I use to go here. The staff? IS AMAZING I loved their work and how they helped me. They are a great place to send your child. I enjoyed it here. Yeah you have to follow rules and such. I'm a veteran and have been dealing with mental and addiction issues for long time. The problems I have incountered have been being able to talk to actual person which when that happens I give up as the years have pasted by life has spiraled down hill. Giving up has been my fault but now 30 years later getting help much needed. Once I have gotten in contact with actual person every helpful and kept updated and when leave messages don't have to wonder if or when will hear back. The staff and other people involved are great just need a better automated system

As a person who became dependent on medication for chronic pain for many years, I decided it was time to be out from under them. I hadn't worked with anyone on this before, so I was pretty intimidated. No reason! These people treat everyone with respect and decency, without judgement. Not to mention they were able to help me that very day, and helped me to feel so much better immediately! Just a great asset to those of us who are in similar situations, and I would recommend them to anyone trying to rid themselves of the ever growing gorilla on their backs, like me. If they can help me, of all people, they can help you too! Don't wait any longer, go get the life you deserve without the substance/(s) that you think make life easier! Full five star rating! Thank you CMS!

I cannot say enough how fabulous the team working one evening were when I showed up with my son. He was in seriously rough shape very, didn't make it past the front door. Emt was called to get him to the hospital. The staff were truly amazing from how they treated my son in kindness, communicating with firm but soft tones. Tim went above and beyond to personally connect with my son as much as he could under the circumstances. He truly cared for his well-being. Tim negotiated for my son to be able to have a cigarette and calm down before he would let EMT help him. My son will be admitting it soon. If this is the level of care I can expect, I am deeply hopeful that my son will find his reason to get the help he needs.Thank you, Team. thank you, Tim.Amazing experience! I have just completed family week, visiting a family member and learning so much. I can not say enough great things about the staff or the program. We had a hiccup during our visit with our family member in treatment. It was taken care of in a timely, caring, fully supportive manner. I went for my family member, and I left learning about myself. I highly recommend that if you have a loved one or struggling yourself to consider Rimrock Foundation, my greatest thanks is to Polly for an amazing family program, Traci front desk for truly caring. And Melissa for going above and beyond for our family.Thank you, is just not enough.

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch is a behavioral health program for children between the ages of eleven and eighteen in Billin | Treatments Payment Options | YBGR was lowkey really nice, I loved it there. The food isn t top tier but it s a pretty good treatment place in my opinion. Sometimes there s some stupid and scary stuff that will happen like fights, but it is to be expected in treatment. But I liked it and I felt it was useful in the long run. I struggled with some staff but I really loved my staff in my lodge. Also, you will get consequences/accountability's for not following the rules, but I think it s a good thing set in place to hold people accountable. (I ve gotten a bit of a fair share of consequences so it s from experience). The place really helped my confidence and mental health without making me a med zombie. They have a Chemical Dependency program and AA to try to help kids who struggle with substance abuse issues and they have very kind counselors with CD. Cheryl was my CD counselor and I felt like she listened to me. Also thankyou to my PM Emily and my favorite day staff Marcos and overnight Zach! They did a lot for me then they might ve realized. Honest, treatment only works if your kid wants to work it. You can fight it and be miserable, or you can try to participate. And if you do, you ll likely get somewhere. Please don t blame the staff and foundation for the outcome, treatment can only work if you have the desire to get better. I was in Shumaker lodge!! 24-25

At one time this nursing home had a reputation that made you question whether or not you should place a loved one here. I m here to tell you that shouldn t even be a question. My aunt came for therapy, a few months ago and was very reluctant to go. Now, she and my family couldn t be happier. The staff is very caring, kind and respectful. There is laughter in the halls, there is a sense of pride in what they do, and they communicated very well with my aunt, and my family. I highly recommend Big Horn. I had the pleasure of working with the team at Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center in Sheridan about a month ago, and I was truly impressed by their warmth and dedication to the residents. The caregivers I met were not only friendly but deeply invested in providing quality care. You could feel the authenticity in the stories they shared, and it was clear that the residents are genuinely loved and well taken care of.During my time there, I filmed an interview with both administrators and employees, and hearing their passion for what they do really stood out to me. It s rare to find a care facility where you sense such a personal connection between staff and residents. Based on my experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center to my friends and family. Dr Bakko I was referred to for administering multiple tests. As part of this he interviewed me and I am very poor at that. He helped keep me focused and many times had to patiently go back to probe deeper to clarify and really understand what I was saying. Because of my emotions, it’s like a freight train driving through his office. He’s gifted.
The tests were administered in a very private, proffessional, clean, and quiet area. He is very organized and proffessional.
He reviewed my answers and again made it very comfortable and open to discuss why I answered the way I did. He asked many different questions to understand my concerns. He was very patient and caring to make sure he understood my answers.
