Very grateful for community medical services. Maintenance gave me the opportunity to develop a lifestyle that was conducive to sobriety and the tools to create a life I never thought was imaginable. 5 years later I have my own business, a family, and a support system that allows me to deal with the road bumps that are a part of life’s journey. It’s never easy but it’s beyond worth it. I would recommend looking into the options that CMS offers to anyone that is struggling with addiction to narcotics or knows somebody who is!

Kalispell, Montana | Logan Health Medical Center, located in Kalispell, Montana, is an acute care regional referral center offering a full spectrum of healthcare. Their psychiatric addiction treatment center, known as Pathways, specializes in the treatment of alcoholism, dual diagnosis, mental health and substance abuse, and opioid addiction. Formerly known as Pathwa | Treatments Programs Payment Options | Ok... Let's start with the obvious and the easiest way to my heart .. the kitchen and the chefs... Yes I said chefs. The food here was the type that if you saw it on a menu at a restaurant you would think you couldn't afford it... It was literally that good. And the kitchen staff were an absolute joy.
Second... My treatment team... Dr. Sloan and therapist Katy.... I honestly cannot say enough about them. The facility is not funded nor designed for long term care... They not only understood my need for further care, they also advocated for a longer stay with my insurance as well as led me to pathlights program for further care in a php program in San Antonio. They went out of their way to facilitate and insure my transfer, acceptance and travel to the facility. I am now five weeks into my php and, although hard at times, I am finding the proper tools to deal with my PTSD and grief that logan health helped begin.
I will never be able to thank my team enough. As well as nurses like Stefan and others I can't remember their names. I would be remiss not to mention Kelsi... The logan health superhero. What she did for me on her own time and of her own free will and obvious compassion, went so far above and beyond her job description that it's difficult to convey with mere words.
For a man with no reason to live when I entered the facility.... I am beginning to see some light at the end of a very dark tunnel and I have logan health and my team and wonderful staff to thank for every bit of it.
I hope they will read this and understand the true scope of impact they had on my road to recovery.
God bless you all and thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!!

In a point in my life where I was planning to end my life, my primary provider calmly but firmly said I needed to check into an inpatient facility. I was taken to Logan Behavioral Health. From the moment I walked in every staff member was truly kind and caring. Very quickly the Dr that was assigned to me diagnosed me with PTSD. Most of my previous prescriptions were not made for PTSD. By the time I was discharged, I was stable and had tools to help me cope with the long process that I'm facing.
From the Dr to the nurses to the pharmacist to MHS to HUC to the cooks and housekeeping, I can't express enough how much support and kindness they provided. It's truly an amazing facility focused on each patient. The food was excellent and the facility was always clean.
Thank you all for what you do.

Additional levels of care offered inc | Treatments Programs Payment Options | When I was 24, my addiction to prescription medication had spun wildly out of control. So much so that I crashed my step fathers car I was borrowing into a lake and don’t remember a single bit of it. The next day, sitting in a jail cell, I told myself I had had enough. I have a friend that had gone to WTC so I called them first without even trying anywhere else and immediately knew this was the place for me. WTC and the counselors/staff that work there without a doubt saved my life. This place is fantastic, but don’t be fooled. If you go here, expect to work. It’s not sit around and watch tv rehab, you’re expected to do certain things and act certain ways. It sounds hard I know, but I promise you if you’re serious about getting help for yourself, even if you’re being forced by your parents to do this, please give WTC a chance. I attended WTC 3 years and 5 months ago, my first time trying out the sobriety aspect. This place saved my life and truly push me to change into the better person I am now. If I could comment on other people’s 1 star reviews. I would say. It sounds like those people were not willing to get sober. Making up excuses to make it sound like it wasn’t everything that it was cut out to be. Went here several years ago... Early 90's... It was one of the most scenic, spiritual and thrilling chapters of my life. It gave me my love of the outdoors. Being an east coaster and seeing that place was life changing. However, I will say this, I am not one to judge harshly but I have been far removed from this place and been around the program long enough to say. Treatment centers are a business, and business need dollars.... Not that I am bashing WTC here as it was an incredible experience but talking to my parents and looking back there were a lot of decisions that would have been made differently. One, if you send your child to a treatment center and they try to send them somewhere else after they have complete the first program, ie: halfway house, extended long term treatment center, be very wary, I went from Montana to Louisiana and that was the most horrific 11 months of my life. My parents spent way too much money for the care I needed. Two months at WTC should be more than enough if you have a great outpatient center when they return, have a sponsor or at least someone to take them to their meetings daily outpatient a couple times a week and certainly helps to find young peoples AA. Most states have conferences that are geared towards young people in recovery.. that is what will keep them sober not more treatment

Edit: for the privacy of the child, I wrote this review on behalf of someone else very close to me. But this is not my child we are speaking of. As far as your reply, I appreciate you taking the time to address this issue over Google however, you are not committed to operating within the guidelines of the law and it is very apparent, considering you’re continue to see the child without parental consent.
It is beyond me that these people even hold licenses let alone degrees. In Idaho, if parents have joint legal custody, both must consent to medical decisions involving a minor child. When decision-making responsibilities regarding the child’s health, education, and general welfare are joint between two parents (an arrangement that ensures that both parents have an equal say and/or involvement in things detrimental to the child’s wellbeing) you would THINK that a mental health “professional” would abide by these laws. (Ref Idaho Code § 32-717B). These secret bi-weekly therapy sessions wouldn’t be as concerning if the child involved was thriving and getting the tools they need under the care of the therapist. But the harm that has been done by the amount of malpractice is significant, and I will not be sitting quietly about this issue.
Parents… RUN. find ANYONE else. There are a number of fantastic WONDERFUL mental health professionals in the area and I encourage you to do your own research.

My experience was so wonderful. First off EVERYONE from administration office (we took a wrong turn) to the front desk, to the janitor, to the dentist and especially the hygienists. Wow. Just an incredible staff you have. Such a warmth I have never felt in any medical field. We live in post falls which is a little bit of a drive, and there had been a miscommunication and I had assumed we had made an appointment for a cleaning, apparently at a new patient appointment they only take X-rays. Well Connie had made herself available and moved some things around to get both my son and I cleaned that same day. During our visit to the dental clinic, we were helped by Connie, Lin and Dr. Frank. Awesome awesome people. I felt respected and heard and not like just another patient. This was our first visit, and it felt different, Marimn health felt more like a community. I’m looking forward to our future visits.

When I went to MCDC, I was younger and it was in the other building. I hated it when I went through and I was court ordered both times I did. Now that I have overcome my addictions through Gods grace, I can see where the staff was coming from and also understand that they are human beings that grow as they help us to. I would say that for anyone that is serious about getting sober, this is a good place and willingness to do what is best for yourself rather than what you want to do is a big part of recovery. Trust the process, and know as long as your looking towards the light, which I have come to know is the Son of God, Jesus Christ, than all the hard things will be used to strengthen you and make you more resilient.
