Additional levels of care offered inc | Treatments Programs Payment Options | When I was 24, my addiction to prescription medication had spun wildly out of control. So much so that I crashed my step fathers car I was borrowing into a lake and don’t remember a single bit of it. The next day, sitting in a jail cell, I told myself I had had enough. I have a friend that had gone to WTC so I called them first without even trying anywhere else and immediately knew this was the place for me. WTC and the counselors/staff that work there without a doubt saved my life. This place is fantastic, but don’t be fooled. If you go here, expect to work. It’s not sit around and watch tv rehab, you’re expected to do certain things and act certain ways. It sounds hard I know, but I promise you if you’re serious about getting help for yourself, even if you’re being forced by your parents to do this, please give WTC a chance. The work pays off 10 fold.

I attended WTC 3 years and 5 months ago, my first time trying out the sobriety aspect. This place saved my life and truly push me to change into the better person I am now. If I could comment on other people’s 1 star reviews. I would say. It sounds like those people were not willing to get sober. Making up excuses to make it sound like it wasn’t everything that it was cut out to be. Especially co dependent parents who comment saying not to send there parents to a place that will eventually help their kids out in the long run. All in all if you want to change your life. Go here, if you don’t. Then you truly haven’t hit your bottom in life.
I work in recovery now. Due to this program, my life has changed for the better and I have everything I could ever want to keep me happy in this life.

Sadly they have been shut down. 2 families sued them because their son’s ran away and were brought back by police. The boys were unharmed but apparently the families were angry enough to put them out of business. Very very very sad. It was a place that did a lot of good for a lot of people.

The service I received at this office was extremely unorganized. They have many issues reporting and submitting paperwork. Because of the lack of diligence of at least one counselor at this office I have had many problems with the DOL. It's been nearly three weeks since my treatment discharge and my paperwork still hasn't been submitted to the state. For being a counseling service it baffles me that it has created more stressed by the services. The folks there are very pleasant but from my experience they should be more in tune with the state and how they report information.

Used services for them for both myself and my 3.5yo. During intake the counselor stated, she showed all the signs of ADD with Hyperactivity, Impolsivness, Inattentiveness and ODD. I should hear back within the week.
Waited 2 and finally called them. Was told it was not a behavior problem, it was a parenting problem.
We did not want medication. We wanted behavior counseling to help.
Was told to look up 123Magic and do that. 🙄
As for me, I went for help with my ADD. They cancelled 3 appointments and I missed one. Then I received a notice that they were dropping me for missed appointments and being inconsistent.
I do not suggest them as they are unprofessional and at times, rude.
Have had 2 more interactions with this place. Neither good.
They do not try to help and if you don't agree with the therapist regarding your child, they threaten you with CPS.
If you have to drive to Colville or Spokane for services, do it. It's worth the drive so you don't have to deal with this place.

Withdrawal can be scary, but with | Treatments Programs Payment Options | ⚠️I can't believe people are this unethical! I've never had such a disturbing experience with "therapists " in my entire life and I'm almost 60! It took a month to complete my assessment. The first "therapist" rolled his eyes, grimaced, sighed, called me "honey" in a derogatory way, and basically called me a liar. I reported him to the director. She apparently condones unprofessional behavior from her "therapists". I learned, don't report or you will be punished by the facility! I told the second, "therapist" that I have anxiety in groups(I have PTDS wirh social anxiety). I have a hard time disclosing personal information to people I do not know. She then told the director that I wasn't going to comply and refused group. This is not true. I even signed paperwork that I would attend and formulated a recovery plan. I thought it went well, apparently NOT! They basically call people in need liars! Very triggering if you have PTSD! Groups are $400.00 for 1 session! Advise extreme caution before you waste a month or so!

