I was so desperate when I called Integrations, pretty much in pure panic mode. My daughter had relapsed after being told when we left the hospital in TX, where we had just spent 14 days, 5 of those being in the ICU, that she would die if she drank again. She was so weak, thin, pale, and fragile from the abuse her body had taken over the prior 6-7 years of extremely heavy drinking. She turned 26 a few days after bringing her home with me to MN. She was sober for 4 months, yet here we were back in the hospital again after a short relapse. She had drunk so much liquor that she had a seizure. I felt so helpless. As a parent, you want to shield and protect your kids, but she was not a kid. She was an adult, and I really had no say so. I even thought that I was going to have to go and try to get a medical POA over her to try and save her life. While in the hospital, I spent my time searching rehabs in the state of Minnesota, and I ran across Integrations. I read all of the wonderful reviews and started calling. I think I was on the borderline of harassment; I called so many times over the few days at the hospital. I could not help but think that if she did not leave the hospital and go straight to an inpatient facility, I was going to lose my beautiful daughter. Best phone call I have ever made. I have Jill and Rich to thank for saving my daughter's life; really, all of the staff are so wonderful at this facility. Words truly cannot express the gratitude I have for the help and guidance they have given to my daughter and continue to do so in the sober living home. They truly are the most caring people. Thank you for accepting my daughter into your program! Thank you for saving my beautiful daughter's life.

Integrations truly saved my life! The staff there are all amazing from the techs to Dr. Rich Decker , Jill Decker and the counselor 's. Theyre all hands on. Jill and Rich own the place and are very much involved in our recovery. They're there day in and day out ( sometimes working as tech staff) They're just amazing people. They've even been there for me since I've been home. If you suffer from trauma and addiction, or just addiction..there's no safer place than integrations...they work hard to make it a safe healing environment...

My son was here for 90 days. I am beyond grateful for the help and guidance he/we received. The counselors went above and beyond. She genuinely listened to our input and incorporated what she heard into his assignments.we had some Extenuating circumstances that she was able to accommodate as well. I felt the director had my son's best interest at heart. He genuinely cared about the children. They were very accommodating with my schedule for our weekly visits. I chose to give 4 stars due to a few issues with a nurse. The nurse that we ended up dealing with for the rest of his stay went above and beyond as well.I would highly recommend this facility and staff.

I was at wings from January 25th or 2022 to may 17th of 2023. Kayli was my counselor and she did a fantastic job. They helped me realize that I can do amazing things and I deserve a shot at a better life. I didn t want to leave. I met amazing people I still talk with today. I haven t called in a while but I m doing so much better than I was before I came there. Kristy is a great mentor and floor staff. I really related to her. Everyone was so kind and supportive. Truly great people. Wings is a blessing. Gave me a shot at life, support, and skills I hope to forever use.

I have said this before and I will say it again, Dr Eatwell saved my life. Every day I'm grateful! He is a physician who asks a lot of questions, listens attentively, does not judge you for what your diagnoses may be and looks at you holistically. He has a heart of gold and cares more than any other physician I've met. I recently attended an inpatient program that was not project turnabout. I have been to project turnabout twice years ago. And to be honest, at first I didn't like it. I thought it was strict and too intense with all of the structure. But I stuck it out and completed the program and by the time I left I was crying and sad to leave. It was at project turnabout where I first discovered what true recovery was and for the first time in a long time what it felt like to have genuine friendships with other women. I learned I desperately needed all that structure in my life to be successful in recovery and after being in an inpatient recently that wasn't as strict, I respect and appreciate all those rules I once had and learned how important they are to hold me accountable in various areas of my life. And for my aftercare now, I decided to come back to project turnabout in Willmar because I respect the program and have love for it and always will. I feel like I'm where I'm meant to be, I feel like I'm home.

This place is quite far the best non-residential treatment center in Willmar. It really blows the other outpatient places out of the water when it comes to flexibility. I highly recommend Divine Hope Counseling with a solid 5-stars.

The staff are very kind and helpful. It is a safe, therapeutic environment for working on yourself and getting rest. You are able to meet with a psychiatrist daily and are able to attend some groups to help learn new coping skills. The food is decent too.

I am coming here as someone that has only suffered with depression and a low amount of anxiety. Throughout my time, I ve had the same therapist, Molly. From the start, she s been nothing but great. I had Al Holloway. I knew the 1st visit he did his therapy so much different than other help I've had. Not to say the others were not helpful. Dr Al Holloway made me think deeper than ever before. Many times I couldn't find an answer to. He is so mild mannered. He was never tough on me either. It's been awhile since I've seen him and I've moved 3xs since. I've finally looked at life, myself in a different light. I'm open to new insight. I believe the ones that rated him low just didn't want the help he had to offer.THANK YOU DR AL for your caring and kindness.

Due to Covid isolation, my mental health took a huge jump backwards and my struggle from depression and anxiety was almost debilitating again. I started seeing a counselor at Western Mental Health and she is helping a lot.I've brought my children here for a long time, and their counselors were/are also wonderful!!!I've seen psychiatrists here for many years for med management, and am frustrated that I keep losing them after opening up to them. However, the staff is always kind, caring, and helpful, and the building is clean, nice and welcoming.

If an individual truly wants to get sober it doesn't matter if your in the Taj Mahal or a barn. This place was no comparison to either two I'm just giving an example. When I first went in, I hated it. Who are these people to tell me what to do!! I've lived my life just fine,Not!!! I did the talk,not the walk and decided to run away. No details but when I came back my eyes opened up bc there was so much staff there for support. They have nursing staff,psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, all there u don't have to go anywhere. Counselor for individual therapy and group sessions. All the staff does staffing on all clients so they all get best care for everyone. You don't cook, food is brought In already cooked, balanced homestle meals. There is a food pantry available for snacking in between meals. You get what you put into program, rewards are earned .Since its a Closed door /locked to outside program,doing outside activities (library ,ymca,fast food,nature walks,going to lake,etc,discretion of activities staff) are earned.when In addiction to therapy intensive,they have other ways for us to work out of inner demons. (Art therapy, play acting,etc)We would be brought to outside support meetings and also have meetings come there. We were given so many tools and ways to self care,it was then a matter of following through,continue the structure.Like the saying goes "it works,if you work it". Pride is a fundamental institution offering comprehensive co occurring mental and substance programs for those in the Lgbtg2IA+ community who struggle with addiction and mental health in Mn and across the country. I have been a resident, visitor and have worked with pride through a CPRS program bringing peer services to individuals. This institution was the beginning of a foundation that continues to carry me through my decisions daily. It is an inclusive refuge where lives can truly begin, through the gift of recovery. To any brand new guests at the Retreat reading Google reviews, either because you re worried about what exactly you ve signed up for, or just want to see what others experiences have been like put the phone away this place is extraordinary. It might make you upset sometimes, to understand deeply uncomfortable truths about yourself. Might piss you off a little, wherein you ll learn a habit of healthy resolution. You ll see an emotional sensitivity from the manliest, and a surprising level of courage from the meek.Learn from this place. When a line of people out the door say good morning and ask how are you doing today? it s not just a formality they TRULY want to know. You might never find a group of friends quite like the ones you ll have at the Retreat.From one guy who s had trouble seeing shit to the end for my entire life, going here (and sticking with it) was inarguably the best decision I ve ever made.

I recently attended an office visit with my husband, the vet, and I noticed how friendly the employees were. Each employee that we passed in the hallway, looked up as we passed and either smiled or said hello. So refreshing to go into a place where staff seem to enjoy their job and work on creating a friendly environment.Well Done St. Cloud VA Employee's!!
