123 Recovery was a solid starting point when I first reached out. The helpline folks were quick to pick up and didn’t make me feel like just another caller. They gave me straightforward info and helped me understand what to expect moving forward.I appreciated that they kept things simple and real, no confusing jargon or pressure. I have been clean and sober approximately 4 years and change. Woodlands, the staff has changed my outlook on the going-ons. I went to school locally, I kept ahead with my career deaires, and I helped myself out of a rut thanks to their staff Barbara Liddle, Andy Sinclair, Tim Lucas, and Juana Belacazar. They have instilled in me this clean & sober bias at home and in the workspace and have vocal affirmations of positivity. I was voicing therapy and psychology treatment over Face-Chat (ZOOM) and have loved it. I've also enjoyed tele-therapy when triggered by the harshness of something buggingnme. Dr.Fink and staff is very professional and friendly. We enjoyed working with him. He diagnosed my sons Autism Spectrum Disorder and evening offered follow up counseling. I thought I’d have to go much further for a diagnosis, but was thankful to find out otherwise! Highly recommend!

I recently attended an inpatient program that was not project turnabout. I have been to project turnabout twice years ago. And to be honest, at first I didn't like it. I thought it was strict and too intense with all of the structure. But I stuck it out and completed the program and by the time I left I was crying and sad to leave. It was at project turnabout where I first discovered what true recovery was and for the first time in a long time what it felt like to have genuine friendships with other women. I learned I desperately needed all that structure in my life to be successful in recovery and after being in an inpatient recently that wasn't as strict, I respect and appreciate all those rules I once had and learned how important they are to hold me accountable in various areas of my life. And for my aftercare now, I decided to come back to project turnabout in Willmar because I respect the program and have love for it and always will. I feel like I'm where I'm meant to be, I feel like I'm home.

The staff are very kind and helpful. It is a safe, therapeutic environment for working on yourself and getting rest. You are able to meet with a psychiatrist daily and are able to attend some groups to help learn new coping skills. The food is decent too.

I was so desperate when I called Integrations, pretty much in pure panic mode. My daughter had relapsed after being told when we left the hospital in TX, where we had just spent 14 days, 5 of those being in the ICU, that she would die if she drank again. She was so weak, thin, pale, and fragile from the abuse her body had taken over the prior 6-7 years of extremely heavy drinking. She turned 26 a few days after bringing her home with me to MN. She was sober for 4 months, yet here we were back in the hospital again after a short relapse. She had drunk so much liquor that she had a seizure. I felt so helpless. As a parent, you want to shield and protect your kids, but she was not a kid. She was an adult, and I really had no say so. I even thought that I was going to have to go and try to get a medical POA over her to try and save her life. While in the hospital, I spent my time searching rehabs in the state of Minnesota, and I ran across Integrations. I read all of the wonderful reviews and started calling. I think I was on the borderline of harassment; I called so many times over the few days at the hospital. I could not help but think that if she did not leave the hospital and go straight to an inpatient facility, I was going to lose my beautiful daughter. Best phone call I have ever made. I have Jill and Rich to thank for saving my daughter's life; really, all of the staff are so wonderful at this facility. Words truly cannot express the gratitude I have for the help and guidance they have given to my daughter and continue to do so in the sober living home. They truly are the most caring people. Thank you for accepting my daughter into your program! Thank you for saving my beautiful daughter's life.

Integrations truly saved my life! The staff there are all amazing from the techs to Dr. Rich Decker , Jill Decker and the counselor 's. Theyre all hands on. Jill and Rich own the place and are very much involved in our recovery. They're there day in and day out ( sometimes working as tech staff) They're just amazing people. They've even been there for me since I've been home. If you suffer from trauma and addiction, or just addiction..there's no safer place than integrations...they work hard to make it a safe healing environment...

I've been really impressed with the follow up and communication. Certainly there are bumps with every place we interact with in life, but how the bumps are handled has been really great. I attended wings from 11-3-23 to 2-7-23 two dates I will always remember by heart l I was 17 and am now 20. My experience at wings were some of the best moments I had as a teenager ,the beginning and ending is always a little more emotional especially as a teenager who had to miss on the holidays with their family. I will say I enjoyed the holiday outings, food, the plans they had for us, the structure, recreation, and programming, especially my counselor, Abby Olson always made sure I was good even when she had other things going on. The staff at the time were caring and understanding. My favorite part was the connection and memories I got to share with the guys we were like brothers🙏. Shoutout Ross and all the cooks as well as the teachers. 10/10 (you take it how you make it) shout out Kristy, Scott, and Cheryl🙏❤️

