot see it all I was born blind but I'm here to tell you that I had a mammogram and the person in the mammogram room they are very helpful they guide you to wear they want you to stand and all that sort of thing and and there and they're very compassionate which is good because you need cuz everybody needs compassion if they're working in the hospital and for those that don't what I do is I just you know is I just wait till I get home and I call this and I called the supervisor of the hospital and cuz I don't let him know I'm making a complaint I just do it but anyway and it's wheelchair accessible and there's wheelchair parking there is plenty of parking there is signs for for the sighted that will help you where to where you want to go if you're blind there is volunteers that will help you and all that sort of thing One time I went by myself and and they helped me to where I wanted to go and they helped me outside when I was done and there is benches outside where you can sit
