If you come here with an open mind and the willingness to listen and realize you understanding this disease will save your life. You have a great chance at living a wonderful life if want too. After 42 years of active addiction, I now have 415 days clean time. I have my family and kids back in my life. The good part is you only have to do it one day at a time. You can do this!! I have been clean and sober approximately 4 years and change. Woodlands, the staff has changed my outlook on the going-ons. I went to school locally, I kept ahead with my career deaires, and I helped myself out of a rut thanks to their staff Barbara Liddle, Andy Sinclair, Tim Lucas, and Juana Belacazar. They have instilled in me this clean & sober bias at home and in the workspace and have vocal affirmations of positivity. I was voicing therapy and psychology treatment over Face-Chat (ZOOM) and have loved it. I've also enjoyed tele-therapy when triggered by the harshness of something buggingnme. They've nevertheless been our best place for day treatment and sober-ing up as a young individual. 5/5. *Next Meme*

Dr.Fink and staff is very professional and friendly. We enjoyed working with him. He diagnosed my sons Autism Spectrum Disorder and evening offered follow up counseling. I thought I’d have to go much further for a diagnosis, but was thankful to find out otherwise! Highly recommend!

123 Recovery was a solid starting point when I first reached out. The helpline folks were quick to pick up and didn’t make me feel like just another caller. They gave me straightforward info and helped me understand what to expect moving forward.I appreciated that they kept things simple and real, no confusing jargon or pressure. I recently attended an inpatient program that was not project turnabout. I have been to project turnabout twice years ago. And to be honest, at first I didn't like it. I thought it was strict and too intense with all of the structure. But I stuck it out and completed the program and by the time I left I was crying and sad to leave. It was at project turnabout where I first discovered what true recovery was and for the first time in a long time what it felt like to have genuine friendships with other women. I learned I desperately needed all that structure in my life to be successful in recovery and after being in an inpatient recently that wasn't as strict, I respect and appreciate all those rules I once had and learned how important they are to hold me accountable in various areas of my life. And for my aftercare now, I decided to come back to project turnabout in Willmar because I respect the program and have love for it and always will. I feel like I'm where I'm meant to be, I feel like I'm home.

The staff are very kind and helpful. It is a safe, therapeutic environment for working on yourself and getting rest. You are able to meet with a psychiatrist daily and are able to attend some groups to help learn new coping skills. The food is decent too.

I'm not sharing my true name for confidentiality reasons, however there is nothing wrong with this facility. If an individual truly wants to get sober it doesn't matter if your in the Taj Mahal or a barn. This place was no comparison to either two I'm just giving an example. When I first went in, I hated it. Who are these people to tell me what to do!! I've lived my life just fine,Not!!! I did the talk,not the walk and decided to run away. No details but when I came back my eyes opened up bc there was so much staff there for support. They have nursing staff,psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, all there u don't have to go anywhere. Counselor for individual therapy and group sessions. All the staff does staffing on all clients so they all get best care for everyone. You don't cook, food is brought In already cooked, balanced homestle meals. There is a food pantry available for snacking in between meals. You get what you put into program, rewards are earned .Since its a Closed door /locked to outside program,doing outside activities (library ,ymca,fast food,nature walks,going to lake,etc,discretion of activities staff) are earned.when In addiction to therapy intensive,they have other ways for us to work out of inner demons. (Art therapy, play acting,etc)We would be brought to outside support meetings and also have meetings come there. We were given so many tools and ways to self care,it was then a matter of following through,continue the structure.Like the saying goes "it works,if you work it". I cant imagine anyone giving this place a bad review,your practicly pampered, the staff is wonderful, they are all so helpful and unjudgemental,thanks. Edith

I am coming here as someone that has only suffered with depression and a low amount of anxiety. Throughout my time, I’ve had the same therapist, Molly. From the start, she’s been nothing but great. Not only very understanding, but also always has an outlook on every situation that I couldn’t even consider, and has helped me through so many rough times. She genuinely cares about me, and it means so much. The only problem is that her schedule is packed, which makes complete sense, she’s awesome. It’s a decent place lots going on always and people coming and going appeared to be clean and the food in cafeteria was absolutely great!! The doctors are mostly new but most are educated and detailed with their patients and never seemed to have issues scheduling appointments. Great job VA Hospital

I've gone to inpatient in Shakopee and outpatient with lodging in Chaska. Both locations the staff is great. Counselors, techs, peer recovery specialists, medical staff, even kitchen staff. All of them truly care about our recovery, and will do everything they can for you. Northstar also has sober housing if you need it after treatment.

