I recently attended an inpatient program that was not project turnabout. I have been to project turnabout twice years ago. And to be honest, at first I didn't like it. I thought it was strict and too intense with all of the structure. But I stuck it out and completed the program and by the time I left I was crying and sad to leave. It was at project turnabout where I first discovered what true recovery was and for the first time in a long time what it felt like to have genuine friendships with other women. I learned I desperately needed all that structure in my life to be successful in recovery and after being in an inpatient recently that wasn't as strict, I respect and appreciate all those rules I once had and learned how important they are to hold me accountable in various areas of my life. And for my aftercare now, I decided to come back to project turnabout in Willmar because I respect the program and have love for it and always will. I feel like I'm where I'm meant to be, I feel like I'm home.

I had Al Holloway. I knew the 1st visit he did his therapy so much different than other help I've had. Not to say the others were not helpful. Dr Al Holloway made me think deeper than ever before. Many times I couldn't find an answer to. He is so mild mannered. He was never tough on me either. It's been awhile since I've seen him and I've moved 3xs since. I've finally looked at life, myself in a different light. I'm open to new insight. I believe the ones that rated him low just didn't want the help he had to offer.THANK YOU DR AL for your caring and kindness.

I started seeing a counselor at Western Mental Health and she is helping a lot.I've brought my children here for a long time, and their counselors were/are also wonderful!!!I've seen psychiatrists here for many years for med management, and am frustrated that I keep losing them after opening up to them. New Life isn t rated #1 in Minnesota for no reason. This place has completely changed my life, my outlook on life, and my outlook on myself. I ve been there twice (2017, and 2021) As much as I d love to go back because it s that amazing and life changing, I don t see that in my life plans unless it s for a visit/fundraiser. I can t explain to anyone how great the Program Director, Scott Radloff, is. He never fails to go above and beyond for the clients in his care. He worked so hard to get me in there back in May of 2021, when I wanted to go there again and didn t want to go anywhere else, and needed help immediately. He is so kind, and always has the right things to say at the right time. All staff there is great, my group of girls was amazing and so close both times. I could sit and try to think for hours and not be able to come up with one negative thing to say about New Life. If you re struggling, please choose this place! Because of my desire to stop using drugs, and with the amazing help of this place, I am about to come up on 2 years sober! Thanks NLTC for taking the girl who was broken into a million pieces and helping me make myself whole again! I am forever grateful.

Many of the people posting negative comments are not complaining about Avera, they are complaining about a particular doctor. The trick here, as it is in every clinic in the country, is getting a doctor (what we used to call a GP I guess) that's right for you. I have Dr. Lilgaroth, she is great, so I gave 5 stars. My wife has had bad experiences in the past with so many male drs (the old "you're a woman & I'm both a man AND a doctor, so I'm gonna ignore what you say") that she finally demanded a female doctor, and that happened to work out great for her. Gender may not have been the reason, she may just have got a great dr-- the important thing is, my wife was comfortable with her. When her female dr retired, she ended up with a male dr (Dr Gunderson, I believe?) and she says he is great. Ya just gotta shop around and get a doc that is a fit for you-- that is true of any clinic, not just Avera. But I've also had pretty much all positive experiences with other parts of the clinic-- reception, labs, nurses, Avera hospitals, even the money people. (Btw, I'm not a nice guy or a pollyanna; I am by nature an extremely demanding pain in the, uh, rear.)

| Integrations Wellness & Recovery Center, LLC in Hutchinson, Minnesota, is an outpatient facility specializing in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in adolescents and adults. They also provide residential treatment services for women and offer supportive sober living housing through their sister location Foundation | Treatments Programs Payment Options | I was so desperate when I called Integrations, pretty much in pure panic mode. My daughter had relapsed after being told when we left the hospital in TX, where we had just spent 14 days, 5 of those being in the ICU, that she would die if she drank again. She was so weak, thin, pale, and fragile from the abuse her body had taken over the prior 6-7 years of extremely heavy drinking. She turned 26 a few days after bringing her home with me to MN. She was sober for 4 months, yet here we were back in the hospital again after a short relapse. She had drunk so much liquor that she had a seizure. I felt so helpless. As a parent, you want to shield and protect your kids, but she was not a kid. She was an adult, and I really had no say so. I even thought that I was going to have to go and try to get a medical POA over her to try and save her life. While in the hospital, I spent my time searching rehabs in the state of Minnesota, and I ran across Integrations. I read all of the wonderful reviews and started calling. I think I was on the borderline of harassment; I called so many times over the few days at the hospital. I could not help but think that if she did not leave the hospital and go straight to an inpatient facility, I was going to lose my beautiful daughter. Best phone call I have ever made. I have Jill and Rich to thank for saving my daughter's life; really, all of the staff are so wonderful at this facility. Words truly cannot express the gratitude I have for the help and guidance they have given to my daughter and continue to do so in the sober living home. They truly are the most caring people. Thank you for accepting my daughter into your program! Thank you for saving my beautiful daughter's life.
