We have been to top rated University Medical Centers, and she couldn't have gotten better care than at IHS Crow/Northern Chyenne Hospital.

1. Pharmacy services are outstanding and pharmacists are very friendly and helpful.
2. Intake staff is on que. Very efficient.
3. Health Clinic staff and Dr's are definitely well trained.
4. Lab staff is the best!!! Outstanding professionalism and hospitable.
5. Optical department took care of me extremely efficiently.
I've been there 7 times now for various services.
Saw optometrist Dr.Kowoski. The very BEST exam I have ever had and I am 67 so had many. Told him he could go home early with pay and get a raise the next day.
Got shot. Dr. Mikus Nurse stuck me with needle. Did not feel it. How does it get better than that ?

Checking was very easy and so was making follow up appointments. The doctor was very helpful and very knowledgeable as well as responsive. I know that my quality of life has improved considerably since I started here.
Opiate addiction services in the Billings area. Now accepts medicaid, though no other insurance (update: insurance is accepted). No cash/checks, Credit/Debit or Money Order only. Good people doing good things.

As a person who became dependent on medication for chronic pain for many years, I decided it was time to be out from under them. I hadn't worked with anyone on this before, so I was pretty intimidated. No reason! These people treat everyone with respect and decency, without judgement. Not to mention they were able to help me that very day, and helped me to feel so much better immediately! Just a great asset to those of us who are in similar situations, and I would recommend them to anyone trying to rid themselves of the ever growing gorilla on their backs, like me. If they can help me, of all people, they can help you too! Don't wait any longer, go get the life you deserve without the substance/(s) that you think make life easier! Full five star rating! Wonderful experience for my husbands hospital stay and my experience in the ER
It was like walking into a different place. They understand they were nice, polite. They went out of the way to make sure they could help you in any way they could and the ones they have there. They are helping in every way they can. It's clean. It's it's got God's help. God has got his armor around that place and the people that work there and the people that go there they care about all them to go there and each other. It's like one big happy family a happy and understanding and hard times and good times. It's all of that and they're there for each other and everywhere I have seen other than this place. It's not like that. It's like you're a number. Okay, it's time for this. It's time for yourself. You know it is just it's very different and I'm going to do everything I can to make sure they get support. They get donations and help whatever they need because they're actually getting people help whether they're on the street or where they come there and they have a hump and that's that's important. It doesn't matter what lifestyle you come from. They're there to help these people and the ones I talk to the owner, the counselors, the other people, all of them. They have certain things that they have to do and it's like a well-ois machine. It's just you know I can't stand up about them and when I go to Washington I'm going to see what I can do there because they really need help and every state needs to have one. They need to have a facility like that because these people actually care. And like I said it's a family and I couldn't ask for anything better for my child. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I really couldn't have and I appreciate them and I pray for them every day and I hope whoever reads this y'all will too. You can call and you can call him. You can look at the place and it is what it says it is and the people they remind you of the people when the area the era that I lived in. They're respectful. They're respectful to you themselves. The coworkers, the families. It's just amazing. It is just really amazing. Thank you all for it

This was the best treatment center I have ever been to. The staff are so nice. The nurses are working so hard. The support staff are the best. My LAC Susan was especially the best I loved her. Alot of the staff are recovering attics and they are so understanding and they are doing great things. They have a lot of fun sober activities and go here if you are struggling!!!
Ideal Options has helped me maintain my recovery. I love the consistency the medication provides. The ladies that work their are all wonderful. It has saved my life. Thank you for what you do.

I can’t say enough about Michelle and the gals at our Billings Montana office. First and foremost, you are treated as a valued person the second you walk through the doors. They truly care and want to help. We all know that awkward, uncomfortable feeling of being judged and having that “addict” stigma thrown on us. There is NONE of that here. This place is like a 5 star hotel but way more better.
Honestly i know i may sound cliche but ybgr does help heal, hope and inspire youth. Many people may counter argue that with me but hey we all have our own opinions. Many others though would agree with me. There may have been crazy things that have happened there but at the same time this place has saved many people from alot of things. Ybgr helped save me from my addiction, my self doubt and the negative in my life. thank you to my Kramily(Kramlich lodge) My shucrew(Schumaker lodge) and countless others. I wish the best of any kid who goes in there and all the employees too. My last final journey with ybgr ended Sept. 30th and i will forever miss it there and hold it dear in my heart. I enjoyed every single program about this place while I went there. I loved all my teachers and wished I could stay there.. But I did have a friend that went there who had his knees slammed backwards for a restraint and broken by a teacher there. There was nothing that could be done because of the legal paperwork that parents sign. 🤔 I enjoyed my time there tho. Just feel bad for other kids who weren't so lucky.