My journey in recovery began just over 10 yrs ago. When I went to my first treatment center, I wasn't even old enough to legally drink. I have been to 4x different rehabs on 6x occasions. I have both years long periods of sobriety and of relapse. Vinland is the most complete program I have ever been able to experience. It is exactly what I needed. I do believe that one's environment can influence their experience, eg the qualities of a treatment facility; it's staff, programming, and faculty etc, but perhaps more important of a factor when it comes to success is the attitude one brings into that environment. Vinland provided me with what I needed to heal. In my daily groups, I was exposed to a variety of treatment models/lenses: cbt, dbt, AA, NA, fitness, nutrition, literary analysis and sports psych., faith, science, games, discussion, etc and even riddles (s/o Angie 2.) Ie various philosophies both modern and ancient. This team goes out of their way to support your unique needs whether you are ready to believe in yourself or not. I have found that those willing to recover and change often do so more than those who do not believe change to be worthwhile, ie the only thing in your way is you, and even then they have your back... so imo it is clinically foolish to suggest otherwise in most instances. Each of my 52 days, I was met with various individuals willing to go out of their way to make sure I felt seen and cared for, which necessarily included being held accountable and challenged. No environment or attitude is perfect. Improvement can always be made. I do however believe it is ridiculous to portray Vinland as an obstacle to recovery. I think those people who blame Vinland for their negative experience are confusing it with what is likely more of an internal shortcoming, ie most if not all claims of neglect, indifference, incompetence etc average out as irrational. I found nearly all staff at Vinland to be exceptionally caring and competent. I was also blessed to be surrounded by incredible peers. I found strength here and I will forever be grateful for these connections. Thank you in particular to Molly, Murph (Human), Lauren, Hannah, Austin, Janina, Jeff, Allana, Elle, Kayla, Mary, Sherri, Erin, Mick, Connie, Amanda & even Bernie's unruly ass too, B.D. I used for 20 some yrs i went to the dr and they told my mom straight out i was going to end up dieing from my addiction i went to a 12 step program in st cloud 12 times somehow by the grace of god we found vinland i would of lost my family if it wasn't for vinland ive been sober over 17 yrs now even now I still call the overnight staff till this day i dont get to talk to them very often but they do there checks and they might not be in the office this place is great

As with most mental health facilities, some of the practitioners are cold and uncaring while others pour their hearts into their work. One significant pro is that the rooms are private. Just be aware that the staff will constantly be checking on you if you are in your room alone. Sometimes this disrupts sleep and they will not care about leaving your door open and the light shining in. If you are coming here due to legal reasons or need to just escape the traumas of modern living, I do think that a few weeks stay has the potential to heal much. Doing the 90 day program, though, of course, is labor intensive and exhausting. The rules and regulations of the Eleva Care handbook are restrictive because they've had people violate minute rules and minutiae and get away with inappropriate behavior. Overall, staff really helped me get my head on straight and I am very grateful to have gotten back in touch with my true self and connect with inner values that I hold. If you're having severe and persistent mental illness, I do recommend this treatment facility. I found the experience of being here for a sustained length of time to be very humanizing.

I was so desperate when I called Integrations, pretty much in pure panic mode. My daughter had relapsed after being told when we left the hospital in TX, where we had just spent 14 days, 5 of those being in the ICU, that she would die if she drank again. She was so weak, thin, pale, and fragile from the abuse her body had taken over the prior 6-7 years of extremely heavy drinking. She turned 26 a few days after bringing her home with me to MN. She was sober for 4 months, yet here we were back in the hospital again after a short relapse. She had drunk so much liquor that she had a seizure. I felt so helpless. As a parent, you want to shield and protect your kids, but she was not a kid. She was an adult, and I really had no say so. I even thought that I was going to have to go and try to get a medical POA over her to try and save her life. While in the hospital, I spent my time searching rehabs in the state of Minnesota, and I ran across Integrations. I read all of the wonderful reviews and started calling. I think I was on the borderline of harassment; I called so many times over the few days at the hospital. I could not help but think that if she did not leave the hospital and go straight to an inpatient facility, I was going to lose my beautiful daughter. Best phone call I have ever made. I have Jill and Rich to thank for saving my daughter's life; really, all of the staff are so wonderful at this facility. Words truly cannot express the gratitude I have for the help and guidance they have given to my daughter and continue to do so in the sober living home. They truly are the most caring people. Thank you for accepting my daughter into your program! Thank you for saving my beautiful daughter's life.

Integrations truly saved my life! The staff there are all amazing from the techs to Dr. Rich Decker , Jill Decker and the counselor 's. Theyre all hands on. Jill and Rich own the place and are very much involved in our recovery. They're there day in and day out ( sometimes working as tech staff) They're just amazing people. They've even been there for me since I've been home. If you suffer from trauma and addiction, or just addiction..there's no safer place than integrations...they work hard to make it a safe healing environment...

This is my preferred VA facility. I've had no issues any time I've gone to them. Scheduling is always a breeze, and I never have any unreasonable wait times. The staff is always great to work with and they listen to my concerns and provide solutions. Referrals have also been approved without issue as well.
