Grateful.I checked into Vinland Center in Loretto on Nov 6th with a broken body and depression/addiction issues.Luckily my faith and spirit were intact. This organization specializes in physical therapy/addiction/mental health and head trauma.Peace out to Physical Therapist Jeff Willert. This guy is a world class trainer working for the Minnesota Vikings for many years. He convinced me how important nutrition and exercise is.There entire staff is top notch I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them if you need treatment.Even with two pending surgeries on my right knee and back I pushed my way thru there program.I got out and moved into The Retreat mansion on Summit on Jan 30th.have not had fast food since October.I only eat fresh food and lots of veggies and fruit very few carbs and almost no sugar. My blood pressure and blood sugar levels are normal.I have lost 20 pounds and have no had alcohol since October as well.I am sick with Covid right now on my bday.Yet I feel incredibly lucky and blessed for my family and support system.Very thankful for the state of Minnesota,Vinland Center and The Retreat.I am humbled and overwhelmed with the bday wishes which I will def respond too.I would rather be sick on my bday then drunk and lonely no question about that.Hooray for 54 and if I keep living healthy there will be many more.Especially grateful for my savior Jesus Crist if my life isnt #purposedriven then I have no life.LOVE AND SERVICE.#vinlandcenter #TheRetreat #kanesword #recoveryworks #fitness

My experience at Vinland was inspiring to me. It helped me with a lot of time to reflect on myself. It let me get back into practicing routine. Participating in groups and meetings. Started to eat healthier. I got back into shape by exercising. Including running again after years of not. Having the opportunity to appreciate nature again. I'm grateful to Vinland, it's staff, counselors, nurses, fitness team, my group members, my AA meetings there, the cooks and everyone else heavily involved with this facillity. Miss you Group 3!

Integrations Wellness & Recovery Center, LLC in Hutchinson, Minnesota, is an outpatient facility specializing in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in adolescents and adults. They also provide residential treatment services for women and offer supportive sober living housing through their sister location Foundation
I was so desperate when I called Integrations, pretty much in pure panic mode. My daughter had relapsed after being told when we left the hospital in TX, where we had just spent 14 days, 5 of those being in the ICU, that she would die if she drank again. She was so weak, thin, pale, and fragile from the abuse her body had taken over the prior 6-7 years of extremely heavy drinking. She turned 26 a few days after bringing her home with me to MN. She was sober for 4 months, yet here we were back in the hospital again after a short relapse. She had drunk so much liquor that she had a seizure. I felt so helpless. As a parent, you want to shield and protect your kids, but she was not a kid. She was an adult, and I really had no say so. I even thought that I was going to have to go and try to get a medical POA over her to try and save her life. While in the hospital, I spent my time searching rehabs in the state of Minnesota, and I ran across Integrations. I read all of the wonderful reviews and started calling. I think I was on the borderline of harassment; I called so many times over the few days at the hospital. I could not help but think that if she did not leave the hospital and go straight to an inpatient facility, I was going to lose my beautiful daughter. Best phone call I have ever made. I have Jill and Rich to thank for saving my daughter's life; really, all of the staff are so wonderful at this facility. Words truly cannot express the gratitude I have for the help and guidance they have given to my daughter and continue to do so in the sober living home. They truly are the most caring people. Thank you for accepting my daughter into your program! Thank you for saving my beautiful daughter's life.

Integrations truly saved my life! The staff there are all amazing from the techs to Dr. Rich Decker , Jill Decker and the counselor 's. Theyre all hands on. Jill and Rich own the place and are very much involved in our recovery. They're there day in and day out ( sometimes working as tech staff) They're just amazing people. They've even been there for me since I've been home. If you suffer from trauma and addiction, or just addiction..there's no safer place than integrations...they work hard to make it a safe healing environment...

My son was here for 90 days. I am beyond grateful for the help and guidance he/we received. The counselors went above and beyond. She genuinely listened to our input and incorporated what she heard into his assignments.we had some Extenuating circumstances that she was able to accommodate as well. I felt the director had my son's best interest at heart. He genuinely cared about the children. They were very accommodating with my schedule for our weekly visits. I chose to give 4 stars due to a few issues with a nurse. The nurse that we ended up dealing with for the rest of his stay went above and beyond as well.I would highly recommend this facility and staff.

I was in this place for around 3-5 months. I experienced lotta things and have been to many treatments before and l have never actually seen workers care bout they clients like these workers do. I seen lotta guys talk bad about stuff cause they don t get their way. I really thought l didn t learned nothing from this place but l actually did. I got put into the situations of using again and yes l relapse but l was also able to stop from letting myself go to deep into addiction cause of the skills l learned from this place. You can t really get help and better your self if you ain t really want the help to better yourself. I miss this place place and the nice & funny stuff. My fav stuff was always Paul this a good place but l keep seeing angry people commenting bad bout this place and tbh l think they just doing that cause they didn t get their way oh and btw lm 8 months sober now & also l wanna thank Ashley and everyone in this place that helped and thought me the skills l needed to maintain sober l hope everyone is doing good

i go to iop here, every single day i wake up and im looking forward to going. the staff are so friendly and make the place very welcoming. i love coming here and sharing my experiences with my peers and counselor, everyone listens and gives feedback (if wanted) and it’s nice to know im not alone in my struggles. the building its self if very calming and doesn’t get me overwhelmed or overstimulated. if i do get upset about something i can go to the iop program manager and talk to her in her office, where she listens to me if i don’t feel comfortable sharing in a medium environment. all of the counselors understand we are going through a hard time and have our own struggles, they put their every bit of attention onto the patients and make sure if they have needs, they are met. this program accepts adolescents and adults who are struggling, i know so many people who have had success in their sobriety due to this program. i love this place and i would 1000% recommend trying it out.

To any brand new guests at the Retreat reading Google reviews, either because you re worried about what exactly you ve signed up for, or just want to see what others experiences have been like put the phone away this place is extraordinary. It might make you upset sometimes, to understand deeply uncomfortable truths about yourself. Might piss you off a little, wherein you ll learn a habit of healthy resolution. You ll see an emotional sensitivity from the manliest, and a surprising level of courage from the meek.Learn from this place. When a line of people out the door say good morning and ask how are you doing today? it s not just a formality they TRULY want to know. You might never find a group of friends quite like the ones you ll have at the Retreat. From one guy who s had trouble seeing shit to the end for my entire life, going here (and sticking with it) was inarguably the best decision I ve ever made.
