I consider myself lucky to have landed in the care of this facility as there are so many terrible ones out there. The facility is beautiful and the staff is dedicated to the well being and success of each child. They take extra special care of the family system as a whole. Some programs focus just on the child, TWAI knows the importance of a healthy family system. The Baisden's and team have dedicated their lives to help teenagers redirect and change the direction of their decisions and their lives. Its been 22 years since I attended TW and I still consider them a resource and my family. Recently, I went back to visit and I was taken back to my time at TW. One thing I wish I could have done as a teenager, that as an adult I have never had the chance to do again, was slow down and focus on myself without influence and outside distractions. The place I was at for 10 yrs couldn’t keep counselors due to pay, insurance and they’d find something better, I had a lot of different counselors because of that, but I never faltered. I did what I was suppose to do. The people at this clinic are absolutely wonderful! They hard friendly, honest, and they truly care! I have gotten attached to all of them. They felt like home for me, I going to have a hard time leaving them due to moving very soon!! I’m m already sad about it. When you walk through those doors, you need to have your mind made up that you’re ready for their help. They’ll be there every step of the way. Just be honest and do what you’re supposed to do to do. The most amazing people work here. There isn’t one bad thing I can even see with this place. It’s very easy. Go in with the mindset of it being the first day of your new life. These amazing people will help you through it all, just be honest and go by the rules. I have been a patient at Community Medical Services since 2013. The staff has always done everything they can to help myself and others in the most professional and empathetic manor possible. This facility is intended to help those who have substance abuse problems, transition to medically supervised medications that simulate street drugs in a way where you don't have to worry about overdose, poisoning and death. They utilize the latest substance abuse alternative medicines, allowing you to function on a day-to-day basis without wondering how you're going to make it/score that day. As well as, individualized personal counseling on a regular basis to help you with the problems and thinking that caused most of us to use drugs initially. They implement this process with extremely well trained Substance Abuse Doctors, as well as, certified counselors and staff that are with you for every step of the sobriety journey. Teaching you the basic tools to stabilize your life, so you can succeed, rather than end up divorced, in prison or on the streets. I honestly can't say enough about how much they've helped me over the past 13 years. I am so grateful for everyone in that building; from the front desk staff, all the way to the individuals in other departments, all who come together as a unified organization to give people in need a easily obtainable alternative to drug abuse. I walked in needing help, and they provided aid for me on my road to recovery. Eventually, giving me all the necessary tools to navigate life and make it's a life worth living. Where I once was lost with no way out, I now have own a business for over 10 years and raised a child who has never seen me intoxicated on drugs. It's not such a big deal if you only have to come in once a week, or once every other week....but when you have to come in daily, it makes working hard to do. The front desk ladies are awesome, as are the nurses who pass the medicine, and the woman whom runs the program. All of them want to help, and it is evident by their actions. Us girls in the van asked Lisa to drive around the block and head back to help the man. She did NO QUESTIONS asked. We got there to see the man laying there with his shoes off, pockets emptied, not breathing and clearly experiencing an overdose. We began chest compressions and he eventually came to. Lisa quickly called the authorities and they took it from there. Hi, I am a former resident of Turning Winds. I consider myself lucky to have landed in the care of this facility as there are so many terrible ones out there. The facility is beautiful and the staff is dedicated to the well being and success of each child. They take extra special care of the family system as a whole. Some programs focus just on the child, TWAI knows the importance of a healthy family system. The Baisden's and team have dedicated their lives to help teenagers redirect and change the direction of their decisions and their lives. Its been 22 years since I attended TW and I still consider them a resource and my family. Recently, I went back to visit and I was taken back to my time at TW. One thing I wish I could have done as a teenager, that as an adult I have never had the chance to do again, was slow down and focus on myself without influence and outside distractions. If you are reading this, I hope you choose TW over the other potential options, you will NEVER regret that choice. Love you TW family, forever. Ash

I've been at tamarack for a while now both with one on one therapy and alcohol treatment...it's a breath of fresh air, to have a place that not only understands that life happens and self care is important but that we are all imperfect in our own ways. The best experience I could have hoped for going into rehab. You instantly feel welcomed from the staff and know that they care about you and your recovery instead of making you feel bad about your past choices. The facility is super clean with cozy rooms and a rec room for meals and hanging out with plenty of activities and shows to watch when not in sessions. I have been off of pain meds for 12 yrs now. I have never even been tempted to go back to them. It was killing my family and myself. It been easy for me to do what needs to be done when going to a clinic!! The place I was at for 10 yrs couldn’t keep counselors due to pay, insurance and they’d find something better, I had a lot of different counselors because of that, but I never faltered. I did what I was suppose to do. The people at this clinic are absolutely wonderful! They hard friendly, honest, and they truly care! I have gotten attached to all of them. They felt like home for me, I going to have a hard time leaving them due to moving very soon!! I’m m already sad about it. When you walk through those doors, you need to have your mind made up that you’re ready for their help. They’ll be there every step of the way. Just be honest and do what you’re supposed to do to do. The most amazing people work here. There isn’t one bad thing I can even see with this place. It’s very easy. Go in with the mindset of it being the first day of your new life. These amazing people will help you through it all, just be honest and go by the rules. I’m truly going to miss every person I have dealt with here, especially my counselor and the young lady who did the front desk then became a counselor!!! I love them all! You won’t regret going to this clinic!!❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰

