They went out of the way to make sure they could help you in any way they could and the ones they have there. They are helping in every way they can. It's clean. It's it's got God's help. God has got his armor around that place and the people that work there and the people that go there they care about all them to go there and each other. It's like one big happy family a happy and understanding and hard times and good times. It's all of that and they're there for each other and everywhere I have seen other than this place. It's not like that. It's like you're a number. Okay, it's time for this. It's time for yourself. You know it is just it's very different and I'm going to do everything I can to make sure they get support. They get donations and help whatever they need because they're actually getting people help whether they're on the street or where they come there and they have a hump and that's that's important. It doesn't matter what lifestyle you come from. They're there to help these people and the ones I talk to the owner, the counselors, the other people, all of them. They have certain things that they have to do and it's like a well-ois machine. It's just you know I can't stand up about them and when I go to Washington I'm going to see what I can do there because they really need help and every state needs to have one. They need to have a facility like that because these people actually care. And like I said it's a family and I couldn't ask for anything better for my child. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I really couldn't have and I appreciate them and I pray for them every day and I hope whoever reads this y'all will too. You can call and you can call him. You can look at the place and it is what it says it is and the people they remind you of the people when the area the era that I lived in. They're respectful. They're respectful to you themselves. I enjoyed every single program about this place while I went there. I loved all my teachers and wished I could stay there.. But I did have a friend that went there who had his knees slammed backwards for a restraint and broken by a teacher there. There was nothing that could be done because of the legal paperwork that parents sign. 🤔 I enjoyed my time there tho. Just feel bad for other kids who weren't so lucky.

This place is a scam. There was no treatment for my former son in law's addiction to alcohol. He walked in and controlled his own schedule, hit on his counselor, used his counselor's sympathy to allow him to verbally attack and abuse my daughter on a video call without bothering to tell her he would be on the call ahead of time. He never even detoxed. But detox was part of the price. He had full access to the outside world at all times, but his cell phone use was supposedly limited. What a waste of his daddy's inheritance. Within 1 day after release he was drinking, and of course driving.

“Thank you for letting me speak.
I want to talk about my time at New Day. This is not easy for me. Even thinking about it brings up feelings I’ve tried to push down for years. But I need to say this, because what happened there still lives inside me.
When I was at New Day, I was just a kid. I was scared, confused, and already hurting. I needed safety. I needed someone to show me kindness. Instead, I walked into a place that broke me even more. A place that wasn’t healing. A place that made me feel unwanted, invisible, and alone.
There were days there when I felt like no one cared whether I was okay or not. Days when the way we were treated made me feel like I was a problem instead of a person. What they called “help” didn’t feel like help. What they called “structure” felt like being shut down. What they called “discipline” felt like being punished for things I didn’t even understand.
I remember constantly being on edge. Walking around with my guard up. Waiting for the next moment I’d get yelled at, blamed, or treated like I wasn’t worth anything. I remember lying in bed at night, staring at the ceiling, wishing I could be anywhere else. Wishing someone would see how scared I really was. Wishing I had someone to protect me.
New Day didn’t feel like a program.
It felt like being trapped.
And even now, years later, pieces of that place still follow me. Sometimes my ear rings or my chest tightens out of nowhere. Sometimes I get hit with memories I don’t want. Sometimes I feel like I’m right back there — that scared kid again, trying to stay strong in a place that didn’t feel safe. That’s what trauma does. It stays with you.
I’m not saying this because I want sympathy.
I’m saying it because kids deserve better than what I got.
They deserve adults who see their pain, not judge it. They deserve care, not fear. They deserve love, not punishment disguised as treatment. No child should ever feel like I did at New Day — helpless, scared, and unheard.
I’m speaking now because I couldn’t speak then.
I’m telling the truth because I want things to change.
And I’m sharing my pain because maybe it will protect another kid from being hurt the way I was.
Thank you for listening.”

My time at CMC was a blessing when I needed one. I found a staff that cared for their clients to the core of their being. All but two of the TT’s were amazing, and seemed very invested in patient recoveries, My counselor was both empathetic and challenging. And created a safe space for me to be honest with myself and her. I have been to this treatment center three times now. Every time I have gotten a lot out of it, but this last time changed my life. Sometimes I think people confuse treatment with a vacation and a spa. But if you are willing to try and do the work necessary, they Will go so far for you. But of course, they are not gonna work harder than you’re willing to work. I can’t say enough about the Case Manager currently she went above and Beyond for me.