Edit: for the privacy of the child, I wrote this review on behalf of someone else very close to me. But this is not my child we are speaking of. As far as your reply, I appreciate you taking the time to address this issue over Google however, you are not committed to operating within the guidelines of the law and it is very apparent, considering you’re continue to see the child without parental consent.
It is beyond me that these people even hold licenses let alone degrees. In Idaho, if parents have joint legal custody, both must consent to medical decisions involving a minor child. When decision-making responsibilities regarding the child’s health, education, and general welfare are joint between two parents (an arrangement that ensures that both parents have an equal say and/or involvement in things detrimental to the child’s wellbeing) you would THINK that a mental health “professional” would abide by these laws. (Ref Idaho Code § 32-717B). These secret bi-weekly therapy sessions wouldn’t be as concerning if the child involved was thriving and getting the tools they need under the care of the therapist. But the harm that has been done by the amount of malpractice is significant, and I will not be sitting quietly about this issue.
Parents… RUN. find ANYONE else. There are a number of fantastic WONDERFUL mental health professionals in the area and I encourage you to do your own research.

SUD (Substance Use Disorder) is a serious disease that requires the assistance of educated, compassionate and empathetic individuals to navigate and conquer. You will receive the help you need at Break Through if and when you are ready to live a substance free life. PHP (partial hospitalization program) is available during the day and the evening. It is time consuming but a necessary step in recovery. You will be surprised how fast you move through this section on to Intensive Outpatient then
Outpatient. No one is let to ‘slip through the cracks’ as another review stated. Each client receives one on one therapy. There are book studies, massage, yoga. EMDR is available if the staff feels it is necessary for your recovery. The facility is immaculate and up to date. Every employee and outside contractor is heavily vested in your recovery. Counselors. Group Leaders. Medical staff. Reception. Director. Yoga Instructor. Masseuse. You will rarely meet an employee there that is not in active recovery. In other words, they get it! The staff meets on a regular basis to review all clients. My group leader noticed a shift in me and asked staff to keep an eye on me. I did relapse soon after because I didn’t reach out for help. And yet again later in the program. Both times I ignored the warning signs. Each time it was handled professionally and compassionately but firmly. I knew that that second time was my final or I would be heading back to Inpatient. I am now 10 months sober. Was it easy? Hell no! The hardest part is walking through the door for the first time after finally choosing your recovery over addiction. Recovery does not look the same for any 2 individuals. Break Through operates on this premise and will guide you through to a life that even you didn’t imagine you could be living.

This is the worst clinic ever I go in North Dakota they treat you like you’re a kid they keep you underneath the scope and they don’t try to help you get off. I was on it for nine years and I did more drugs on methadone. Did I did anything and thank God I had to beat somebody up they stole from me because they surely didn’t protect me and I went to ideal options stayed on Suboxone for I do options for a month and a half and got off and I’ve been clean not only I am currently in the process of reporting fraud and try to get them defunded from the states they have I went to my medical bills because my insurance isn’t in the great they are billing me for visits I didn’t I do just as I did not make counseling and they’re building me to this day like I go there and I haven’t been there in four months I have report fraud to this date, and the state told me to get the money from them. It belongs to me because it is my money that they and every time is to be returned to me with no Internet and guess how much it is you guys you’ll never believe it 13,000 and make sure you look at your medical records in the water, the methadone down and they’re not here to help you get here to keep your addicted why would they want to help you never put them out of business if you guys would really help and you really wanna be cleaning would you like that ideal options and they’re everywhere. Get out of here while you can and check over your medical bills because I can guarantee you Fred has been committed.

Montana is ranked 47th nationwide in terms of addiction treatment affordability, with an average cost of addiction treatment of $62,530.
The costs of drug and alcohol rehab in Montana vary widely and depend on several factors, including:
The costs of addiction treatment listed for cities and states are averages based on the cost of the treatment types listed above. These averages are high due to the cost of medical detoxification and residential inpatient rehab programs.
These numbers also reflect the raw cost of drug rehab, before any insurance coverage. The typical individual seeking addiction treatment can expect to pay much less for outpatient or intensive outpatient services than the averages listed below.
There are many ways to pay for drug rehab in Montana. Most treatment centers accept cash or self-payment, as well as private health insurance. However, there are many treatment centers in Montana that accept Medicaid and Medicare, or offer sliding scale payments or other low-cost payment options.