I'm now 40 and came to this place back in 1999. I hated being there but to be fair didn't have much to complain about. Bt time is been there 6ish months I didn't want to leave. I learn so much being there that I'm still grateful to this day. I earned freedom to walk the grounds unsupervised with permission as well as helping give tours to potential clients. I rode horses often did cattle branding of calves of course and did artificial insemination. I did small engines and wood working along with horticulture which were all a blast. There was a lot that happened in the dorms with the girls but what do you expect when you have so many girls with sick am array of issues. A huge part of getting something from these programs is if you want to. If your ready to get better. The staff members were all fabulous I can't think of anyone who I didn't like. I always felt genuine concern from them. I was even given the privilege to go off campus 1x a week to do gymnastics. I still to this day have small decorated box given to me as a gift upon leaving from a staff member named Marilyn. When you opened it it has a tiny box with a small now that says it was filled with her love. I'm not sure what has happened but, this place turned my life around and who know where it be today without it. So Thank you so so so much. Sorry for the delayed post lol.

I got out of new day about a couple months ago it's a really good place and you might hate it at first but it's a good you just gotta do your treatment and if you go there and meet a staff Jenna or Tammy in eagle there the best omg and rj and JT I miss all you guys and I'm doing so good thanks for all y'all's help🫶🏾🤪

This place saved my life. I’m a successful person within the community thanks to them. Great goal, lots of studies back the methods they use. Kids will be kids, some won’t listen. But the ones who do become successful. Remember, it’s a TREATMENT facility. It’s not for fun. It’s difficult, but so is learning the hard way. It does have some flaws though. Staff accountability lacks slightly. Punishment system was a bit overwhelming. They might have fixed these though. Stress is different than safety. It’s not impossible. Nor is it hard if the kids apply themselves
I’ve visited the Gillette, Wyoming VA clinic a handful of times over the past months, and I’ve only had excellent and thorough care and experiences with the workers and facility. With the appointments I’ve had, and the employees I’ve encountered, I’m more than confident with my care being in their hands.
The life house was such a great place, I was there back in 2015 an it was a great experience for me, but sadly I didn't complete the program I chose to sign myself out an let my addiction keep having control over me.

Did 4 months inpatient in 2009, the life house I believe. Haven't had a drink since July 10th 2009. My still being sober today speaks for itself on what this place can do for a person that truly wants help.
Really great VA clinic, professional and really friendly staff. Dr.Stanley is awesome, professional, and straight to the point. Only bad thing is the phone system sometimes has weird crackling sounds no matter who you call.

Love Pure Dakota health. Their rewards/loyalty program make purchasing through them even more worth it; makes the prices much lower and the rewards are great. The quality is good and the staff are great in helping you find what’s right for you, if necessary.
We live in such a rural state, that I actually shop at all 3 locations, as I travel often for medical appointments. Williston is closest to me and the ONLY dispensary on this side of the state. For majority, we have to travel to pick up our medicinal items. Now that Williston has changed their hours to 6pm and closed on weekends, it’s made it almost impossible to stay on a consistent medical routine, due to the hours and distance. We really need access to the same hours as other locations. Some patients aren’t able to drive or have caregivers that need to go get the purchase, for those people, hours are a significant factor as majority work, so after work hours is when those individuals are going to be able to go to the store. Please please consider a way to help the patients in this corner of the state have more access to the Pure Dakota Health dispensary in Williston. Even going back to closing at 8pm would be so so helpful!

I had the honor and privilege of spending time with the community at VOA while in Wyoming. I have never felt so welcomed by staff and clients. Samantha the clinical director went out of her way to fill me with as much knowledge as possible during my short stay. Beth is a godson to the community. I was in awe when the clients shared their stories with me and watched them participate in there own recovery. This place is magical!
