Chrysalis saved our family. When our daughter could no longer safely remain at home, Chrysalis' outstanding staff gave her, and us, the tools and space to stabilize our life and enable the potential for a viable path forwards to a different, but functional relationship with our daughter as she transitions to adult life. We are so thankful that we found this program, who has worked with us to make this option viable for our family and who has continued to provide their support now that our daughter has graduated the program. They truly care and offered our daughter, and us, round the clock support. While our daughter still has further to go in her personal journey, the lessons she learned at Chrysalis have given her tools that will stay with her for life, and we believe these tools and experiences at Chrysalis very well may have saved her life.

The staff, teachers, therapists, and administration showed up for me and my daughter with unwavering guidance, deep patience, and honest reflection. In the midst of one of our most difficult seasons, they held space for our healing. They reminded us that growth isn’t linear — that it’s okay to stumble — and they stood by us as we committed to the ups and downs, learning to trust the process, even when it felt impossible

Our 17-year-old daughter spent time at Chrysalis Therapeutic Boarding School, and we are deeply grateful for the progress we witnessed during her stay. From the beginning, it was clear that the staff truly cared about each student—not just their safety and well-being, but their emotional growth and long-term success. Her therapist at Chrysalis was exceptional. She developed a level of trust and connection with our daughter that none of her previous therapists had been able to reach. The therapist’s insight, compassion, and clinical expertise made all the difference. She helped our daughter take true ownership of her decisions, both in terms of the tools she learned and the consequences of choosing whether or not to use them. This accountability has been empowering for her and has had a lasting impact. The campus itself is safe, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. We always felt that the girls were well cared for, both physically and emotionally. The Chrysalis program encourages parent involvement and connection. We built relationships with other parents and felt supported by staff every step of the way. It’s clear that Chrysalis doesn’t just focus on the student—they support the whole family system. Sending our daughter to Chrysalis turned out to be one of the best we’ve ever made. We wholeheartedly recommend this program to families who are looking for deep, lasting healing and growth.

Wonderful place. I was referred here after I stopped going to North Idaho Community Mental Health. The staff here listens much better and is very kind. When I go in most of the time the people are welcoming.

Amazing and kind therapists are always ready to offer their help. If you need someone to listen to you, this is the perfect place.

If anyone was to ask me about going to the Isabella house for treatment I would tell them keep looking for somewhere else cause the Isabella house allows women there that are taking methadone or Suboxone to breastfeed theirs newborn babies so what ends up happening is that the newborn baby is going through withdrawals from drinking their mother's breast milk and the staff that works there at the Isabella house is okay with the mothers making the babies go through the withdrawals cause it's the mother's choice to stop breastfeeding the baby or not that is so messed up.

DO NOT LET ANYONE YOU LOVE GO THERE!! Especially if you want to communicate with them whatsoever they never answer the phone and when they do they’re rude, unhelpful and love repeating the same stuff over and over while connecting you to someone else that never answers and never returns messages or phone calls. Also when they are unable to speak for some reason because of the timing that you called or whatever the reason they won’t take a message either so not only do you not get to speak to them but they don’t even get to know that you called. my babies mom has been there for a month I’ve called every day and I’ve only talked to her twice for a couple minutes and that was only because she had called grandma to do a video conference with my daughter or else I wouldn’t even have been able to speak with her that much. I’ve been sitting here trying to come up with something nice to say about the place so that it’s not just all negative but I can’t so I guess it’s just gonna be negative

I've been at tamarack for a while now both with one on one therapy and alcohol treatment...it's a breath of fresh air, to have a place that not only understands that life happens and self care is important but that we are all imperfect in our own ways. They dig deep in getting to know you, your childhood - adult years to better establish the core beliefs and root causes of your issues. I highly recommended and also believe that every one star on this review is from individuals that probably didn't take accountability or personal responsibility for their own actions. I'm gonna continue with tamarack rate 5 stars.

My experience was so wonderful. First off EVERYONE from administration office (we took a wrong turn) to the front desk, to the janitor, to the dentist and especially the hygienists. Wow. Just an incredible staff you have. Such a warmth I have never felt in any medical field. We live in post falls which is a little bit of a drive, and there had been a miscommunication and I had assumed we had made an appointment for a cleaning, apparently at a new patient appointment they only take X-rays. Well Connie had made herself available and moved some things around to get both my son and I cleaned that same day. During our visit to the dental clinic, we were helped by Connie, Lin and Dr. Frank. Awesome awesome people. I felt respected and heard and not like just another patient. This was our first visit, and it felt different, Marimn health felt more like a community. I’m looking forward to our future visits.

After my caderacts surgery I had my eye checked for glasses, received my glasses- I love them, they turn "brown" in the sunlight quickly, also the bright lights do not bother my eyes like they used to inside a building with the "glare" of the florescent lights.. I appreciate the Dr. to recondmended to order them with the glare coating on them. Thank you. The Dr's. at the clinic are excellent!!

I recently was helped by Frontier Behavoral Health staff in assisting with a family member in crisis. They were professional and understanding. I appreciate frontline workers who really care, make a difference and give quality care to those in need.

These guys have never let me down. Always on point and delivering. I've had to get care other places in town and have gotten very frustrated with their performance. Reminds me how good I have it at the VA and under Dr. Gleason care/team. It's a one stop shop that doesn't disappoint. If they don't have the answer they'll get it promptly.
