They saved my life, I went in there in drug induced psychosis, was suicidal, and lower than I had ever been in my life. Amber is great, all the tt s and the nurses are great. The counselors all care. And Chris busts his ass. I was lucky and got a bed in a 3.1 in Livingston called swcdc and I now have 3 honest months. Could have not done it without these guys. They have never given up on me. All but two of the TT’s were amazing, and seemed very invested in patient recoveries, My counselor was both empathetic and challenging. And created a safe space for me to be honest with myself and her. I have been to this treatment center three times now. Every time I have gotten a lot out of it, but this last time changed my life. Sometimes I think people confuse treatment with a vacation and a spa. But if you are willing to try and do the work necessary, they Will go so far for you. But of course, they are not gonna work harder than you’re willing to work. I can’t say enough about the Case Manager currently she went above and Beyond for me. She had a massive impact on my heart, My life and my recovery. My counselor Case Manager, and the Director all made me feel like a priority. And sometimes I struggle with myself a priority. It meant the world to me.

This place teaches alot of useful skills like anger management, meditation, and focuses alot on mental health not just about staying sober. Teaches alot of relationship skills ect, Staff are all really kind and the rooms and showers are big and nice. It's alot better then I thought, but I wasn't forced into going, left early and didn't make it to graduate but been sober ever since the ninth and My relationships have improved let alone My physical health. I Absolutely Do recommend this place to anyone who wants to get sober and stay sober!! Thank you mcdc they saved my life! Hope I never need to go again but if I did I would go happily!

I went here when it was community health clinic years ago. Now its Blacktail and just let me say: These ladies are so kind, patient and helpful at the front desk. And my provider Alicia Foley is amazing! I feel so comfortable speaking to her about intimate things and she really listens and takes the time to explain things to me and I dont feel judged (: she seems to really care! Unfortunately, if you are going here it's not by choice....I am her to speak on the aftermath of this program. I have a life today that has far exceeded my goals in early recovery. This program and some very amazing people within it, helped me grow and change in ways I am so grateful for. This was the wake up call I very desperately needed. When I was sentenced to elkhorn people told me you will not be the same person after that program "it changes you" (they didn't mean that in a good way) little did I know they were right!! I am a different person then when I went into this program. I have an amazing life; I have my kids back, I am buying a home, I have a college degree, a career, 5 years sober, and a life I've built that I am not willing to lose!! At Elkhorn I made the decision to take charge of my life, I decided to stop surviving and start living!! If you are reading this you probably have a family member here or maybe a stay here is possibly in the cards for you. If you lean into this program and take everything you can out of it, look at it as an opportunity instead of a consequence, you too can have the life you dream about (only far better).

The best thing that could have ever happen to me was being sent to elkhorn. I learned to much from them. Because I went in with an open mind and wanting to change and be sober and healthy …it worked . I have had my struggles since I have been out but there was not one time that I ever gave thought to go using . Now that I have been out I see why things were done the way they are done at ETC. and with anything in life if you want something bad enough you can have it . If you want to be sober you will take the tools with you and use them . My life is so amazing now and yes it all cause I went to ETC with an open mind and a mindset of wanting to change and live a better life then I ever thought I could . Thank you etc I am so thankful of all of you !

I would absolutely give a 10. From the time I called ideal option to the time I was getting real help was only a matter of hours, I feel that quick response time is important when a person is nervous to reach out. Also, Dr Sather and Tucker have been helping to guide me through this challenging time. They have both been extremely helpful, I feel safe sharing my situation as there's no judgment from them. Excellent Service at the VA – Highly Recommend! I had an excellent experience with the service at the VA in Fort Harrison, Helena, Montana. The nurse who helped me was absolutely amazing—kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything to me and made the entire experience so much easier. I also want to highlight the kindness of the staff throughout the building. When I couldn’t find where I was supposed to go, a lovely woman in the hallway actually walked me all the way to my destination. Even some of the maintenance staff went out of their way to help me find my way out of the building. It’s not every day that you experience that level of genuine kindness and helpfulness. I especially want to recognize the nurse for making such a positive impression. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend! ❤️

I’ve been enrolled in two different VA healthcare systems the Montana VA healthcare system and the Travis W Atkins clinic in Bozeman are by far the best I’ve ever been to. I’ve recently moved to another state and enrolled in their healthcare system, and even though I knew how good I had it. I miss it so much. I never had to wait for anything there I had calls immediately and if they couldn’t take care of ME care in the Community was on the phone with me within hours. The providers and the nurses were top notch and were always happy and very pleasant to be around. Thank you all so much for everything you provided for me in the last nine years.

I've gone to dozens of different VA clinics and hospitals throughout MT, WY, and CO over the last 20+ years. The staff at this clinic have been nothing but helpful, courteous, good listeners (actually document stuff), etc. I've gotten consults, meds, and answers to questions.... not much more you could really ask for. They're good to go.

This place is absolutely life saving! The care the Case Managers and LAC’s take with their clients is TOP-NOTCH! Mandy has worked wonders for me personally so a HUGE shout out to her- just an amazing woman! The staff are literally Angels in disguise. The knowledge and care that the LAC’s share shows the loving people that they truly are; they love us for the people we are, not who we were. Went here 2 times one for acute and residential in 2021. Well I would say it helped me in some ways. I would also say it really just depends. My experience with the staff was amazing and I felt like the ones I had on my unit truly cared about us kids. All the staff I have met have been truly supportive and kind. My only problem is that when I was there they would dose me up on all these different kinds of medications and when I would advocate for myself and tell the psychologist I didn’t want to be on all these high dosed medications because they make me sick, they would always ignore me or just dose me up more. I did have an incident where an other kid on the unit was being weird and inappropriate towards me. I told the nurses repeatedly and they never even did anything to correct this behavior or even make him stay away from me. Other than those 2 things my experience was overall good. Definitely learned what I needed to and so much more from my experiences here!!

I struggled my entire life into my early 30s. Dr Holman was the first one to properly diagnose me. He has taken very good care of me and I trust him so much I took family members there. His front office and Tae have been beyond helpful. I'm sincerely sad that I moved states and have to find a provider here where I'm living now. Dr Holman was the only Dr I have seen that made feel understood and showed true compassion. I wish all Drs were like him. He took care of me when everyone else failed. I don't understand these reviews that say he is anything other than amazing. Thank you Dr Holman for renewing my faith in Drs, helping my family, and for helping me with the shit show that was my life. I'm indebted to you.
