Horrible experience. Waited over a year for a adhd assessment to be told I was too messed up to diagnose even with childhood symptoms. I got an IQ test. I even went to the assessors boss. She was a brick wall as well. I was told there were no other assessment tools available. The last thing I was told while on my way out in tears was “to do my son a favor and get him diagnosed early in life.” After seeing my late diagnosed ADHD counselor twice she recognized my adhd and had me do an autism assessment. The IQ test harbor gave me indicated further testing necessary due to my vocabulary score being elevated Harbor did not catch this. My PRIVATE psychiatrist sent me for a TOVA. I am now properly diagnosed with a processing delay, autism, discalcula, ADHD, PTSD and a super awesome bonus mood disorder of bipolar after the almost two years I was gaslight by harbor and Tiffany Pottcotter. Seek private care! DO NOT GO HERE!

Couldn't get an appointment for 2 months out! Mental Health should be readily available 24/7. Called and was told someone will call me back within 1 day, they called me back, told them My daughter needs to be seen ASAP, told me to leave a message and someone would call me back in 1 day. Going on day 3!! I even told them she's talking about hurting herself!!! Mental Health Should be Available 24/7!! NOT 2 MONTHS LATER!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS CIRCUS!!??? BrightView really supported my son through a tough time. I liked that they involved me too, not just him. The staff explained things clearly, and they had plans in place for after treatment. I just wish follow-ups were a bit more consistent. Still, I felt God's hand moving in that place.

My son has been there for nearly 9 months, I have seen a big difference in him. I've seen the meals they are being provided decent food. Reading these other reviews makes me so mad, I see my son on a regular basis I have never been told I can't see him until I have a drug test and background. As far as the staff they are all amazing I have not had any bad encounters with anyone, the counselors are absolutely amazing and everyone cares about the progress and if my son!!

Last year we were in desperate need of help for our son. Not only did Harbor get us connected to a wonderful counselor (Robert), but they also connected us with Amanda Chagolla who has always been just an email or call away when it comes to questions and handling our son’s medication. Mental health and healthcare in general is such a tough area of work to be in, but they do the best they can and treat us with respect which I really appreciate. Our son is back to straight A’s, enjoying school, and has wonderful support system now which means the world to us as his parents.

I went to residential this fall. The staff is just incredible. There is someone there for you 24/7. Only 15 beds so you really can work on your recovery with the smaller groups. They will help you with your aftercare program and after you leave will always be there for you if you need them.

I have been to rehabs that charge out of pocket and ones that take Medicaid. Talbott hall is among the best places to get treatment that take Medicaid. This place saved my life when I was at my lowest. Detox was comfortable and the out patient programs have been solid.

Chad and the micu unit is the best nurse I have ever witnessed in my entire life he was so attentive and did not wait for the medication to run out before ordering new medicine he ordered it ahead 2 hours before it ran out that way it would be ready and anytime that any little thing happened he was actually listening at the nurses station and not just playing on his phone or talking to his coworker as so many often do he was there to do his job and actually cared about my dad receiving the best care possible and my dad did receive the best care possible in his hands I cannot thank that man enough for how wonderful he is and I wish he was up for adoption or for sale LOL because I would take him through the whole journey for my dad to be in the care of somebody that I could actually trust. Thank you so much Chad from every Kincaid. I kind of feel bad cuz I don't remember the woman's name who was his nurse during the day I think it was Carissa or Christina but she also stayed on it this weekend and it was such an emotional time and you too being so so attentive and actually doing the job even though it's so hard and the hours are long you both truly poured your heart and soul into being the care providers that you signed up to be and I've never seen that this whole time and it truly is a blessing you both are truly a blessing thank you

This place is absolutely amazing. Staff members are amazing. Nursing and a Provider 24/7 to help you with your detoxing. You are aloud to smoke up to like 8 times a day. Easiest detox ive ever experienced! This place gave me another chance!!

Great place and great staff Mrs D Ryan and Mel are the best RA's but they are all amazing 🥰 and the counselors Ryan and Tiara are amazing as well! The Groups are great full of information, tools, and coping skills you need to move forward in your recovery and they always make it fun and interesting so it's not just boring and school atmosphere-ish and the 2 discharge nurses do their thing to make sure you understand and choose where you go after and everyone genuinely cares about you and your recovery been to many and this one by far has got my attention and actually made me feel like there is a brighter future and it's not as lame as we think it's going to be in active addiction!! not a single place isn't going to not have hick ups and issues but they were great at solving issues that arise and fix anything they can Thank you guys and keep up the amazing work
