Very grateful for community medical services. Maintenance gave me the opportunity to develop a lifestyle that was conducive to sobriety and the tools to create a life I never thought was imaginable. 5 years later I have my own business, a family, and a support system that allows me to deal with the road bumps that are a part of life’s journey. It’s never easy but it’s beyond worth it. I would recommend looking into the options that CMS offers to anyone that is struggling with addiction to narcotics or knows somebody who is!

When I was 24, my addiction to prescription medication had spun wildly out of control. So much so that I crashed my step fathers car I was borrowing into a lake and don’t remember a single bit of it. The next day, sitting in a jail cell, I told myself I had had enough. I have a friend that had gone to WTC so I called them first without even trying anywhere else and immediately knew this was the place for me. WTC and the counselors/staff that work there without a doubt saved my life. This place is fantastic, but don’t be fooled. If you go here, expect to work. It’s not sit around and watch tv rehab, you’re expected to do certain things and act certain ways. It sounds hard I know, but I promise you if you’re serious about getting help for yourself, even if you’re being forced by your parents to do this, please give WTC a chance. The work pays off 10 fold.

M.A.C.T. team(hamilton) libby is the lead and she can come off rude and pushing and come to find out lies too. She was told no several times and she wouldn't respect the answer she got. M.A.C.T. tries to get others to do as much as possible before they do it. The counseling here is okay. You may have to try different counselors before you find yours though. Goodluck🍀

You are not going to find a better Crisis center ..... absolutely the best care I've had for horrific PTSD EVER I felt that compared to other places I used to have to take my ex-wife and once when I got divorced....hands down no comparison....incredible care and loving nonjudgmental staff and I was acting pretty darned weird due to Trauma response......do your self a Favor and don't go it alone it took 30 years for me to get help like this. The rest is up too you God bless.

I thought the programming and services were good. I actually found the staff to be very friendly and accepting of real diversity. Which unfortunately I did not find the rest of the town to be so much as. I admit at first I didn't like having to go to recovery mall. But I got used to it. Sometimes I miss the question they used to ask. As to what change in diet everybody wants. And of course everybody would say along with me more beef.
The only thing I didn't like. Was that when I moved out. I did it with somebody I met there. And it turned out to end up being a mistake. Also when I came out. I noticed some people that I talked to. Did not want to talk to me anymore. But other than a few clients I think the service and program is good.
To those of you who give the reviews. Especially the ones of a more negative nature. Keep in mind that living in a group home requires some adapting. If you have a preference for living on your own and making your own rules. Of course you're not going to like this living arrangement to much. In general they provided a good one.

Lisa Turk a nurse practitioner here is a joke. In less then 5 minutes of seeing me for the first time she determined that one of my medications was to high and wanted to cut it in half and for me to enter into a controlled substance contract. No thanks I would rather not take it then give someone control over me. But what really pisses me off is that my depression medication is not working. That’s what I need changed that’s what I went there for and she didn’t seem to care. All she was worried about was that contract for the other prescription.

I first found breakthrough in 2023, and the program was so great. I left feeling motivated to change, unfortunately life caught up to me and I didn’t use the many tools, resources and education they provided when I left and needed to return in 2025. They welcomed me back with no judgement and gave me the opportunity to grow once again. The counselors are all amazing, and they have the ability to guide you but also hold you accountable all while being supportive and genuinely caring. This place saved me, by giving me the confidence in myself that I can live a sober and joyful life. The many people I met throughout the program were a bright spot during my time there. Being able to meet people from all different backgrounds, but all having the common struggle with the disease humbled me and allowed so much growth to learn but also build genuine connections and friendships. It is hard work, and the need to take accountability for my own actions is what is needed to succeed, but Breakthrough was the place I felt most safe, seen and heard to accomplish a sober life. I was at the end of my rope many attempts of suicide I wanted my life to end this place help saved my life the staff was phenomenal most are graduates of that program which for me really helped me continue my road to recovery in this journey I still stop by from time to time and say hello because without the caring stuff and the counselor I had I'd probably be dead I'm so grateful for the knowledge wisdom that those staff shared with me all the way from the admittance to the Cook which by the way the food was on point. Went to Colonial Clinic November 2020, and I am so incredibly grateful I found them. At the time I attended (I hope it's still the same to this day) they require attendance of an outside support group, and strongly suggest getting a sponsor. I followed the suggestions and am still with the same sponsor to this day (May 2023). Did Colonial fix my problems? No. But it was a great first step coming here. That's why I give them five stars, because they kick-started my lifelong recovery process.

I went through colonial clinic in 1992. I am forever grateful for everybody in the clinic. I don’t know who works here anymore, ken, Donna, Hank, Julie and a few others that I don’t remember the name of. God bless you all! I am able to say have not had a drink since entering colonial clinic!

Just started at sparc a couple weeks ago and it s been great! The sense of community they bring in is awesome. Always a broad variety of people so you definitely won t feel like an oddball. I ve been to other counciling places that just don t teach you much. They definitely have a standered and stick by it. Especially for taking state insurance!

I had never been to a chiropractor, even though I had been told all about how great it will help. I have been dealing with chronic migraines most my life. Been to doctor after doctor, but I was scared to go to the chiropractor. It wasn't until my niece, (mind you is a baby) was going to Ignite. Honestly I wish I would have gone sooner. I am not sure why the ratings are so low, but I went 10/5/25 to the er, in severe pain, and I had the best treatment. They listened, and were very thorough. Im from Texas and I've never had an ER be so thorough with finding out what is wrong. Exceptional care!!

I am not sure if I am allowed to share Doctor's name but last night 8/20 Dr. C in the emergency room was awesome. I was in there something minor but he gave me great care and so did the nurses. I know ER's get a bad rap but I havr always been taken care of and seen in a timely manner.
