Pharmacy takes about aweek to get prescriptions done if you're lucky. And was verbally attacked by a worker when I asked a question. Then she told me she would make sure my child didn’t get their prescription. She was just a fill in. Sure she won’t b back. I was taken aside by administrator and asked what happened. He made me feel better but I will never go back to pharmacy.

They have very professional counselors and employees and are very helpful and polite and listen to your concerns and help people with treatment.

Yes I have seen throughout my life that I am an alcoholic. Been going to AA classes for 4 months now and do not have the urge to ever drink alcohol again. Thanks for your help

I just left Maehnowesekiyah after the inpatient program. This is the best place to get sober and get the help you need. The staff is great and the patients there really care about one another.

They do the best they can with the limited help the state provides.

My experience attending treatment at this facility is what saved my life. I was welcomed judgement free from day one and was treated with the upmost care for my entire stay. The staff only saw me for my potential instead of seeing me only for my past mistakes. I was given individualized care which challenged me to grow and take accountability for my past actions. Over my 45 day stay, I worked closely with all the staff and was provided with excellent support and education on my disease. They loved me until I was able to love my self. Thanks to the hardworking and supportive staff at Phoenix House I now have 4.5 years clean. I have been working as a Recovery Coach for the past 3 years and have just passed the exam to become a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. The likelihood of me being where I am at today would be shockingly low, if not zero, if not for my time spent at Phoenix House.

I had the privilege of attending this rehab twice and both times were beautiful moments in my Life. I liked that it was an only male facility. The staff was Amazing :) groups didn't feel forced I always felt like I wanted to share and make sense of my Life and substance abuse issues with a group of guys that can relate.. I don't think I've ever Laughed that much in my entire Life.. The house taught me how to Live normally again. If I know anyone suffering from addiction I Always recommend the Phoenix House because MY experience was so extremely profound :) I attended two years ago and still keep in touch with alot of the guys I had the privilege to meet while there :) I Highly recommend this place :)

We have adopted four children, all with special needs. Our current home study expires on May 20. Our current agency does not want to renew our study. They feel we are too old (in our 50's) and have enough children. We are saddened by the fact that we only need a renewal to add another child to our family. Are you familiar with any agencies that would renew our study for us? Help with finalization and AA? Despite our ages? We have passed the background checks and physicals five times now. We have had local media write about us and USA today did a video about our family. Even if we found our child tomorrow, we would not have time to remain with current study until finalization. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thank You M Piasecki

I was a resident here back in 2005. The counselors truly cared about me and my recovery from addiction and alcoholism. Because of the Exodus House my life has been turned completely around and hope and been restored!

I called to inform you of my donation and then I didn’t hear anything for 5 days. I called again and got the number of Dale, the driver assigned to pick it up. He tried to call me many times. Someone gave him the WRONG number. I almost didn’t donate the car because of this. Please be very careful when talking to potential donators.

Whether race, color, creed, religion, sex, partner & gender identity. It reminds me of how I was treated when I lived in Montana, your welcome now matter what, to each there own!! Don't believe me check out their website of services offered its in double digits & still growing recently adding Rapid Eye Movement Therapy. Every person at the front desk says Hello & knows your name!!(I've NEVER seen that before & it makes you truly feel cared about). Each person is so kind, caring & if you've got paperwork to fill out they are on top of EVERYTHING! I have been going to Stein for almost 10yrs!!!! I love how they find you the person your gonna work with better or have no issues if you wanted to try someone new/else..& the owners CARE about making their business the BEST it can be for person.(who doesn't want that in a business?)...PLUS I hear they even have a MT(massage therapist)on staff talk about the PERFECT me day!!!! They have even added space & more staff, check out the new kids/family waiting area! I have been to MANY different places over the years & this one is HANDS DOWN the BEST! I have no plans on leaving especially after I saw how dedicated they were to make sure EVERY client still got services during COVID(most times could only say that about restaurants & Nurses). I see Brie & have no plans on changing or leaving her. Just when I am at my darkest she knows somehow what to say, give advice on to try, etc. She is SO SMART yet so down to earth. Works with every age group & each client is treated differently but that's what you want right what's best for you, advice/guidance when needed, there for you good & bad, etc. You honestly really feel cared about when you think no one else does. They/she figured out how many times to needed to be seen during each season/conditions. VERY flexible. Lastly, I'd like to give a thanks to the WHOLE STEIN FAMILY for pouring your everything into starting Wisconsin's BEST & our areas #1C & CS LTD!!! (As an idea, what about buying 2 plastic change drop containers & pick a non-profit to give the check to each month? Plus it can be from the staff & clients!!

I was placed at Rawhide in 1972, for the summer camp program. I came away a changed youth. I returned to my hometown, and the high-school I had attended. It took a lot of work on my part, as well as the Lord's guidance, but I did graduate with my class. I know in the years since I was there, I had stumbled a few times, but the Lord with his grace, continues to bless me. Jan, John, Bart and Cherrie, saved my life! The way I was headed, I was sure to be in prison before long. I was able to return the life changing help later on in life, by serving on the board of directors for 12 years.

This is the absolutely the best possible charitable positive place to contribute to which make a real difference in youth futures for life!