This is super long but please read it! If it helps one person it's well worth it. I have been a patient at Community Medical Services since 2013. The staff has always done everything they can to help myself and others in the most professional and empathetic manor possible. This facility is intended to help those who have substance abuse problems, transition to medically supervised medications that simulate street drugs in a way where you don't have to worry about overdose, poisoning and death. They utilize the latest substance abuse alternative medicines, allowing you to function on a day-to-day basis without wondering how you're going to make it/score that day. As well as, individualized personal counseling on a regular basis to help you with the problems and thinking that caused most of us to use drugs initially. They implement this process with extremely well trained Substance Abuse Doctors, as well as, certified counselors and staff that are with you for every step of the sobriety journey. Teaching you the basic tools to stabilize your life, so you can succeed, rather than end up divorced, in prison or on the streets. I honestly can't say enough about how much they've helped me over the past 13 years. I am so grateful for everyone in that building; from the front desk staff, all the way to the individuals in other departments, all who come together as a unified organization to give people in need a easily obtainable alternative to drug abuse. I walked in needing help, and they provided aid for me on my road to recovery. Eventually, giving me all the necessary tools to navigate life and make it's a life worth living. Where I once was lost with no way out, I now have own a business for over 10 years and raised a child who has never seen me intoxicated on drugs. I pray this reaches someone and you walk in those doors and get help.

I had an amazing experience here. I’m visiting from Boise and had a bit of a dental emergency, and the entire team was incredibly kind and accommodating. Just started at sparc a couple weeks ago and it s been great! The sense of community they bring in is awesome. Always a broad variety of people so you definitely won t feel like an oddball. This clinic has grown and done so well started out a bit rough nearly a year and a half ago but they have worked out all the kinks since I started the director jumps in and helps wherever needed the doctor is super fast to respond Lisa the head nurse is the most amazing person and staff member they have she deserves the most! It used to be such an issue when I wanted to taper now they all work together and get ish done so fast! I’m nearly never late to work anymore actually always early I give myself plenty of time but they work together so well to get you in and out you don’t have to worry much anymore! Of course issues out of their control can arise like having a gas smell and having to evacuate at one point but they communicated with everyone and once back in they busted through the doses and were caught up so fast I was super surprised when I came back an hour later and dosed I cannot tell you how amazing this clinic is how personal the staff is they all want what is new for each patient and I truly believe that! If you want to change your life Spokane Treatment Center is the place to start! Michelle is the absolute best counselor she’s like a cheerleader there when you need her and rooting you on every visit! They are all super responsive and supportive Yvonne is a great director you won’t be falling through the cracks you will be given every tool you need to succeed! lol they even all hav a sense Of humor loved the Christmas tree decor!

Everyone whom works here is great. They want to help. The only gripe I have is the hours. It's not such a big deal if you only have to come in once a week, or once every other week....but when you have to come in daily, it makes working hard to do. I have an understanding boss, but if I didn't, I'm not sure what I would do. My counselor is awesome. The front desk ladies are awesome, as are the nurses who pass the medicine, and the woman whom runs the program. All of them want to help, and it is evident by their actions. If you are in need of MAT services, I recommend looking into becoming a patient here at STC.

I would love to recommend this place for it was a big healing journey for me to begin my true sobriety life , I've been in this program for five months , meeting new people whom had the same struggle or not , we are were able to relate in some ways or another , each have a story to tell , the councillors also helped me and one specific councillor truly even today is helping me and I am grateful, I feel blessed and love. I am happy to continue on with my sobriety and pray for others to also seek the help they may need . Everything and everyone was so welcoming when I was so scared to start yet by faith ,I took another step each day and this place taught me so much about myself and remembering who I really am . Lisa is a HERO today! She stopped/dropped everything to save someone's life who was left stranded in a wide open city parking lot. We drove by, while on our way to the ABHS Cozza location and saw a man laying outside of white vehicle 1 man, (or 2) standing over him robbing him. Us girls in the van asked Lisa to drive around the block and head back to help the man. She did NO QUESTIONS asked. We got there to see the man laying there with his shoes off, pockets emptied, not breathing and clearly experiencing an overdose. We began chest compressions and he eventually came to. Lisa quickly called the authorities and they took it from there. THANK YOU AGAIN LISA for your heart for others and for quickly acting to save this mans life!:-) I am POSITIVE he is forever greatful!🤗

This place was the setting stone to my recovery! The staff and program were professional and thought out and truly helpful. I was there during the holidays and they made it feel so special. I still have great relationships with the girls I met there. Thank you Izzy!

The staff there are absolutely wonderful. They truly care for you and your situation and try and make you feel as comfortable as possible for you and your child or children. Not one staff member was rude or not once did they not try and put there whole heart into your situation. I absolutely love the staff here and truly appreciate each and everyone of them who are trying to make a difference in young mothers and there babies life's. You guys are amazing there keep up your amazing work!

I came to abhs mission from prison on the GRE program with intentions of unpacking all childhood trauma and everything that could be used in justifying drug use as a result of poor coping skills. with the support of my counselor as well as the community as a whole and all care team staff,I started processing the darkest parts of my life and letting it go one by one. I was senior coordinator of the upper structure giving me the platform to lead other leaders while learning who I AM and what great things I'm capable of. Leaving this environment was an emotional moment for me as I was leaving the biggest milestone of my life,the experience that lead me to loving,valueing,and respecting myself resulting in a inner peace I've never had. I will forever be grateful to this place and the experience I had there this is an amazing program. IF YOU WANT IT and you're done blaming everyone and everything else for where you're at in life. Go in open minded and hungry for something better