I was here January-March 25’ and idk how it is now since some of the staff I went there with are now gone, but I can say that I had some of the best experiences of my life in wings, all the staff were supportive & I’ll never forget them & the people I met there. It takes a couple weeks to adjust and I didn’t wanna be there at first, but as my time there came to an end I didn’t wanna leave, I’ll forever carry the things I've learnt from wings with me. Thank you for giving me more chances than i ever deserved, Love n miss everyone there❤️

My experience at CMM Addiction & Recovery Helpline was one of steady progress over several months. In the first month I focused on detox and getting my body back to a healthy rhythm. The second month brought deeper therapy sessions where I began facing the emotional roots of my addiction. By the third month I could see clear changes in my mood, mindset, and confidence. I'm not sharing my true name for confidentiality reasons, however there is nothing wrong with this facility. If an individual truly wants to get sober it doesn't matter if your in the Taj Mahal or a barn. This place was no comparison to either two I'm just giving an example. When I first went in, I hated it. Who are these people to tell me what to do!! I've lived my life just fine,Not!!! I did the talk,not the walk and decided to run away. No details but when I came back my eyes opened up bc there was so much staff there for support. They have nursing staff,psychiatrist, nurse practitioner, all there u don't have to go anywhere. Counselor for individual therapy and group sessions. All the staff does staffing on all clients so they all get best care for everyone. You don't cook, food is brought In already cooked, balanced homestle meals. There is a food pantry available for snacking in between meals. You get what you put into program, rewards are earned .Since its a Closed door /locked to outside program,doing outside activities (library ,ymca,fast food,nature walks,going to lake,etc,discretion of activities staff) are earned.when In addiction to therapy intensive,they have other ways for us to work out of inner demons. (Art therapy, play acting,etc)We would be brought to outside support meetings and also have meetings come there. We were given so many tools and ways to self care,it was then a matter of following through,continue the structure.Like the saying goes "it works,if you work it". I cant imagine anyone giving this place a bad review,your practicly pampered, the staff is wonderful, they are all so helpful and unjudgemental,thanks. Edith

i had a wonderful experience here as a resident! there was SOME tough times while i was here. but, i was able to talk to the lovely staff and work things out! i genuinely got the help i needed! and i loved that they were also supportive to me *considering that i wasn’t like all the boys here.* i would definitely recommend bringing your child here if they are struggling with mental health! the school is also SUPER AWESOME AND WONDERFUL!!!! and the staff are really amazing and nice and supportive 😊😊

Village Ranch Inc. has been a positive and supportive environment overall. The staff genuinely care about the youth they work with and put a lot of effort into helping them grow through structure, accountability, and consistent guidance. The program provides a good balance between education, skill-building, and personal development, and you can tell they’re dedicated to making a difference. The facility is well-maintained, and communication with staff has been reliable. Like any program, there’s always room for improvement as times and expectations evolve, but overall, it’s clear that Village Ranch is run by people who truly want to see kids succeed. I appreciate the work they do and the impact they’ve had on the youth in their care.

I am coming here as someone that has only suffered with depression and a low amount of anxiety. Throughout my time, I’ve had the same therapist, Molly. From the start, she’s been nothing but great. Not only very understanding, but also always has an outlook on every situation that I couldn’t even consider, and has helped me through so many rough times. She genuinely cares about me, and it means so much. The only problem is that her schedule is packed, which makes complete sense, she’s awesome. If you ever need someone to talk to, or just someone to listen to, Molly will help you a lot

The nutritionist there is HORRIBLE. I personally am lactose intolerant and when I was admitted my liver was bad, so I needed a diet tailored to helping me recover. She told me if I can’t find anything to just eat from the salad bar. I stood my ground and she let the kitchen staff know I was lactose intolerant and couldn’t eat fried stuff but that is ridiculous I should not have to argue with her. Then my roommate had ARFID so she needed dietary help, and the nutritionist told her to eat bread. That’s a sad and pathetic excuse for a nutritionist. Staffs great but they should certainly fire her.

Went to this place in 2018 short term program, 3 months. Saved and changed my life. I understand it may not be for some but it always starts with yourself, you have to really want it and if you do the people and counselors here will help guide your way. Not everything is sunshine and rainbows here or anywhere for that matter, you have to be strong you have to be determined and if you are this place will work wonders for you. I'll have 8 years sober in 2 days and it all started here. Life is what you make it. If you're lost it doesn't mean you're lost forever, sometimes we all just need a little help and adult and teen challenge can be that help.
